I am trying to connect my blackberry to my computer to use the software. My computer is not even showing my blackberry connected. I have bought a new USB cable and still no luck. I have tried all three USB ports on my computer and nothing.

When I disconnect the phone from the power source it shuts off. When I connect it to the computer, the apple sontinues to come on and nothing else happens. Almost as if it is resetting itself continuously. And it does not show on my iTunes.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've tried literally everything. Multiple USBs and computers. Installing connectivity driver. Restart my phone and computers. When plugged in, the phone will only charge. There is no indication on the computer that a device has been connected (I checked Device Manager and it's nowhere to be found, not even under hidden items). When I plug it into my computer, it's the same as plugging it into a wall outlet. I've read tons of solutions online and tried them all. It makes me think that something has gone wrong with my phone. The issue isn't my computer's USB ports or even the USBs I've tried. It sounds like an issue with my phone. When I first purchased the phone, it was able to sync to the computer and I could transfer pictures from it.

The one thing I don't get is the picture contacts that I have don't show up when the phone is locked, (the caller ID and specific ring tone if used do), they do show up though if the phone is unlocked, so I'm confused. I know there is the caller ID issue that is resolved by un-ticking contacts in encryption which is what I have done otherwise the contact ID's wouldn't show up when locked. It's not the end of the world, but just a niggle that I would like to resolve.

In the past, when I connected my phone to my computer, I was able to see every picture Zoe had created. While this was a little messy it was great if I wanted to ensure I had at least one good picture; all I had to do was press Zoe and then look through the pictures it created.
However it's stopped doing that; now, when I connect to my computer I only get the 3 second video and the first frame.

No issues with it except that when I connect the phone to my laptop via USB, only the Internal storage folder with 9.5 GB of free memory(I bought a 16 GB phone) shows up. The SD card memory does not show up so I cannot see the new folders which I created in it using my phone file manager. If I format the card as portable storage, will I able to transfer app data of apps like Facebook to the SD card as I was able to do in Lollipop?
