BB Curve :: 9360 Doesn't Recognize Battery?
Oct 1, 2012I am using the BB Curve 9360 and I stumble upon a serious problem. After doing a regular battery pull, my device doesn't recognize the battery anymore. It shows the battery with red X huge centre of screen each time I put it back in. Now I can't use my device anymore and I just used it for 1 year. I updated to OS 7.1 bundle 1647 last week and then this problem shows up. I'm stuck.

Mar 7, 2012I bought BB curve 9360 on 16th December 2011 from the carrier Windmobile but since January 2012 battery charge does not last more than 2 to 3 hours after fully charging the battery. And after this charge I can only talk 20 to 30 minutes.

Jan 6, 2012When I first put it on, right after I got it from my service providers it died within three hours, which I figured was just because it was the first time it has ever been on. I charged it all night, and the next day took it off the charger at 7am and it died at 1pm. That's a 6 hour lifespan.

Jun 6, 2012I've only had this phone for a few months and the battery life is awful, 10 texts later and it's almost dead, one quick phone call same thing. the screen goes dark not long after last communication, I've tried deleting removing apps. This is really odd at least in my opinion I basically only answer a few texts a day and maybe 2 or 3 bbm or nothing at all. wi fi is off.

Dec 1, 2012My daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
