Blackberry Curve 3G - OS 6 I How do i fix when loading screen keeps on appearing on my screen eventhough there are no outgoing and incoming messages? I already close some of my apps but it keeps goin on. I usually turn off my phone and take out the battery. would it damage my phone?

So I just ordered a new phone (Blackberry Curve 9300) and the first day or so it was working fine. Afterwards, however, I would unlock my phone to check or send a message and upon unlocking the screen the analog clock load symbol in the middle of the screen would appear. It typically stays on the screen for anywhere between 10-20 seconds but can sometimes last longer - like this morning when I used my phone for the first time today it did it for somewhere around 1 minute. I'm curious if this is a defective phone side effect or something fixable? I haven't put in a memory card and the phone's internal memory isn't very high so could that be it?

The problem I have however is not with the game itself but with the images it has put on my phone to run itself, they seem to have 'inbedded'into the system on my phone so when for example I go into my camera I have a Haypi symbol on the bar at the top and then when I close it and its between closing an app and going to the main screen or vice versa the Haypi Kingdom shield and sword and severaL motifs appear briefly.I have tried removing the game to get rid of this but it still happens even when its not installed now, its like as if its installed a Haypi Kingdom theme to my phone! I like the game but not so much that I want to see it all over my phone!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have 2 Blackberry Curve 8900's both on the Vodafone network and have installed Blackberry App World on both of them. I have checked the application lists on both of the phones and Blackberry App World is appearing in both of the lists but there is no icon any where for me to click on to open Blackberry App World. Both of these Blackberrys have software version 4.6.1.168 which according to when i click check for updates on desktop manager it is the latest version.
I have read other threads on here and done anything that i have found so far but none of them have worked, i.e: uninstalled and re-installed the app world from different places but still does not appear numerous battery pulls but still don't appear i have tried installing blackberry app world from [URL] on both blackberrys but still it does not appear i have tried connecting my blackberry to my PC and downloading and installing the blackberry app world from my PC's web browser from the above same URL but using the option 'From Your Desktop Computer' but still it does not appear.
Just bought a BB Curve 8520 from a friend of mine yesterday.Now I got a little issue and he doesn't know the solution as well.Yesterday, when I pressed the messages button on the home screen (normal background), the SMS and MMS folder opened. When I had a new message, it directly showed it in the folder..Now since today, when I open the folder, I need to go to the options menu > display folder and then select SMS Inbox before it shows me the new messages.Is it a specific option that I changed that could cause this? It's kind of irritating that I need to go through the menu each time to read new text messages.

This started back when I upgraded BB AppworldPlease be aware,1.I have clicked the "Show all" button and it doesn't appear2. I have checked in all folders. 3. Multiple reinstalations, but no positive results 4. Several Device Reboots/Battery pulls/Factory Restarts were attempted, but no positive outcome 5. When I look under Application Management, Blackberry Appworld (3.1.4.25) IS InstalledIt seems that others are having this problem as well, but does anybody know how to fix this!

The e-mail account and Blackberry seem to reconcile well except for changes I make to the e-mail account on my PC. These changes are not reconciling with the Blackberry.So, if I read or delete e-mails from the BB, this shows up on the PC. But if I read or delete e-mails on the PC, this is not reflected on the phone. The BB does, however, receive e-mails from this account.I also have another e-mail account connected (Outlook) which is working perfectly.I have searched through the options and can't find anything that looks like it will resolve the issue.

My fone was going well,but one day my fone was not turning on,then i connect it to charger,and then red light turns on(LED) and it remained on for a while but my phone didn't started and then i see a battery icon with a cross on it on screen. I thought it as a battery problem, and bought a new battery.My fone get on and it ws running effiecintly,but after a week again my fone failed to get start and then again battery icon with a cross on it begin to appear. View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to access my device memory through mass storage. But when i connect with Mass storage, i can only access the SD-card. This also happens when i go to options -> memory - There i can only see application memory, and media card, but no device memory, like in other phones.
Checking programatically for file:///store/home/user, shows it exists, and i'm able to save files to it. So - How do i get back my device memory ? Any one else experiencing these problems?
I have changed a setting and now phone call details are appearing in my email list on my Blackberry Curve.

I only have my blackberry since April but Today, for no apparent reason, it began to act up. When I turn on my phone, it loads to around 75% and then freezes. I've taken the battery out and replaced it several times. Eash time I do so, it turns itself on (as always) and begins to loads but freezes everytime at the same point in the loading bar.

I have been waiting for 10 minutes and on the screen I just keep an empty screen with (after more than 2 minutes) a full blue bar still "loading".I emptied the internet history and cache.A month or so ago I could open sites without any problem. When I try to set up on my phone and enter my email address I have tried the ID name I registered with and also my email password and nothing works. I have now tried 7/10 times. I do not want to try any more in case it blocks anything on my phone.

Not able to send any e mails either. Thought too many stored mails may be the problem but device won't now allow me to delete. Battery also running low after just a few hours,even after fully charging.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got a BB Curve 3G and within a day or so the battery went. i charged it up but it wouldnt switch back on so I rang TMobile and they exchanged my phone for a new one. I have had this one for a few weeks now and today I noticed that every time i click on app of any sort i get the timer for a few seconds before it comes on. I havent used up much memory but i thought i would delete some song files etc as I added some yesterday so i did but it was still going slow. I tried a battery remove and now my phone wont switch back on again. It gets the white loading bar but went it gets to the top it just sticks like that for about 15 minutes. Then it eventually goes to the T-mobile white screen but it wont go any further. I took the memory card out and did the same again but it hasnt helped and my phone still wont come on.

About a week ago I did a battery pull on my Curve, the phone "started up" but got stuck on the loading Bar about 70% into the process. My Desktop Manager does not recognize the phone, so unable to do a software update.

I have re-started phone and that doesn't seem to help at all.
Starting of today when i reboot my bb, it freezes halfway on the loaidng bar. I've waited for several minnutes and even tried with different batteries, i've also tried with no sim and i have left the bb to rest with no battery on sim in it at all.
