Jun 29, 2012I have not been able to get my emails through to my phone or use my Facebook app.I can use the browser but not the apps as such.

Oct 10, 2011facebook email and internet has stopped working. this has happened before but usually rectifies itself after a few hours. its been down for 7 hours now, and i need my phone for work. its really starting to effect me and annoy me etc etc

Sep 28, 2011My facebook application does not work on my phone. I used to use my phone in canada with bell, but now i am living in the uk on a different provider. I went to them to ask why it wasnt working and if they could fix it. we tried everything and it still didnt work. The employee told me that the facebook widget was still attached to my old provider and that i would need to call them to have them remove me..

Apr 26, 2012Ever since I downloaded the latest version of the Facebook for Blackberry app through App World, I get the following error message: "Unable to connect to the Facebook server (1400)". I have tried numerous times to pull the battery as well as uninstall / re-install the app and no luck. I also tried to download the app via the web, but still have the same problem.

Jun 5, 2012I was using my Facebook app on my device up until last week without any problems, until one day it just seemed to crash :/ I uninstalled the app with the intention of reinstalling it to see if this would help, or even see if an upgrade was available.However, it wont let me reinstall the app, and when I try to reinstall through my browser, it says that my device doesn't support it! Finding using Facebook on the browser all the time really slow and annoying so would really like some help as to how to get my app back and working again!

Jul 15, 2011I'm not sure why, but suddenly my Facebook notifications stopped working on my phone. Whenever my friends write on my wall or anything, I don't get a notification for it. Whoever, whenever I receive an inbox message on FB, then I receive the notification for it. I tried doing a battery pull, I logged off then on, I checked for updates. But it still doesn't receive any notifications.

Jun 5, 2012My BB Torch 9800 has stopped being able to use BBM, emails and a couple more apps through my wifi conection. I am in an area where ther is no network signal, so this service is very essential for me. The internet browser on the phone works ok, and some apps work ok (whats app,facebook). I have been onto O2 and they say evertyhing looks fine at their end, and nothing has accidentally been switched off. My wifes phone (BB Storm with T-Mobile) is still working with BBM ok.

Aug 17, 2011As of about a week ago, I have started receiving only about 10% of the messages and notifications from facebook that I used to receive to my Blackberry. 90% of the messages and notifications now just get stuck in facebook and I only see them when I log into fb through my laptop.
As of the last week, every once in a while I will receive some facebook message or notification to my blackberry, but the majority don't make it to my Blackberry and instead just stay on facebook until I open the site on my laptop.

Aug 14, 2011I have recently got a torch 9800, but when I try to access Twitter it comes up with "java.lang.ClassCast Exception" and when I try to log into facebook it says "we cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try again later. (100)" Other applications that use the internet seem to work ok. It's just these two. I have tried deleting them, but when I go to install them, it asks if I want to reinstall, so it obviously didn't get rid of them completely. I even did a hard restart after deleting, by taking the battery out whilst still on, and not reinserting it for about a minute.

I've deleted + reinstalled but to no avail.
