My battery went low but my charger didn't show as connected. Now the battery is flat and when I plug a charger in I get a wghite light. Tried other charger to no avail. Need my phone.
Just recently my Defy refuses to recharge using the mains socket charger connected to the usb cable. It charges perfectly well through the computer and also through my car socket..........what am I missing?
'bog standard' defy's screen didn't activate when I was called, it rang but the screen didn't react to tapping or swiping, I was able to answer the call by pressing the on off button (seems to have woken the phone up) but then no swiping was required the call was directly active!?This has only happened a couple of times, I do have a screen foil on, but this has a cut out where the sensor is for the 'up to ear detection'.
My laptop doesn't recognise my DEFY via USB.More details: When I got the phone it worked but after a while not always. Sometimes it connected 5 minutes later but nowadays doesn't work at all.By power charger it is charging normally. When it's plugged to the computer, the phone's screen lights up, but doesn't connect or charge. If I tick on/off meanwhile the USB debug, the USB sign shows up but it's still not charging or connecting. (I've already tried all 4 options)Moreover when I remove the USB cable, the USB signal doesn't disappear until I restart the phone or abort the USB in the application manager.I've already tried to install or uninstall the driver (Moto Helper) but didn't help. The main problem is that if I connect the phone to the notebook, the device manager doesn't see it. (I tried different computers, Win XP and Win 7)I did a factory reset several times, I also tried changing usb cable... but nothing happened.
I ordered an extended life battery for my Defy, 3500mah battery that came with a new battery cover. after I installed it, I noticed that every time I connect the usb cable, the phone reboots! I tried connecting the phone first instead of having the charger pluged into the wall and still, it reboots every time! if I leave it connected and let it reboot, it will power up again and go on to charge. also the usb still works to connect with my pc, but again I have to wait till it reboots!
I have connected the phone with Wifi, the system shows it is connected, the wifi bars show strength as very high. Yet unable to connect tointernet/email/facebook/apps shops etc through the wifi.I have checke dthe mac addresses - they are the same. no restictions from the router side. I am at a loss.
Is there any way to have the Droid turbo make a beep when you plug in a charger or sitting on top of the Qi charger like the old Samsung note 2 did? Reason I ask is because I would like to know when it's actually charger without having to look at the device. I have a tytl qi charger and it lights up but I picked up a powerbot for work and would like it to beep when it starts to charge or when it gets interrupted.
I want the display to stay on while connected to my 12VDC charger while in the car. I don't have an official Moto car dock. I have tried using Smart Actions but the only options seem to be changing the screen timeout option to a maximum of staying on for 10 minutes. I've tired many variations using Tasker and still no joy.
My original Droid had an option to make the display remain on (and phone unlocked) when connected to the charger - a real convenience when using the phone on the car. I cannot find this choice on the Droid 3 nor could Verizon tech support.
My xperia neo with 2.3.4 android didn't show the ICS upgrade as available. I tried downgrading to stock 2.3.2 and PC companion allowed me to upgrade to ICS, but during the downgrade I had the 0% battery bug, which after a google search found to be quite common. The upgrade to ICS didn't help either. I then flashed a stock 2.3.4 rom, but that still didn't solve the problem.
Until now I've only flashed stock roms, so as far as I understand I didn't void the warranty. The only workarounds I've found for this bug require an unlocked bootloader. I would be prepared to unlock it if I could, but I think as soon as I disconnect the phone from PC it powers completly off because it thinks battery is empty and I can't connect it in unlock bootloader mode (press menu+plug USB cable doesn't give blue LED).
i have a problem with my BB bold 9900 . When i plug in USB cable from BB to my laptop , it goes to charge only without prompting for USB Cable and Sync Media .

My E72 is not vibrating as long as it is connected to a charger (normal or micro USB).I could not find a setting for this behaviour. Is this supposed to be a feature?I think I also observed that the vibrating is gone when the battery is very low. It then does not return until the battery is fully charged again.
iPhone 5 won't turn on with or without charger connected. I tryed to recharge for allnight but nothing happens! Its iOS 7.1.2.Also, i tryed with (HOME+POWER BUTTON)Â &Â (SILENT+HOME+POWER) !Â
every time I plug the USB battery charger (nokia standard model), or when I connect E52 to my PC the phone goes in locked state and ask for the security/lock code to unlock it.I know it because it's the default 12345 and after pressing OK the phone continues to work, but if I disconnect USB and connect it again, it goes again to clocked state (like doing it with the power button). firmware is 71.004I have this problem sice some months, but I'm not sure when it started ... may be the last firmware upgrade ? Or the last reset of the phone ....
When I have the phone connected to the charger, the display screen is cycling on and off every 10 -15 seconds. how to get it to stop doing this and just remain with screen off?
When I connect my Lumia 610 with charger, Its touch screen gets stuck. It does not allow me to unlock the phone by sliding the wallpaper upside. When I disconnect charger then it works like anything. I had also noted that some times, the wallpaper keeps jumping and suddenly slides upside and random applications gets started. But again when I remove the charger then it works normally. Is there any issue regarding the USB connector?
I was playing on my Nexus 5 and it got very heated but I didn't turn it off or give it a rest until approx 10 minutes later. I had to go somewhere so I didn't check it after I locked it and put it in my bag. When I did check it around 15 minutes later, I couldn't turn on the phone so I assumed the battery had ran out of juice. I got home 5 hours later and plugged in the charger, immediately turning it on. However, when I turned it on, I saw that it still had 38% so I did some stuff on it when the app I was using said I had no connection.
I reconnected to my WiFi but it still said I had no connection. I unplugged it and turned off the phone, but then I couldn't turn it on again. So I charged it again, and attempted to turn it on while still charging but all it would give me was the Google logo (which is the first thing that shows up when you turn on a Nexus 5) for about 2 seconds and then it would turn off again, even while plugged in. Now when it's charging, it keeps going to the Google logo for 2 seconds, shows a black screen for 3 seconds, goes back to the Google logo and keeps repeating this cycle.

iPhone won't turn on. When I connect it to my charger it turns on, comes to a screen saying iPhone, then says connect to itunes. When I connect it to my computer it shows the screen with the apple for a few seconds.
I am using xperia neo v since 5 months. But suddenly today morning i am facing some problem, that i could not drag menu screen when mobile is connected for charging. as i remove charger i could drag screen.
When I try and connect the iPone to the charger it has difficulty making a proper connection and will actually drain the battery instead of charging it up. Do I need to replace the battery?
