One of our employees isn't able to view received eMails on his BlackBerry Bold 9780 since about two days.EMails he sent from the PC show up in his BlackBerry Mailbox, but incoming mails just won't show.I've tried the Enterprise Activation a few time, also hard resets, but without a result. Also couldn't find anything to this problem on various internet forums, so I thought I'd post my Problem here.

View 3 Replies View Relatedim having a problem with sending text sms messages. When isend these messages i get a check mark showing they have been sent. Why should i assume otherwise? And then i hear from multiple people that they received them at 4am or the next day or even just 30 minutes later and out of order. I even tested this with a friend sitting side by side. Out of 3 text messages sent, he only got the 2nd one and didnt receive any of the others. I read on another forum that it might be because my sim card might be old? Is this the knly possible explanation? It is probably at least 4-5 yrs old since i just get new phones but keep my sim card.
View 3 Replies View RelatedEarlier today my Blackberry Bold 9780 (6.0 bundle 1306) stopped receiving emails. The first thing I tried was rebooting by removing the battery, but this didn't work. I was looking through some other forums and it was suggested that the facebook app might be the problem. I checked the facebook app and nothing would load, so I uninstalled it but this didn't improve anything. I also unistalled all other 3rd party applications at this point.I then saw that someone else had lost their email becuase their phone wiped their password. I tried to access my email account management to see if this had happened, but was unable to do so. Instead I got a message saying 'Your device had a problem connecting to the server'.
The next thing I tried was the t-mobile BIS site. I accessed this via my computer and it said I needed to be on my hand held device. I tried to access the device's browser and it couldn't connect. I get the message "Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider."At some point after I was aware that I'd stopped receiving emails I went on the web to see if this was working, and it was. Unfortunately, I not sure if this was before or after the cull of apps. I also tried update the software for this device, but it told me it was up to date
im not getting all of my emails to my BB 9700, is there something i need to do, setup wise from my laptop or my BB. I look at my emails on my laptop and i had 24 but i never get them all to my BB,

When I delete emails on my BB, I noticed that the emails get downloaded again when I access my Mac Mail. Likewise, when I've deleted emails from my mac, they get downloaded again on my BB. How can I configure my BB and mac in such a way that the emails will not get downloaded from the server again after deleting?
I have been trying to figure this one out for a while. I have two email accounts link to my berry. Both are AOL email accounts. The problem is that when I try o send an email and select from which one to send it from I now have four choice, they are doubling up. For example for email one it shows up as xxxx@aol.com and then xxxx@AOL.com. The same thing happens for my calendars. Each account shows up twice, so in essence it splits them up and I have 4 separate calendars. What can I do to get rid of the extra accounts that show up and correctly show only the two emails(and associated calendars)on my berry.I am at a lost with this one.PS. Went to the blackberry BIS website to make sure I did not type each email in twice when I registered them and it correctly only shows the two emails that are registered.

Blackberry bold 9650, OS 6 bundle 1741 (verizon)issue: I have set up gmail (in addition to my corporate BIS administrater account). when an gmail comes, in the 'gmail icon' shows as if there is an new email, when opening this icon, it doesn't show any email (in the top it shows 'All Mail' folder), but if I go to the main mail icon (desktop mail icon), then I can see my corporate emails AND gmails.Any idea why this behaves this way? I may have played around the gmail plug-in and might try to remove it sometime back. I tried to add it again it says my phone is not compatible.for what is worth, this device was in 5.0 before, I upgraded to OS 6 few months back, since then I have this issue (the plugin was working great in the previous version).

Is it possible to stilll recieve the emails but that all attachments are filtered and excluded from the pushed email into my BB? If I want to see the attachments I will goto a proper PC to see it by logging in that way. I want the BB to just let me know an email was sent, and what text/word content is in it, if any. I dont want to recieve the attachments to my blackberry.
Also, does the emails with attachments sent to blackberrys use the data, or are they not downloaded until you explicitly click to open attachments>
when my phone rings and i dont answer it, it will show 1 missed call. when i click view, it does not show the missed call. When i call someone and then i hang up and view the placed calls screen, it does not show that either as well as the received calls that i do answer. has anyone experienced this with the Nokia 6650 flip phone? please leave comments if you know how to solve my problem.

If I click on the pictures, they open as if they were a video, 'playing' anywhere from 5 - 10 seconds with a play bar below. There's no problem opening or downloading the photos, but it's weird/annoying that pictures are opening this way.

I've been using personal pop3 email on my Blackberry 8520 without any problems then suddenly I'm seeing the same email arrive more than once in my Blackberry inbox. This started just a few days ago. Sometimes an email will arrive just twice but sometimes up to SEVEN times each separated by three to six minutes. Picking up emails with my outlook client there is only ever one email.
I deleted my email from the Blackberry and recreated it - but with no success. It does not affect all emails either. Two emails arrived overnight - one is duplicated, one is not.
I've had a BB for just about ever now - but I've never seen this before. I just added a new email acct to my phone and whenever I send messages (with just that account) I get a copy in my inbox as an unread message. The email goes through to the recipient and everything, but whenever I send from this account, I get a copy. Any idea why this could be happening? I've done resets, test emails and everything, nothing has seemed to work.I have a VZW BB Curve 3G 9330.I'm on BB OS 6.It's the third email account on my phone.I have done a soft reset a couple times already.

Now if I use the 'forward' option I don't even get my contacts list and if I put an email address in the message is only saved as a DRAFT and there is no SEND option. It happens with other blackberry models too -
