View 3 Replies View Relatedi am using 9360. while activating hotmail, google, yahoo mail accounts etc. i do not have any problem. but while i am activating my company mail account server rejects me and gives "wrong password" answer to me. i have just discuss with my mail server this topic. they give me this answer: "blackberry using the docode service and we are using courier service thats why they are given problem and not working properly . "but they can not give any idea or any other answer about my problems answer. actually we are using company mail accounts on machines which were activeted before. but at now we can not active any new account or old accounts to new machines. we can not active any company mail account from last week. they gave me server setting and i tried with those too.. but at whole time the same answer "wrong password." we excatly know the pw but server do not give permission to activation.

All of a sudden the screen locked with a message saying that memory cleaning was in progress and would take a few minutes. (apologies dont have the exact wording for this)
The device rebooted the white screen came up with the loading clock icon and thats as far as it goes. it reboots after a few mins then does the same and is now stuck in this endless loop.
We've tried the battery pull, tried re-installing OS via Desktop Manager. but still the same.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI looked through some of the previous problems listed and didn't see mine so thought I would start a new discussion. I have had my 8520 for 7 months, and within the last two weeks it started acting up when I tried playing music.Anytime I plug in the head phones it automatically asks me to "say a command" for the voice activation. Which is not something I use. It also doesn't always switch from speaker phone to headset and I have to manually switch to my output of choice, and last but not least when the "say a command" option appears I cancel it and then my MP3's play at a slower audio rate (or half the speed of the actual music). Turning off the device doesn't help and it seems to only correct itself when I do a reset (by removing the battery).

I received a new password and ALL the things I had on my old phone were synchronized on my new one. And I don't want that. So I've wipe out my phone. But surprise when I entered my Enterprise activation account all the previous things that I wiped out were on my new wiped out BB curve 8900. I don't want that. I want a new fresh BB! How can I wipe out everything, activate this account and have a fresh start. I love this function, I love that all my contacts, mails etc., were there, but I just want to copy a part of them. (I'm doing this because a while ago I've changed the language of the phone and in the upper right corner is a mark with "EN" and I really hate it, and I want it gone, but every time I change the phone, wipe it out, it reappears)...
