When trying to login to the existing users email setup, my username is either not recognized or is invalid. If I used the screen name of my BB ID then the password does not match whilst when I used my full registered email address, it won't recognize the @ symbol and says the my username is invalid.

This morning I changed my password on my gmail account and now it will not let me receive messages on my blackberry. I deleted the account through the email settings and tried to re add it and it keeps saying username or password is invalid. It seems very odd to me.

When I click on my gmail account it comes up saying it does not recognize my username or my password and yet it has my correct password and username. I am having trouble updating the apps on my I=-phone because nothing I enter is recognised. I enter the e-mail address originally used and the correct password but it says it doesn't recognise this. I have also tried to re-set the password but it says it is sending me an e-mail to do this but it never comes. I have set up a new user ID and password but don't know how to transfer that so it updates my I-phone.

For instance, I had to fix my all of my profiles sounds after backing up, and I went to my Blackberry Appworld, scrolled over to My Appworld and it says 'no downloads' and I have downloaded a lot of applications. I don't remember ever making a username or password for email setup, but was able to firgure out I could put my PIN in for my password to be sent, which it was. BUT I still do not know what my username is, and I've tried my email addresses with and without what's after the @ and still no luck.

The appears as when I yse synbol above the g in email and other text but NOT in the email address field when adding a new username. Also, cannot just copy and paste - the symbol disappears. First, I couldn't remember my username/password combination for BIS. I rang my service provider several times and was told that it was nothing to do with them and that only Blackberry could sort out the situation. My only problem is that I don't have an option that says 'Add account.' Here are the steps I've followed:
1) Go to Email Setup
2) Choose 'I want to create or add an email address.
3) Click next
4)Click next again
5)Then, I get a message which says 'Existing Users, to log in, please provide your username and password.'
I don't have an option to add an account. When I put in my username and password into the fields, I get a message saying please enter a valid username. (My service provider already set up my Gmail, and couldn't add the other one. I told him I'd figure it out)
Recently I have been trying to install an update to the Facebook application I have on my BlackBerry. The error message "907 Invalid COD" keeps appearing & won't let me download it. The previous FB application I had on my phone won't work now either. How do I get it to properly download? I've tried turning the wifi off & using the network to download it, but that didn't work.
