it's telling me i already created my blackberry id account, but when i type in my only email address, along with the only password i would have used, it's telling me the email address is not in the system. but, when i go to 'my world' it's not even giving me an option to create an account.

When I try to open this envelope, the phone takes me straight to compose a new email. This happens whether I try to open the mail from the message notifier along the top of my home screen, or if I use the email icon on the tool bar.

Prior to the start of this problem I was able to open attachments from this individual. I am trying to open these email attachments through my AOL account on my Pearl. I am also unable to open these attachments when I logon to AOL with my laptop; they show up on the new mail list but when I open the email, no attachment shows up. View 1 Replies View RelatedI started integrating my Gmail account around 2 or 3 weeks ago. The setup completed without any problems. I can open my emails without a hassle. The conversation feature works fine. There wasn't a single problem until I realized I can't open a conversation sent from one of my subscribed mailing list.
At first, I thought it was because the emails from the mailing list was not in my Inbox. I have it filtered so that it skipped Inbox and labeled "MyGroup". So I decided to edit the filter and have the emails also sent to my Inbox. The emails started showing up in my BlackBerry Gmail Inbox, but I still can't open any of the conversations sent from the mailing list.
I even tried creating a new Gmail account and have the mailing list emails sent to that new Gmail account. No filters, no nothing. The emails were sent directly to the Inbox in my new Gmail account. I integrate this new Gmail account into my BlackBerry. Unfortunately the issue remains. I still can't open the conversations.
I upgraded my phone to Android 2.1, and ever since I did that, I am not able to open up the weather widget. As soon as I try to open it, I get a msg for a fraction of a second (all I can read is "This application.” and the phone turns black.I have to use the home button to get back. It also does not up date the weather at home page (under the time widget).Also, if I Hard Reset my phone, will it reset to old operating system, or the operating system will remain Android 2.1?

Whenever i get an email with a *.tif file attached to it I cannot see the attachment and I'm getting a message "Unsupported media type..." .
The technical person in my cellular provider said that the BB phone actualy does not support that type of files.
Is that true?No way I can see tif files?
