i brought a black berry a couple of days ago and added loads of friends on the bbm, but all of a sudden everyone i now add doesnt have a picture when they should have and they cant see my picture. But all the friends i first added i can see their pictures and the can see mine

I synch my contacts from Outlook through Exchange server. I use contact pictures extensively, but none of my contacts on the RAZR have pictures. On the phone I added a picture to a contact. Later, I added notes to the contact on Outlook, and the picture on the phone disappeared. What's up with the pictures?

I just got the Bold 9900, everything is working fine, except I can't see any of my contacts pictures on blackberry messenger. I got a blackberry two days ago, the newest one, bold 9930 I think it is, it has a touch screen. I have bbm and when I add people or I accept them, I don't see their picture straight away, unless they change it, I see their new one. My picture isn't showing either, I haven't altered with any settings and I have looked through my settings to look if there's one I can choose for them to show but there isn't.
