BB Curve 8500 :: Keys Not Functioning

I have no idea what's happened, but since I last looked my phone refuses to recognise input from keys. The keyboard, top keys (red./green, menu, return) and even the side shortcuts are all useless. I've tried a battery pull, it turns on ok and I can use the scroller to move along the shortcut bar, but as soon as it times out and the light goes off even that won't bring function back. I'm pretty much stuck with a paperweight.

Any help would be really appreciated. It was working as normal until.I don't know. It was in my pocket for a couple of hours, then refused to do anything!

Just about every day, my BlackBerry Curve 8530 becomes unresponsive to any keys. I use Password Lock (because I have no choice--I upgraded and lost Keyboard Lock) and if I see that the red light is blinking and I go to "sign in" and it won't respond to any keys, including the convenience keys, dial/hang-up, trackpad and click, and Media buttons. However, the phone is still operating and will respond to new messages coming in, phone calls (though you can't use any keys), and Bluetooth, etc. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing fixes it except for pulling the battery (and waiting for it to restart--which takes longer than my computers). This did not happen back under Keyboard Lock before I upgraded the first time. I'm currently on 5.0.0.734.Does anyone have any idea of what's happening, or what can be done to get out of the situation when it does occur, short of yanking the battery?

1) the two virtual keys on homepage (Contact and Dial) are not working! My phone vibrates like usual when I press them, but just nothing would come out. Any solution to that?

2) The "chat" and "dictionary" on my phone are useless and they came with the phone when I bought it. How do I uninstall them?

BB Curve :: Three Of The Icons Seem To Not Be Functioning?

Three of the icons seem to not be functioning. Click on anything but Messages, Text Messages and Desktop and they open up. Click on any of those three mentioned above, and nothing. Actually, the device seems to lock up - keyboard locks and so does the trackpad. The only way out is to hit the end/power key, and then you have full function of the device. I've even tried holding down any one of the keys mentioned until the pop up menu comes up, and then attempt "launch," and the same thing occurs. The only way in to a message (for example) is to go to the Notification Bar, click it, then click the specific message. I did this, then tried to come in the "side door" by hitting the Menu Key, then scrolling to View Folder, then to Inbox (for example) and as fast as you can click, it dumps you back out.

BB Curve :: Trackpad Stopped On Functioning

Last week, all of a sudden my phone's trackpad stopped on functioning. We went to the mall to try to get it fixed, then the guy removed the battery for a while, then placed it back after a few minutes and it started working well again. Just today, the same thing happened, while I'm using an app, the trackpad stopped from working again and I tried to do several times what the guy did, but it won't work anymore.

My iPhone 4 volume keys and silent/ringer keys are not working and it doesn't ring and vibrate when i get a call or text and neither the sound working when i use any app like games etc. but when i go to settings and change the ringtone then its ringing and the sound is working when i play music but there is a problem as well the headphone dock is not working.

I woke up this morning to my phone not working.My trackball is able to scroll left-right and up-down, but unable to click. As well, none of the other keys work.I've tried resetting my phone by pulling the battery out & I've deleted all the apps that were on it via the Desktop Software.I can't answer the phone, check/ respond to texts nothing. I bought the phone at Radio Shack a little less than a year ago.I've never had water damage, my strip is still white.

Greetings, blackberry 8310: some keys are not working, now normally I would think it's because it has gone through some rough punishment, but odd enough, sometimes they work. The Keys i'm talking about are the Z-C-N-M-SPACE-RIGHT SHIFT-LOWER VOLUME keys, but, when I press Z like 10 times it starts to work, so does the C, and then the N and M and SPACE, and what's even weirder is that when the keys do work, they work without any problem whatsoever, I think it's a software problem or something or an OS problem but I'm not an engineer, so I dont know.

I downloaded an application for my phone, and now its completely frozen. I cant use any keys, nor my track pad. It wont even recognize it on my computer. Yet when the back light goes out and I press a button. The screen lights back up, but I still cant use any buttons. I have a Curve 9330, running OS 6, and I have found a very annoying feature/bug, OR... When I am on an active call, the two possible methods to lock the keys (Mute button, "a" key) do NOT lock the keys.This is most annoying because... I have a bluetooth earpiece, and I am a big fan of using my cell phone "hands free". I can walk around, with my cell phone in my pocket, talking on the phone, moving from room to room, and doing things that might require 2 hands, etc.BUT, because of the feature/bug described above, I can NOT lock the keys once I'm on a call, so I cannot put the Curve in my pocket (or I'll start hitting keys inadvertently). Then, if I want to move, i have to take the Curve with me, so my bluetooth will stay in range. So now must walk around with the Curve in my hand - now I'm only "one-hand free." I cannot put dishes in the sink, or put on a pair of pants, or bring in groceries from the car, etc., etc., etc. - at least not easily.

The Blackberry 9300 curve is junk. Keys and screens constantly freeze up. If you happen to do a OS update beaware as this makes things worse.
