I have a BB Bold 9700 and am using it access my Hotmail emails.he issue I have is that when I send email from my BB using my hotmail account, these sent emails do not show up in my send box in my Hotmail (accessed through the computer). Is there a fix for this

I have been trying to figure this one out for a while. I have two email accounts link to my berry. Both are AOL email accounts. The problem is that when I try o send an email and select from which one to send it from I now have four choice, they are doubling up. For example for email one it shows up as xxxx@aol.com and then xxxx@AOL.com. The same thing happens for my calendars. Each account shows up twice, so in essence it splits them up and I have 4 separate calendars. What can I do to get rid of the extra accounts that show up and correctly show only the two emails(and associated calendars)on my berry.I am at a lost with this one.PS. Went to the blackberry BIS website to make sure I did not type each email in twice when I registered them and it correctly only shows the two emails that are registered.

I have gmail on my 9700 and everytime I send a email it doesnt show up as a sent emal. It doesnt show nothing. I could only see my recieved emails. Also, I noticed Im not recieving emails immediatley on my 9700. It takes atleast five minutes or more after the email has been sent to actually get it on my 9700. Is this normal? I just noticed it took about twenty minutes after an email was sent to recieve it on my 9700?
View 13 Replies View RelatedI stopped receiving emails from my hotmail accont to my phone yesterday and then had a message from blackberry saying I needed to validate my email, which I did fine and also registered my blackberry ID. However, I still cannot send or receive my emais and when I try to send it comes up with an error message: 'User account is in INVALID mode'. I did change my hotmail password the other day; don't know if this is of importance. In addition, I have tried to modify the email account set up on my blackberry but it will not allow me to access the current account settings or allow me to add a new account, the option just doesn't exist or appear, which had not been an issue up until now. I could, however, set up an enterprise account if wanted. I am not sure who to contact about this so thought I'd post here first...

The only problem I have with my Bold 9700 is this; I have 2 email address sert up on my BB. I receive emails that are sent and can reply to emails that I receive. I can add an email address and type out the email but there is no send option. I have tried everything to see if I can alter this but no luck. Any advice anyone?

On the old thread it sounded like I have no choice, but that was re: a different type of BB. If anyone knows how to even get into my options to look I'd appreciate it. I've read how other people are getting there - going from the main menu to email settings/options/advanced settings, etc, but I can't find all the "options" I need.

I tried a Gmail account and it works fine, I just get an error "The application has encountered and error and cannot continue" for my hotmail account. I have contacted T-Mobile and they tried to help me, however they told me, after few tires, that BB does not support Hotmail accounts.

My wife's is instant and so are a few others who use hotmail on their bolds. Can i anyway get this issue resolved? But I'm loving it!My question is about my hotmail account.
When I send messages from the BB they do not appear in my outlook 07 and vice versa, is there a way to make it do this?I would also like to get all of my old message from outlook (pre BB) onto the BB for reference, is this possible?
I've been wondering why my hotmail shortcut is just the usual envelope-with-small-globe one, because my friend's 9700 has the envelope-with-small-orange-envelope for her hotmail emails. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm running on 9700/5.0.0.862.

I have 3 accounts that run off the hotmail server, yet I can NOT get my phone to sync up with the server to delete my messages from the inbox and the phone. I even tried going back to my 8320 and the messages were deleted off the hotmail server. I'm so frustrated with the 9700 not working. Any one know how to fix this issue!

I have set up both my gmail and Hotmail accounts.Unfortunately, I can't seem to receive any mails from my hotmail on my handset even though they do arrive on my hotmail. My first and main account is with hotmail.co.uk, my second account is with googlemail.com.It might be important to note that my password for both is the same, but I dont see this as an issue as it consits of only letters and numbers.Also, my girlfriend input her hotmail.com account and it worked fine. So why does it work for her and not me?! I have tried to get a hotmail.com account but for some reason only hotmail.co.uk and live.co.uk are the only options for new email accounts here.This problem is also reflected in the Facebook application, whereas my girlfriend input her facebook username (which is her hotmail.com address) and it worked. When I input my Facebook username (my hotmail.co.uk address) it says that this is invalid!It is sooo frustrating and as a new blackberry user I feel a bit out of my depth

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have Outlook 2007 on my desktop computer and use BT as a service provider and for my email, my Blackberry supplier is Vodafone and I use BIS.I have noticed that if my Blackberry receives an email first I don't get the same email delivered to my desktop. If my desktop gets an email first then the same email will be delivered to my Blackberry. I was happily deleting emails from my Blackberry thinking I would have them all on my desktop but I now find I have to check what emails I have on each before I delete anything. Is this an issue that anyone has come acrosss before and how do I resolve it apart from synching the Blackberry and desktop?I'm often away from the desktop which is why I bought the Blackberry in the first place.

They used to just be plain envelopes icons. Has something happened that I should be aware of or is something saved? What is this new icon alerting me to? or is this just a creative upgrade?(I auto-upgraded my BB Desktop Software to 6.0.0.40 recently, is this related?)I have always had a 'mini globe' icon at the bottom of my folder for my Gmail account. View 1 Replies View RelatedBlackberry bold 9650, OS 6 bundle 1741 (verizon)issue: I have set up gmail (in addition to my corporate BIS administrater account). when an gmail comes, in the 'gmail icon' shows as if there is an new email, when opening this icon, it doesn't show any email (in the top it shows 'All Mail' folder), but if I go to the main mail icon (desktop mail icon), then I can see my corporate emails AND gmails.Any idea why this behaves this way? I may have played around the gmail plug-in and might try to remove it sometime back. I tried to add it again it says my phone is not compatible.for what is worth, this device was in 5.0 before, I upgraded to OS 6 few months back, since then I have this issue (the plugin was working great in the previous version).
