I can not "send" hotmail's from my internet browser. I can't scroll down far enough to see the send button. This just started on Friday, sprint is my carrier if that matters.I have tried clearing the cache, provisioning.
View 9 RepliesI stopped receiving emails from my hotmail accont to my phone yesterday and then had a message from blackberry saying I needed to validate my email, which I did fine and also registered my blackberry ID. However, I still cannot send or receive my emais and when I try to send it comes up with an error message: 'User account is in INVALID mode'. I did change my hotmail password the other day; don't know if this is of importance. In addition, I have tried to modify the email account set up on my blackberry but it will not allow me to access the current account settings or allow me to add a new account, the option just doesn't exist or appear, which had not been an issue up until now. I could, however, set up an enterprise account if wanted. I am not sure who to contact about this so thought I'd post here first...

I have tried everything, reconfigured e-mail setup multiple times but still hotmail cannot send e-mail on my HTC One-X and always saying unable to send e-mail. There is no place to changed the port under hotmail setup in my device.

It works fine whilst being on wifi and it works fine being on 3G but using gmail. I have entered the settings a couple of times and tried other stuff but nothing seems to work.

Recently I have been unable to send messages from my Hotmail account on my BB Torch, the message initially appears to have sent OK then after a few seconds a red cross is displayed and the Message Status changes to General Failure.

After i started using the 8520 on the at&t network i noticed that i cannot change my setting from hotspot browser to internet browser anymore which in turn i cannot use the data service with at&t that i am paying for. Now when I send an email from my blackberry / hotmail account, the signature either gives my my name twice followed by </div> or if i delete my name from the signature, the resulkt is that i just get the </div> appended to the bottom of my email.
I have searched for a solution to this problem, activation and deactivating HTML etc, but to no avail. Is there something I can do to get this resolved?

The e-mail account and Blackberry seem to reconcile well except for changes I make to the e-mail account on my PC. These changes are not reconciling with the Blackberry.So, if I read or delete e-mails from the BB, this shows up on the PC. But if I read or delete e-mails on the PC, this is not reflected on the phone. The BB does, however, receive e-mails from this account.I also have another e-mail account connected (Outlook) which is working perfectly.I have searched through the options and can't find anything that looks like it will resolve the issue.
