Is there any way to directly sync the BB calendar with the Windows Live Hotmail Calendar? It seems that the only way to do so is indirectly by using the Microsoft Office Outlook Hotmail Connector to sync with my desktop Outlook and then use DM to sync through a USB connection?

I use hotmail live and the calendar some time my dates from my calendar are sync but some times not. How to be able to add dates on the computer or on the blackberry and like it to just sync automatically over the wireless network.

View 6 Replies View Relatedi set up emails on my Blackberry Curve 8900 about a month ago (via BIS) and they've been working fine since then - until yesterday. Yesterday I got an email saying: "Action required:update password!" - there was then some info asking me to go to the BIS page and validate my password before I can receive emails again.
I keep doing this and it keeps saying it has been validated (I am absolutely certain it is the correct password) - but then 1 minute later I get the same email again saying I ned to validate my password. I click the email icon in setup and it's gone back to needing to be validate again?!
It's my work email address accessed via BIS. Has anyone got any ideas?? (I've treied searching on here but the posts I've found are all talking about a problem with Hotmail / Live / MSN - which this isn't about)
I installed the new FW 40.0.005 for Nokia 5800 and then Windows Live Mesenger and Hotmail disappeared.
I went to Ovi Store to download it again (Ovi Store) but now it says "Sorry, this item is not available for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.Browse.

Just bought new Nokia 2730 and everything else is OK but I am not able to add my hotmail account to email settings. It always says that login fails. Live ID and password is OK and Live Messenger under chat is working with my account. I have the latest firmware v 09.41 02-12-09 rm-578.

I have spoke at great lengths to Telus Tech support and they cant figure out why it is happening. Have reinstalled it at least 10 times. It has been off Blackberry world or of microsoft itself. My Windows Google calendar to my wife's Windows Google calendar is fine, syncs within 20-30 seconds. Seems like the sync to her Note5 and my S6 is so slow that to be sure we are getting the calendar updates we have to go in and manually sync the Google account on each phone. This process takes a good 5 mins and is not ideal to be doing it all day long to ensure we have the latest events.
Is there something I can check/change to get the sync to happen a bit more automatically/frequently on the phones?
