Aug 29, 2010i have two hotmail ID and both of them have a delay of about 10 minutes !! any clue or fix to this issue?

Jan 12, 2010About a Week a go, my issue started, with a delay on all mail, and a day by another one email get fixed and the other get bugged!I have 5 emails added on my BIS from Vodafone Qatar (Unlimited Plan)Today Records:1. The BlackBerry Email @mobileemail.vodafone.com.qa) receives mails in a blink2. Gmail: Maximum delay of 20 seconds3. Support email for my website: Maximum delay of 30 seconds4.otification email for my website: Maximum delay of 30 Seconds5. Hotmail: Maximum delay up to a day or may not even reach!I contacted Vodafone Qatar,We did the following steps (me and the Technical Team)*Re send Service Books*Re- Register with the Host routing table*Battery removal for 5 minutes*Email Deletion and re adding it*Whole BIS account removed and re created!!But none of those solutions

Feb 25, 2011In the last 4 days I've had delays in receiving mails. It usually takes at 8 minutes for the mail to arrive. Although there are times it arrives faster it's never instantly (or up to 1 minute). I guess it's some sort of problem with my push notifications, I was wandering if it might be a hardware problem or is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Dec 16, 2011I have two web based emails, which are working fine on my laptop. I stopped receiving emails last night and haven't received any since. They were working fine for several months until last night. I can also not install updates as the desktop manager says there's a 'fatal error'. Might these be related? I get bbm and text fine.

Jan 5, 2011I'm no longer receiving hotmail emails to my Blackberry. I am able to send hotmail emails from my phone but not receive. My hotmail account is working well via my pc. I'm also receiving emails to my other non-hotmail account on my blackberry.I have been on the phone with my carrier O2 about this over 10 times and they have confirmed its either a Blackberry or Hotmail problem, not an O2 issue.I have tried nearly everything; removed and readded my hotmail account on both the Blackberry Internet Service website (via device browser) and Email Settings on Device, turning phone on/off, host routing table and registering etc..nothing seems to be working.Hotmail have suggested I re-configure the pop3 settings on my phone, but I don't understand how this can be done. I am on a Blackberry Curve 8520 and only just recently bought the phone.

Jun 8, 2011I've had this phone for about a year and have always had issues of not receiving Hotmail emails within a reasonable amount of time. With the GB update it did get a little better but today when I turned on my phone at 7am and it's now 10:30am I have not received any emails. I checked my Hotmail account on a desktop pc and I had 12 emails since last night as recently as 15 minutes ago. I thought GB was supposed to fix this. My battery life is not better if possibly worse with GB. And yes my Droid X does turn back on when I turn it off. Looks like GB may have fixed some things but broke others

Mar 12, 2010Bold 9700, OS .442, Telus Mobility. Email server is IMAP, leave emails on server indefinitely (eg. I still have emails from 2007), 90MB memory free. BIS is set up to forward messages that do not meet filters.This just started happening today, I'm not receiving random emails! It's been working fine for weeks! So starting today, I would be in a conversation with someone, and I won't get a reply. That person sends me another email asking if I got his last email... coming back home and checking (Apple Mail) I realize I'm missing some other emails today as well. Again, some emails reach my Blackberry, others don't! No rhyme or reason as to why this is happening.

I've done the routing tables thing and resent service books. Any other ideas? Edit: I've just noticed I'm not receiving my facebook notifications either.

Mar 31, 2010This is probably a simple one but any help would be appreciated.I am receiving my work email to my BB which is great, however some day's I am in the office at my desk, and on those day's I do not need to get my mail on my BB.
Is there any way to "pause" the receiving of emails while I am in the office, and then I can manually start receiving emails again once I am not at my desk, short of deleting and installing the account every time?

Jun 21, 2010Since Thursday my BB9700 has not been receiving emails regularly. I may get one large batch if e mails a day . However I am getting face book notifications as normal. I have contacted my provider T Mobile who said there is an issue with the Blackberry server currently and they could not help. I have not heard anything about this is this true or are T mobile trying to pass the blame? I have not changed any settings on BB 9700, I am receiving the e mails on my desktop pc. Can someone please give me some advise on how I can resolve this issue/

Jan 14, 2010I just got myself the Bold 9700. Ive managed to load movies into it and they work fine except one minor glitch. Now the pic quality is brilliant and there is audio too but the only problem is that there is a few seconds delay between the audio or the dialogue and the actual scene. The audio is 1 or 2 seconds later than the actual scene.
Also when i first loaded video files into the phone and i played the file for the first time i got an option "optimize screen for playback" Upon selecting this option the video got into full screen mode but now i just do not get this option and the videos r really very small so i'am using a software where i have to increase the resolution that fits into the screen.

Jul 9, 2010I received my upgrade on Monday - a shiney new Blackberry Bold 9700. After setting it all up and getting the phone how i liked it, I started to notice problems........
My Blackberry messenger either didn't work or sent & received messages hours after they were actually sent.The internet was painfully slow if it loaded at all.
If I tried to make calls it would rarely work either taking forever to connect or when it did try to connect, I would hear a triple beep repeatedly as though there was a problem.When people tried to call me, they would go straight to my voicemail even though I was not on a call and had full signal.
My network provider immediately agreed to replace the handset and get me a new one out the next day and today I received the new handset. I've come home, tried to make a few calls on the handset before setting it up and all I am getting is an SOS symbol where the signal symbol should be and I am not able to make calls or do anything else.
I tried to restore the backed up file from my last handset and although it restored my numbers & text messages as well as my background image & alarms, it has not restored my programmes that I had installed and it has not restored my email and facebook settings. Am I doing something wrong or do I have another faulty handset?

Aug 1, 2010Does any one know how to get the Blackberry Bold 9700 to sync wirelessly with Live.com like it will with Yahoo or Google? I'm trying to cut down on the number of calendars that my Bold tells me it has, but can't seem to get the CONTACT LISt to wirelessly sync with Live.com If it sync's with Yahoo, it creates multiple entries on my BB and I need my Yahoo address book for my Messenger AND how do I get it to stop showing with Facebooks' Calendar? I Don't use that and it won't stop syncing all my information onto my Facebook account.

I have spoke at great lengths to Telus Tech support and they cant figure out why it is happening. Have reinstalled it at least 10 times. It has been off Blackberry world or of microsoft itself.
