I bought BB curve 9360 on 16th December 2011 from the carrier Windmobile but since January 2012 battery charge does not last more than 2 to 3 hours after fully charging the battery. And after this charge I can only talk 20 to 30 minutes.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've only had this phone for a few months and the battery life is awful, 10 texts later and it's almost dead, one quick phone call same thing. the screen goes dark not long after last communication, I've tried deleting removing apps. This is really odd at least in my opinion I basically only answer a few texts a day and maybe 2 or 3 bbm or nothing at all. wi fi is off.

It shows the battery with red X huge centre of screen each time I put it back in. Now I can't use my device anymore and I just used it for 1 year. View 5 Replies View RelatedI replaced the battery in my 16gb 3g and in the process of doing so broke the ring in the wifi cable where it is screwed to the housing after assembling everything, checking, double checking. iPhone will not turn on at all. At first I got a little red line showing a dead battery when I plugged it in, but I couldn't get it to turn on (pushed power and home button together, tried dfu etc etc). Opened it again to double check other cable connections, now it doesn't even show this red battery line anymore.
Does this cable just affect the antenna or could it have disrupted the whole iPhone from turning on?

When the phone came back on, it connected just fine, but all of my saved media (pictures, music, videos) was gone. The media was all saved on the device and we use a BES at my office. As of now, her phone's battery drains out very rapidly, even though she charged it for over a night. I am pretty sure the cause of the problem is from the old battery. View 1 Replies View RelatedJust over a week ago my Storm 1 began giving me problems. Basically died. Started to do an insurance claim but went to the store first. They said, we'll just do an insurance replacement overnight. Ok, received the replacement the next day. Activated it with no problems, went to charge it and it would not charge. (This was the old battery from the first phone since one was not sent with the replacement.) Plugged into USB on computer, went haywire. Took it back to store where they took an hour to reload the software. Took phone back home, did the exact same thing. I went back to the store, where they gave me a new charger. Went back home, then 2 days ago, the battery will not charge at all. Went back to Verizon, ended up having to buy a new battery. Charged it fully.
Clarification: It was at 30% charge when I left the store with the new battery. Charged at work during the day up to about 75%. When I got home I put it on the home charger for at least 4 hours. It never got above 85% full. This morning down to 70%, and now after charging for 2.5 hours, still won't go over 70% charged. What the heck! All I want is a phone that works! What can I do at this point? After replacing phone, charger AND battery! Heck, I'd be happy to just get another phone. Like maybe an 8530. I wonder if that's possible or would I have to get another Storm 1? What should I do at this point? Call CS? Go back to store?
It looks like my wife's 1 year old 3G iPhone's battery is toast - not holding a charge, and running out of juice extremely quickly.
Anyways as far as I can tell it will cost me 80 bucks - is that accurate?
Also is this something the apple store geniuses can do? Finally what's the general turn around time?
This is why I HATE non replaceable batteries. worst case, my wife will be w/o a phone for a period of time, perhaps one or two weeks.
If the geniuses can do it in short order that will be the best case scenario.
