I'm not sure why, but suddenly my Facebook notifications stopped working on my phone. Whenever my friends write on my wall or anything, I don't get a notification for it. Whoever, whenever I receive an inbox message on FB, then I receive the notification for it. I tried doing a battery pull, I logged off then on, I checked for updates. But it still doesn't receive any notifications.
View 8 RepliesAs of about a week ago, I have started receiving only about 10% of the messages and notifications from facebook that I used to receive to my Blackberry. 90% of the messages and notifications now just get stuck in facebook and I only see them when I log into fb through my laptop.
As of the last week, every once in a while I will receive some facebook message or notification to my blackberry, but the majority don't make it to my Blackberry and instead just stay on facebook until I open the site on my laptop.
I just got a blackberry torch yesterday and the facebook notifications won't clear even after ive gone through every single notification. I've tried restarting, taking the battery out, updating. The only thing that works is logging out of my facebook, but i still want to get the notifications so I dont like that option.

But I do not get any notifications or a tile count when I get my friend to send me a test message. I waited over an hour on two occasions.
