View 1 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my software last week and can no longer text anyone. I get message" requested facility not subscribed", I can recieve texts, and I can send attachments but not just a text. I tried rebooting, reinstalling software, etc. Nothing is working.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently subscribed to a calendar directly from my iPhone. I thought this would get pushed to my other devices but it doesn't.
As it only showns on the iPhone, I would like to delete it now. However this seems impossible to do. I can uncheck it but can't actually fully remove it.
I don't think toggling with the iCloud switch on/off will help as it's not on the iCloud server but just on the iPhone.

I have the iPhone4 which is awesome. However, When I leave my WiFi network at home I can't pick up the Internet quite often because it says that I am not subscribed to a data network. I am. It does sometimes pick up the Internet but not always. I have spent too many hours now looking for answers to no avail. My provider says plug into iTunes and let it sync. Sick of syncing now cos it doesn't work.

I subscribe to a medical program entitled Clinical Medicine Consult. Periodically they send an update. It is a .pdb file. I have reader for it entitled iSilo on my Blackberry 8330 Curve. I hesitate to transfer file- which I currently have on my desktop for fear I'll do it incorrectly and then have to purchase a replacement.
My computer is a HP Windows 7 Home Edition 84 bit. Essentially how do I transfer from computer to Blackberry AND should I place on Memory Card, if so how do I do that?

I have a subscribed calendar in iCal on my desktop that shows up in the list of iCloud calendars on my iPhone, but none of the events actually show up on my iPhone even though that calendar is selected to show its events. How can I fix this? It's really strange that my phone "sees" the calendar, but won't show the events that are in it! Very frustrating! I've already tried unsyncing and resyncing all of the calendars on my iPhone (i.e. I turned off iCloud calendar syncing, deleted all calendar info on my iPhone, then turned iCloud calendar syncing back on). No luck.

When i go on 'Manage Connections' it says my BIS and BES arent connected, meaning BBM doesnt work. I've been in the phone shop 3 times this week and its really starting to get annoying!!
View 1 Replies View RelatedI subscribed to Nokia messaging using my Gmail ID, but due to some reasons, decided to reload the phone software, and hence unsubscribed.
Now when I subscribe again using the same mail Id, and changed password, the system registers me, but when I try to log in to manage my account, it does not accept my new password, and asks me to log in using the password which I used when I first registered. Even after supplying that password, it does not allow me to log in and show up the following message:"We are unable to process your request at this time. Try again later."
I have been successfully sending messages but a short while ago my message sending failed with the following statement "requested facility not subscribed." I have always been able to send messages without any problems.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI haven't seen anything on thins about the Torch so here goes.I work for a law firm where the attorneys are allowed to purchase their own smartphone, as long as it is a Black Berry or an iPhone (3GS or higher). A few of the main partners rushed out to get the Torch yesterday and the bright people at AT&T restored their old device's data to the Torch.
My problem is while I'm in the process of attempting to back up one of the new Torch devices so I can save the 800 photos that were transferred from an iPhone, the PC doesn't see the Torch. It charges over USB, but the latest DM does not see it at all. Windows does not pop up the found new hardware balloon. Has anyone had this experience so far? I've tried two different Torch devices and on 3 different PCs.
Recently switched from a bold to a torch.
On the Torch, everytime I open an app, Facebook, Twitter, Scoremobile... the 'connected BBM' asks me if I want to connect. It doesn't matter if I say Yes or No, it keeps asking everytime.
I have checked Service Status and it tells me that:
Blackberry Internet service - Not connected
Blackberry enterprise server - Not connected
I have checked with my service provider and all is ok. I have taken out the battery 5 times, waited 1 min and let the thing reboot?
Having a nightmare with my service provider. They say I'm connected with the Blackberry Internet Service but I can't access anything on my phone. They did turn it on but when I was connected I couldn't use my internet/Browser, which meant it was useless anyway! When I asked them to fix this I ended up being disconnected from the BIS again....but again they say I am connected. My service status confirms I'm not connected to the BIS. I've tried numerous battery pulls and I've had their tech support on speed dial for the last week.which has done no good!

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had a 9860 Torch for 15 months with Orange now, with no problems to mention. The phone however started to play up, the battery seem to run dry very quickly and I had to put it on charge daily without having used the phone much, ie no bluetooth, not surfing the net etc. Then the phone started to go off when I took it off charge. The screen would go black and only the butons at the bottom would be alight. Nothing would happen if I pressed any of the buttons, and I am not able to restart the phone. I then have to put it on charge again, take the battery out and re-insert it, and it will start up again as long as it is connected to the mains. The battery indicator shows the battery is fully charged, I did however buy a new battery and downloaded the latest update just before Christmas, which seemed to solve the problem for a few days, however the phone has now reverted to the same problem. The phone works perfectly well when connected to the mains, but the screen goes black as soon as it is disconnected, and will only start up again if connected back up to the mains and battery taken out and re-inserted.
