Earlier today my Blackberry Bold 9780 (6.0 bundle 1306) stopped receiving emails. The first thing I tried was rebooting by removing the battery, but this didn't work. I was looking through some other forums and it was suggested that the facebook app might be the problem. I checked the facebook app and nothing would load, so I uninstalled it but this didn't improve anything. I also unistalled all other 3rd party applications at this point.I then saw that someone else had lost their email becuase their phone wiped their password. I tried to access my email account management to see if this had happened, but was unable to do so. Instead I got a message saying 'Your device had a problem connecting to the server'.
The next thing I tried was the t-mobile BIS site. I accessed this via my computer and it said I needed to be on my hand held device. I tried to access the device's browser and it couldn't connect. I get the message "Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider."At some point after I was aware that I'd stopped receiving emails I went on the web to see if this was working, and it was. Unfortunately, I not sure if this was before or after the cull of apps. I also tried update the software for this device, but it told me it was up to date
im not getting all of my emails to my BB 9700, is there something i need to do, setup wise from my laptop or my BB. I look at my emails on my laptop and i had 24 but i never get them all to my BB,
One of our employees isn't able to view received eMails on his BlackBerry Bold 9780 since about two days.EMails he sent from the PC show up in his BlackBerry Mailbox, but incoming mails just won't show.I've tried the Enterprise Activation a few time, also hard resets, but without a result. Also couldn't find anything to this problem on various internet forums, so I thought I'd post my Problem here.
My phone would always show all incoming emails, but now it shows both incoming and outgoing emails, including sent emails from my PC. What do I need to do to only have incoming emails show up in my phone's inbox?
I just got this device, I am able to call out, get text messages, hit the web but not able to send or receive emails even if my Enterprise emails are not set up...Yahoo, Mac, etc not working even if sent from them vs Default, message says "Transaction error - failure at service".
I've been using personal pop3 email on my Blackberry 8520 without any problems then suddenly I'm seeing the same email arrive more than once in my Blackberry inbox. This started just a few days ago. Sometimes an email will arrive just twice but sometimes up to SEVEN times each separated by three to six minutes. Picking up emails with my outlook client there is only ever one email.
I deleted my email from the Blackberry and recreated it - but with no success. It does not affect all emails either. Two emails arrived overnight - one is duplicated, one is not.
I've had a BB for just about ever now - but I've never seen this before. I just added a new email acct to my phone and whenever I send messages (with just that account) I get a copy in my inbox as an unread message. The email goes through to the recipient and everything, but whenever I send from this account, I get a copy. Any idea why this could be happening? I've done resets, test emails and everything, nothing has seemed to work.I have a VZW BB Curve 3G 9330.I'm on BB OS 6.It's the third email account on my phone.I have done a soft reset a couple times already.
After the RIM server problems last week and several long technical help calls to and from Sprint, my 3 email addresses have been reactivated (several times). However, I continue to receive every email in duplicate, which is better than not receiving at all but would like to resolve this minor problem.
I was always able to forward email messages received from my mweb account. Now if I use the 'forward' option I don't even get my contacts list and if I put an email address in the message is only saved as a DRAFT and there is no SEND option. It happens with other blackberry models too -
We have come across an issue in our office with our blackberrys. If we send emails from our Blackberrys to another internal email address it arrives on our computers in our outlook but not on the blackberry. It doesn't fail or not sent it goes as if its sent but never arrives on the Blackberry.
If we send from our Computers to the address it arrives on both the Computer and the Blackberry.
Our carrier is vodafone ireland... and we have also spoken to our hosting company.
I am receiving important emails on my Iphone 3gs that never show up on my computer. I need them on my computer. Is there a way I can be assured they will be received on my computer? Also, AT&T added a folder on my Iphone in the mailboxes called "synched messages". There was a problem that caused them to do this and stated we could delete the folder after we dealt with the emails they put in that folder. I do not find an option anywhere allowing me to delete the synched message folder.

I upgraded to the 6.0 OS software this morning. I am not sure what happened but I am receiving emails and unable to reply to them. I have gone to the settings tab and tried to add my email and the phone either freezes or goes back to the main setting page. I have tried wiping the phone, doing hard resets and nothing is working.
When I send a text from work to my wife from my iphone 4 she receives an email on her iphone 3GS and her ipad 2 from <my phone number>@media messaging.o2.co.uk. The email says 'Here's a picture message you've been sent from <my phone number>. The message has no other content even though it is indicated that there is an attachment.
Is this a problem with my network provider or are there some settings which need changing?
Some emails that I am recieving are only about 5 characters wide and forever long (due to the width). Anyone know what is causing this? The emails appear fine when opened on a computer.
I can receive emails that contain other languages, like chinese and korean. However, well I reply emails in those languages, people only receive symbols. I try to send it to my own email address as well, I also only receive symbols, like question marks. I'm using rogers but I don't think it has anything to do with the carriers because it was okay before.
Today my phone started reading my emails out loud as they arrived. I don't think I changed any settings, but I can't make it stop! I have tried pulling my battery and it still happens when it's set to silent.
Im tryin to get my email verified for iMessage and FaceTime, but i don't received any emails. All info are correct (correct apple id and password). Though, i don't have any sim on my phone.
I'm running .400 and I cannot figure out why my Gmail doesn't forward to my BB emails sent to myself. If I'm on my PC and I compose a message to the same email address I'm writing from, which is connected with my BIS, the email doesn't appear on my BB ever.In Gmail, I have forwarding disabled but POP enabled.
I feel this was a hoax. I purchased the phone under the impression I would received 100 rebate/store credit and received nothing. Did anyone get there $100 rebate/credit from nokia or ATT?
I have a bold 9700, it has always been that when i press the green send key it lists the last numbers dialed or receaved, now when i press it comes up with my alphabetical phone book?
I have not received an email to my blackberry bold 9780 for 2 days and wondered if something went wrong. When I click on send a new email a message comes up that my service is blocked. When I run Setup > Email settings, it starts to load up something then comes up with an error of 'Your device had a problem connecting to the server'
There are times when I found email received on BB but somehow was not received when I checked my laptop. I tried to forward it from BB to my laptop, sometimes can.
Can anyone tell us how to add a new contact - from a received incoming call? ie if someone calls the phone, how do we then add them as a contact into the Blackberry Bold 9700.
