May 22, 2011I have just come back of my holidays and i got a message of o2 saying that my blackberry messenger and internet have been ceased, what do i do to get them to work again?

Jan 4, 2012So I got my 9300 yesterday, all was working fine until today. The internet and BBM has completely stopped working. i've contacted my provider and done all the usual things but none work. What should i do next?

Jan 7, 2012My phone underwent a security wipe after my password was put in incorrectly continuous. After the security wipe I was able to reinstall all of my apps but my blackberry messenger is no longer working. I am not receiving invitations and my invitations are not being received. I am registered on the blackberry network under my service provider in the United States but I am currently visiting in a different country and using my apps using WiFi. I have tried deleting and reinstalling my bbm. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Feb 16, 2011I have noticed that the past three days I have been unable to use blackberry messenger and facebook on my phone unless connected to the wifi at home. When I go outside the messages do not work. I do not know if this is a problem with my phone or if it is a problem with the browser outside. It's really stressing me out because I can't use it unless I am in the house.

I cannot connect to any servers and error code (65), whatever it means, pops up every time I try to log into Windows Live Messenger. The phone is on Verizon network am able to activate my Blackberry Internet Services, but these however, do not work. I am unable to use the Internet or use Blackberry messanager.Vodacom says that they do not support this phone therefore dont have the settings. Oct 12, 2010I have a blackberry curve 8520 on orange pay as you go. The internet service as been intermittent for a couple of weeks and seems to have died. I can get it up and running for a short period if I reboot the phone. I have checked that BIS is connected. Roaming data services are on. I have cleared the cache, cookies, and history from the browser. I recently upgraded the blackberry messenger service and these problems seem to have started at about the same time. Is this a coincidence? Perhaps it is a problem with my service provider?

I have registered the phone with my network company (vodafone) but still it wont connect to the net. Nov 29, 2011My daughter bought a Blackberry Curve 8520 from Carphone Warehouse with a Vodaphone PAYG Sim in it. She got BBM to work fine with me and a number of her friends. After a few weeks, I bought her a pay monthly SIM and got her original PAYG number transferred across to the Pay Monthly SIM. Since then, she hasn't been able to get BBM to work. All her friend requests are 'Pending Authorisation' and she cannot send or receive messages. The Internet is also not working, although she hadn't tried that until now, so I don't know whether it was working before. Text and voice calls are, and always have been, fine.
Battery pull Changing all permissions to allow for both core and add-on apps Deleting eaach other's contacts and trying to add them again Checking the vendor ID, which is showing as 301, which I gather is Carphone Warehouse (not sure whether this should be Vodaphone or Carphone Warehouse?)

I have a curve 8250 and I am on a vodafone contract and I do have blackberry plan in my contract so it should work but it keeps saying it is not connected. I connected toa wifi connection yesterday and when I disabled that connection, my BIS did not start up again, i tried a battery pop reboot which didn't help at all, I even ran a diagnostics test and the resutls said as follows:

Apr 25, 2012I recently updated the software on my blackberry to OS6 and after i seemed to have a problem with my applications email and the internet on the phone. My messages on bbm are not sending and the applications and internet just refuse to load.
i called vodafone as they are my network and they suggested that i go into options, then mobile network, then change the mobile network to any other network, after doing this i would change it back to vodaphone and switch my phone off. i did this and turned my phone back on after 20 minuets but then the proplem was still there.
i am paying monthly for this internet sevice and as a person that uses it on a regular basis (this meaning all day every day!) it is being a real pain.

When I try to send an email It says service blocked and the internet just says unable to connect, Ive checked the connections and it says full connected, Ive also tried different wifi locations wirh no success.

Apr 9, 2012I topped up my 6 month bb memerbship on Saturday morning and got a verification email later that evening.
My BBM, Twitter and Facebook are working fine however, my internet and WhatsApp isn't. When I click on WhatsApp, it just says "Initialization can take up to 5 minutes" and when I click to use the internet, it just says "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later".
I've had the phone for 2 years and have never had this problem before. I currently have the WhatsApp free trial which expires in August so I don't want to delete and re-install incase it charges me?

Apr 13, 2012My internet doesn't work unless I reboot my phone (even after that it doesn't last for long) and my phone freezes for very long periods of time so I just reboot it. I thought this problem occured because I had alot of files on my 2gb memory card (music, pictures, videos), but this problem is still happening and I have an 8gb memory card.(BB 9300)

My internet browser is not working, it takes ages to load, the blue bar at the bottom saying 'requesting' is there for ages and then comes up with the notification "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider." None of the apps involving internet are working either - BBM, Facebook, Whats App etc. I have already done the whole resend service books thing and that hasn't helped.

I tried going into email settings but then i get the error message "your device had a problem connecting to the server" and when i try to use my browser i get "unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. if the problem persists please contact your service provider".I've tried taking the battery out, i've tried option > advanced options > host routing table > register now.
