BB Curve :: 8520 Starts Loading The Bar Halfway?
Sep 3, 2012I was just using whatsapp before this and it was going very slow and then when i would click on whatsapp, there would be a message saying uncaught exception or something like that so then i pulled the battery out and it never started properly after that but would just load the bar about 2/3 of the way and then stop.i've tried charging it, it was fully charged before though and i've left it out the whole night and it still isn't working? its a Curve 8520 with OS v.5

Apr 4, 2010I have a blackberry curve that's frozen up and now all it does is show the loading hourglass.... I've taken out the battery and I've tried letting it finish loading after taking the battery out. Well after letting it sit for 2 hours with this loading screen up it still hasn't done anything. What should I do?

Jan 30, 2011I recently updated my blackberry bold 9700 to the new OS 6 software but now when my battery gets to halfway it automatically goes red and then the remaining half a battery has gone and my battry needs recharging asap.Is this the case with anyone else...This only hapened when i updates the software.

Nokia :: 6303 - Map Loader Stops Halfway
Jan 6, 2010For ten days I've been trying to get the maps for Europe on my 4 GB SD card. With the larger country files the DL stops between 40% and 99,3 % (Yes indeed)
There obviously is no resume function on the Nokia Server nor inside the Maps Downloader (like FTP servers do have) thus I have to start all over again. It took a lot of patience and even more luck as well. For some countries I had to retry 17 times and for about 1 GB of country files my DU-meter indicates a 5 GB DL traffic. By now I have almost all European countries except:
England 89,5 MB (Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are OK)
Finland (of all countries!) 91,5 MB
Poland 71,2 MB
It makes no difference whether I start downloading maps from the PC-Suite or directly under Windows XP (SP3). Two weeks ago I had the same problem with another 6303 which I returned to the webshop. The original 1 GB SD card on both models has the same download problem.
Some voice files DL's were OK. The LD-4W did find my 'Current location' and I could save. Adresses of friends in Holland and in Spain were found easily.

This 6303 runs SW v.10.10 in PC-Suite mode via USB cable.
I had NP with the SW update from v.9.10 (out of the box) to v.10.10, but v.9.10 had the same problem.

BB Bold 9000 :: Phone Only Charges To Halfway
Mar 18, 2010I am using Rogers 4.6.0.303 firmware, and when i charge my phone overnight it only charges until the halfway point. Is this caused by a faulty battery or firmware glitch?? I have no idea why this is happening all of a sudden! I keep my wifi off and keep it on 2g most of the time.

BB Bold 9700 :: Constantly Rebooting / Fails Halfway And Begins Again
Mar 8, 2010My phone is about 2 months old. My service is through ATT in the US, but I use the phone abroad - currently in Sydney, Australia.Sometime early this morning [still asleep as alarm didn't go off], the phone began rebooting. When it reboots, it fails half way through and starts again. This has been going on for over 10 hours. I have not had time to load any new application onto it, it is in the same state it came. I just receive and send email and text.I have spoken to ATT and the only thing they recommend is a new phone. However, they wont send it to me outside the US, they say it isn't possible [even if I pay for shipping]. I guess they never heard of FedEx or DHL. So much for their international service. I have to coordinate shipping through my office in the US. This is going take me more time than I think I can live without the phone.
I've tried a battery that I know works and the problem persisted. I would like to wipe the phone clean, but since I don't ever get to the main screen, I cant do it using an application. Is there any way to wipe it clean using a combination of keys? I cant do it from my PC either as it doesnt recognize the phone since it is always rebooting.

This message has occurred a number of times before and I have successfully transferred files to the SD card each time.However, during the last transfer I somehow cancelled it halfway through the transfer.

I have had this tone for a while and I think it started only playing about 50% of it when I updated to WP8.1 Dev Preview. I've been hanging on to see if Cyan fixed it, but it hasn't. The funny thing is, every once in a while (maybe once per week) it will play the whole thing.

May 12, 2011I got a BB Curve 3G and within a day or so the battery went. i charged it up but it wouldnt switch back on so I rang TMobile and they exchanged my phone for a new one. I have had this one for a few weeks now and today I noticed that every time i click on app of any sort i get the timer for a few seconds before it comes on. I havent used up much memory but i thought i would delete some song files etc as I added some yesterday so i did but it was still going slow. I tried a battery remove and now my phone wont switch back on again. It gets the white loading bar but went it gets to the top it just sticks like that for about 15 minutes.
