BB Curve :: Phone Maps Not LOADING?
May 30, 2011my blackberry maps application is not loading. it just shows white background with a pointer in the middle. there are no roads showing.

Nokia :: N95 - Ovi Maps Installed But Not Loading And Hangs The Entire Phone
Mar 17, 2010Maps now won't work at all on my N95 phone. Previously, Nokia Maps had started taking *forever* to get a fix (actually probably wasn't ever going to), and I insanely tried to 'improve' the application to Ovi maps when looking for a solution. It installs fine (twice), but will not load past about 30%. Hangs the entire phone. I removed a cities folder. No good. I can't find maps as an application to uninstall.
Context: Nokia software works pathetically badly on my Vista computer. Ovi fails repeatedly (grays out), software updater loads but has never worked, some Nokia software is slowing booting and closing of the computer etc. And the phone usually has to install drivers each time it is plugged in, despite this happening many times before.
BB Curve :: ID Not Loading On Phone?
Jun 10, 2012I have just been set up with everything on Blackberry Curve 9320. I registered with Blackberry entering a user name and ID and then email address and password. When I try to set up on my phone and enter my email address I have tried the ID name I registered with and also my email password and nothing works. I have now tried 7/10 times. I do not want to try any more in case it blocks anything on my phone.

I've taken out the battery and I've tried letting it finish loading after taking the battery out. Well after letting it sit for 2 hours with this loading screen up it still hasn't done anything. However, the Note 5 was able to start using true offline maps/navigation/search while in airplane mode since yesterday.(provided that I downloaded the offline for the city first)

Dec 10, 2014I have the HTC One M8 (developer's edition). It was an unlocked AT&T phone but I am using it on Net 10. The data via wireless is fine. If I switch to mobile data I can use any of the android apps (Facebook, mail, etc), I can even use google search and get a results page.....BUT if I click on one of the links that shows up after a search......the page NEVER loads. The progress bar starts but then just stops. No error message. This happens in all browsers on all pages. I've tried alternate apn settings. It seems to happen only in LTE. If I disable LTE then it works fine but why should I have to settle for a slower connection. HTC says its a carrier issue.

Some pages always load fine such as wikipedia however others such as facebook just don't load at all. I've taken the battery out and replaced it several times. Eash time I do so, it turns itself on (as always) and begins to loads but freezes everytime at the same point in the loading bar.

May 12, 2011I got a BB Curve 3G and within a day or so the battery went. i charged it up but it wouldnt switch back on so I rang TMobile and they exchanged my phone for a new one. I have had this one for a few weeks now and today I noticed that every time i click on app of any sort i get the timer for a few seconds before it comes on. I havent used up much memory but i thought i would delete some song files etc as I added some yesterday so i did but it was still going slow. I tried a battery remove and now my phone wont switch back on again. It gets the white loading bar but went it gets to the top it just sticks like that for about 15 minutes. Then it eventually goes to the T-mobile white screen but it wont go any further. I took the memory card out and did the same again but it hasnt helped and my phone still wont come on.

May 28, 2012So I just ordered a new phone (Blackberry Curve 9300) and the first day or so it was working fine. Afterwards, however, I would unlock my phone to check or send a message and upon unlocking the screen the analog clock load symbol in the middle of the screen would appear. It typically stays on the screen for anywhere between 10-20 seconds but can sometimes last longer - like this morning when I used my phone for the first time today it did it for somewhere around 1 minute. I'm curious if this is a defective phone side effect or something fixable? I haven't put in a memory card and the phone's internal memory isn't very high so could that be it?
