I cant get onto my phone, first it has red light, then the red light will go off, and then the load bar will come up. After about five seconds, my phone will go off and it will repeat again. Ive tried charging it and taking out the battery, and I know its not the battery because I swapped with a friend and it still did the same
View 1 RepliesI've only had my Blackberry Bold for about 2 months. The camera was being a little funny and won't zoom so I switched off my phone and took out the battery and replaced it to try and reboot the phone. Now it won't turn on!When the battery is in the Red LED light at the top right corner lights up then goes off when the Phone starts up showing the BLACKBERRY Logo on the screen with the Loading Bar underneath. The bar then shows that it is loading but almost immediately it crashes and switches off. It does this repeatedly though I've tried removing and replacing the battery several times.I'm sure it is not a problem with the battery as I had only charged it the previous night and even tried using another battery from my friends Blackberry just to double check but the phone continues to repeatedly turn on, crash, turn off.

I've taken the battery out and replaced it several times. Eash time I do so, it turns itself on (as always) and begins to loads but freezes everytime at the same point in the loading bar.

When I try to set up on my phone and enter my email address I have tried the ID name I registered with and also my email password and nothing works. I have now tried 7/10 times. After a while it even gives an error message. I tried pushing buttons, but the only solution so far is taking out the battery and re-installing it. I back everything up fine on my computer but the blackberry software crashed when it was trying to restore the info from my phone { I don't know why it was trying to restore everything cause I've never done that before.} so I tried to reinstall my backup onto my phone and it seemed to work. I switched my phone back on it was working, I tried to go onto facebook and I got "A connection cannot be established to the Facebook server." so I uninstalled the facebook app and waited for the phone to reset and reload. it took ages and about 3 battery removals to get the phone to load up to the password screen, and when it did get passed that, the phone wont let me click on my text message or email shortcut. I switched the phone off and saw a white screen with an error number of app err 523. My phone has been fine since I bought it until tonight.

It often occurs when I'm playing media, using apps and maps. View 2 Replies View RelatedI got a BB Curve 3G and within a day or so the battery went. i charged it up but it wouldnt switch back on so I rang TMobile and they exchanged my phone for a new one. I have had this one for a few weeks now and today I noticed that every time i click on app of any sort i get the timer for a few seconds before it comes on. I havent used up much memory but i thought i would delete some song files etc as I added some yesterday so i did but it was still going slow. I tried a battery remove and now my phone wont switch back on again. It gets the white loading bar but went it gets to the top it just sticks like that for about 15 minutes. Then it eventually goes to the T-mobile white screen but it wont go any further. I took the memory card out and did the same again but it hasnt helped and my phone still wont come on.

About a week ago I did a battery pull on my Curve, the phone "started up" but got stuck on the loading Bar about 70% into the process. My Desktop Manager does not recognize the phone, so unable to do a software update.

Afterwards, however, I would unlock my phone to check or send a message and upon unlocking the screen the analog clock load symbol in the middle of the screen would appear. It typically stays on the screen for anywhere between 10-20 seconds but can sometimes last longer - like this morning when I used my phone for the first time today it did it for somewhere around 1 minute. I'm curious if this is a defective phone side effect or something fixable? I haven't put in a memory card and the phone's internal memory isn't very high so could that be it?
View 7 Replies View Relatedi recently took the battery out of my phone and once i put it back in the phone came up with the blackberry logo and the load bar, it get stuch around 2/3 of the way threw the bar. i've tried taking out the battery and putting it back in again, leaving it out for long periods and leaving it to load for long periods. none of that has worked. I've tried looking online for someone with the same problem but i can't seem to find anything that has worked. i've tired holding the return button thing for the safe mode thats been suggested and that didn't even work.im not sure what operating system the phone is either.

Two days ago, every time I tried to use it, it gives me this loading hourglass icon and it takes forever to get to the task. It acts like dial up internet. Even making a simple call takes forever. What can I do. It also sucks up charge. If I completely charge it up at night, it may hold charge until about 5:00 pm that same day.

All of a sudden the screen locked with a message saying that memory cleaning was in progress and would take a few minutes. (apologies dont have the exact wording for this)
The device rebooted the white screen came up with the loading clock icon and thats as far as it goes. it reboots after a few mins then does the same and is now stuck in this endless loop.
We've tried the battery pull, tried re-installing OS via Desktop Manager. but still the same.
I'm having aproblem with the BB browser, when I try to open a webpage it never finish loading the page I can see the "loading" bar moving but it never shows the pagef I reboot my Curve 8520, it starts working again but after a couole of pages, I have the same problem again.
