Jul 3, 2012I upgraded my software last week and can no longer text anyone. I get message" requested facility not subscribed", I can recieve texts, and I can send attachments but not just a text. I tried rebooting, reinstalling software, etc. Nothing is working.

Jan 12, 2011I have had no problems accessing our company website using my Torch. Since yesterday I get an Error Code : 10005. There is nothing wrong with the website and it can be accessed via Internet Explorer. My partner also has a torch on a different carrier and is also experiencing the same problem. This can only be RIM related. Does anybody have a solution for the problem or does anybody know why this problem occurs

BB Torch 9800 :: When Phone Boots Get An Error : 122 Error As Well As Another Error Sent From 1000000000 That Just Has A Garbled Message
Sep 16, 2010I am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.

Jul 22, 2010I have three email addresses which are picked up directly through my blackberry using the "mobile friendly" versions of the standard webpage.During attempting to check my standard ISP webmail (BT Yahoo), I was confronted by the following.Error: The requested URL could not be retrieved. we can't open the requested web page because of an error with the web page server. If the problem continues, contact the web page administrator. Error code: 10030 That was about 7 hours ago.Since then I have used the same URL on my laptop and successfully accessed, read and sent some mail with no issues and yet my 9300 still shows the same error message and won't progress from that screen. I have tried going through the desktop version of the BT site as well on my BB, still with the same results.

Nov 28, 2011before this problem happends, about 3 days ago i've got an error message saying built in media got an error so must repair it or wipe it.. i tried to repair it, but it keeps saying built in media repair failed. so i wipe it..but, a couple of seconds after i click wipe built in media, my blackberry reboots by itself..after it finished rebooting, my blackberry tells me built in media got an error again.and i tried to wipe it again but my blackberry still rebooting it self again.this happends 4 times in a rowand yes, the blackberry still rebooting itself again.but, this time, my blackberry didn't finish rebooting, the loading bar stuck in 3/4 of the bar.of the bar.so today i tried to fix it with tried to restore it to factory default.. but it keeps failed connecting to the device..the third time i tried, it got a white blank screen when reaching the 3/4 loading bar..

Oct 24, 2012I own a blackberry Torch 9800 and the search facility within the emails is not functioning properly. I used to be able to highlight an email and then click search and this would then bring up all emails from a particular person or subject etc. When I try and do this now the search facility tries to search, but nothing happens.

I am connected to the wifi but i cannot access the internet through the browser or you tube. I have a data plan and a backberry data inclucded in my plan . I spoke to my service provider and had someone in india direct me to turn the wifi off as the soulution I live in an area with low service and require the wifi for fast browsing .
