Had a message appear on my phone about a fault with my media card and did I want to fix it.ressed yes and now all of my media files have gone from my phone!Pictures, Video's, Music, the lot!I have looked on my desktop software but cannot find a backup file to restore anything and the majority of the pictures were of my son who has just turned one so these were some really important pics.
on my Blackberry torch 9800 i used security wipe to reset the full phone and erase all data and settings. however when i delete them they return. i have tried connecting to to my PC and when i delete them and then they still are on my phone.
I have a blackberry torch 9800, it is currently running on ios 6.0 (the latest bundle). I used security wipe in the options to erase all data from my phone and completely reset it. however it doesnt manage to delete my media music files. i have tried connecting it to the computer and when i delete them they just return.
Try to use data recovery application eg recuva, testdisk .. to recover my lost whatsapp media files from phone internal storage, but the application totally can't detect my phone.
I'm trying to add some ringtones to my Torch. They are there and I can see them in the file manager or when I sync to my Mac. But when I go to the ringtones folder, they are not listed. There is an option to select music for a ringtone, so I put the mp3 file in the music folder along with other music files, but none show up.
The same thing happens when I take pictures with the phone. If I look at the pictures folder, it says no pictures. But if I go through file manager to the media card, I can see the pictures.
Recently recived a Blackberry Torch 9810. It had been working fine but yesterday I purchased a new 4g simcard and a 4gig memory card and now media files I download won't show up the only time I can see them is when it's plugged into the computer.
this has happened 2-3 times. I just use the default BB Media files where the pics/videos . . . are stored. When I go to the folders my media is usually there but occasionally they are just completely gone. They have come back but I don't know why. What's happening? I have pulled my battery in hopes of some sort of rese
I downloaded some wallpaper files which landed on the media card!I can't access them but once somehow I was able to see the files - so they are there.I'm on a Mac so no DM at this time.Is there a way I can delete these as I'm unable to search the media card.
All my media files on the memory card are hidden. When i select any of the options in Media menu, I can only access the item that have been saved onto phone memory. All the files/folders that where on the memory card have dissapereard.
When i am in Explore mode and select the Show Hidden option, I can see all my previous files/folders. All the folders on the mem card have been hidden, and thus my device cant access the files.
How do i change this attribute permanatley, restore it to what it was.
I am currently using a bb 9800 but I cannot access any of my media files all of a sudden tried re starting it but still didn't work. When plugged to the PC I still can't view any files.
In my past nokia 5800 when i save my flash files i go to gallery then I choose other media to view them but where do i should go to view them in my new nokia n97 mini?
Recently I have been unable to view my media files although my memory (internal 8gb) isalmost full. Each time I take a picture or a video I am able to import it onto my PC but I am unable to view it on my phone.I have a 9900 and do not have a memory card. Numerous battery pulls have not resolved this issue. When I go to Media/Pictures or videos in both cases it shows that I have no pictures or videos.I cannot view them once I have taken them and of course I cannot delete them to make clear some space.
I charged my phone with the usb cable 2 days ago and when I unplugged it all my music, videos and pictures are not visible. I removed my battery and sd card a few times but still no luck. However, if I plug it back into the computer and go the normal route - my computer, blackberry, then all my files on the sd card are visible. I cannot view it on my phone anymore..
I've been trying to sync media files. I've downloaded Blackberry Media Sync and when connected, all I get is a message "Please connect a Blackberry device". I have Compression on "enabled", Memory Card Support, Media Transfer, Mass Storage all "on", and switched Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected to "Yes". I've tried every USB on my computer, turned the phone off, on, etc. It doesn't seem to recognize that the BB is connected.
i cant unhide my media files, ive tried the whole explore show hidden then highlight the folder i want to unhide and click properties but when i try to do so i cant because the hide option is grayed out and i cant select it.
here is my another bad experience with the Xperia X10...This time I wanted to play some media , a WMV file, from FOXDIGITALCOPY, and it seems Xperia doesnt support it - atleast that's what the FOXDIGITALCOPY software tells me when I tried to sync up the media from my PC.Also, this file doesnt even show up on the mediascape screen though I copied into the videos folder where other videos are saved.I tried to play a more smaller and simpler file - the wildlife HD video sample from Windows - which is again a WMV file. This time, Xperia tries to play it, but the video only comes up as stills while the audio plays as normal.
i have BBBold 9780 on So6. after synchronizing my files or after connecting my device to the computer, I can no longer view my pictures on my device. I can only view files that I saved through a computer. for example if I take a picture now, I won't be able to view it but the media icon just say: no pictures.
i have a bb 9790 and i tried sending media files to a bb 9900 by going to the certain file and placing the phone against the 9900 but i dont receive any notifications. there is no nfc tag in the options menu. does it have anything to do with my bb service?
Am using curve 9300 that runs on os6. Can't receive media files via bluetooth. Tried all this while to no avail! There's no 'receive using bluetooth' option.
I have several image and music files on my BlackBerry and have regularly made use of each (I have had this BlackBerry for just shy of 2 months), using my windows laptop to transfer the files via the USB cable.Today, however, when I plugged in the USB cable and went into the BlackBerry's folder on my laptop, all the subfolders appeared only as shortcuts (although they still worked fine) and after disconnecting, my BlackBerry seems entirely unable to locate anything I have saved on there. I even tried taking a new photo and the device immediately "lost" it.
I recently added a new app to my phone, upon completion of installation of app I noticed that all my pictures were missing. At first I thought they got deleted and was really upset but upon exploration I have found them. When I go into the media file and go to explore it brings up my device memory then I go to home where there is nothing but I can hide the user folder but when I go into the properties of the user folder I can not unhide it because the hidden button is greyed out. Does anyone know how to change this or fix this? I would really like to have it back to normal! Again I don't have a memory card it is just the user file on the device memory that will not unhide
