Will get a list of emails with about 3 lines of detail. when I tap the email it goed to four links, email, contact, calendar etc. but taping tham does nothing. Also when tapping mail from the home position it also takes you to those four links which do nothing?

Aug 1, 2010So, it's not the antenna, but instead, I can't even open the phone app! I have to reset my phone and then I can open the app once. So each time I want to make a call, I have to reset my whole phone. This just started happening today, and the phone is 2 days old. Any advice? I don't want to do a full restore because I "restored from backup" from my old iPhone. I don't want to lose all those things!

Feb 16, 2011I started integrating my Gmail account around 2 or 3 weeks ago. The setup completed without any problems. I can open my emails without a hassle. The conversation feature works fine. There wasn't a single problem until I realized I can't open a conversation sent from one of my subscribed mailing list.
At first, I thought it was because the emails from the mailing list was not in my Inbox. I have it filtered so that it skipped Inbox and labeled "MyGroup". So I decided to edit the filter and have the emails also sent to my Inbox. The emails started showing up in my BlackBerry Gmail Inbox, but I still can't open any of the conversations sent from the mailing list.
I even tried creating a new Gmail account and have the mailing list emails sent to that new Gmail account. No filters, no nothing. The emails were sent directly to the Inbox in my new Gmail account. I integrate this new Gmail account into my BlackBerry. Unfortunately the issue remains. I still can't open the conversations.
