Jul 11, 2010I have 2 different cases that I would like to se some kind of solution for:
- In my city, there are several "bugs" in the maps. Is there a way to get this corrected ? Several roads seems ok for drivetrough, but then you find them to be "walking only". Ovi maps told me to drive into such road, - but luckily I knew the area, and did know it was a dead end. Places like this I would like to share with other users, so the map itself would be more up to date and as correct as possible. But ; such issues I have found no way to feed the maps with. ( yea, I might share the cinema, and hospital, cafe's and som but the road and blocked roads, - nope. even nopt telling wich speedlimits the different roads has).
Is there a way to get the ovi maps to remember a input? (It asks over and over "connect to location server" y/n - while driving in areas with a lot of tunnels, and steep mountains (it looses the GPS signals). This is not only annoying, but it disturb while driving. If I consider to say yes, - ( or no for that matter) - it continues to ask everytime it looses the GPS signals. I have now turned it off, and will see if the nagscreen shows up all the time. If it could remember the FIRST answer - as long as it is running, - it would be okay. As it is now, - its really disturbing - here in Western Norway. (where the FJORDS are, and a lot of tunnels).

Apr 24, 2012I have a blackberry curve 9300. when i am reading an email and i use the trackpad left and right, instead of moving right and left within the line i am reading, it flips through e-mails (left gets the previous mail and right gets the following mail) unlike when it is scrolled up and down, as it moves up and down the same mail. Is this normal? This wasn't the case in my previous older curve. i am running software version 6 in case it is related to the software

Jul 15, 2011my track pad stopped working suddenly, out of nowhere, it came and went for like 2 weeks, then started working properly again. Now ive got a problem with my "A" button, which doesnt work at all and have discovered that my delete button is constantly being pressed even when i take off the cover, etc. Which basicly means anything i write is automaticly deleted... After this problem went away, now none of the buttons on the keyboard work , not even the delete button. I am going to send it to the repair but I HAVE TO BACK UP EVERYTHING FIRST, but i cannot do it because i cannot get into my simcard, to save all the numbers from the phone onto there and save the stuff on my phone onto the computer

Apr 22, 2011I have read some of the other posts related to this issue and I seem to be running into a wall. I just bought a "new" unlocked curve from amazon. I get it and the track pad doesn't scroll. I can still use it to click on an icon but I just can move it. I work in Afghanistan and I can't mail stuff outta the base i work at. Apps and free space File free before and after a battery remove/replace. (Go to Settings, then Options, then status): 106575952
Did a battery pull fix your issue?: No Apps installed and their version if possible. (Go to Settings, then Options, then applications): None BT device model/version (you will have to look at the BT device): None Scroll pad works on and off, will not work on some menus. E key will work sometimes, usualt types an upper case E and not a lower case, will not type 2 E's in a row. Works ok when typing a 2. There were some other buttons giving issues a while ago and then it all went away and now this just started again out of nowhere. I tried backing up / wiping the phone, upgraded to the latest software and it is still giving me issues. The phone has never been exposed to any sort of moisture, I don't even use it in the rain.Another issue, possibly related, possibly not is that I get 1 vertical line and 1 horizontal line in my photos I take. This started out happening sometimes and not other times but now it is constant.

Apr 10, 2011I am having a persistent problem with my phone Track Ball navigation. It keeps getting stuck and does not scroll. I got it fixed by paying a good amount of repairing charge. The phone worked fine for a week but again the track ball has stopped responding. Its creating a huge problem and I do not know where to get it fixed. Jul 21, 2012My trackball was smashed today on my blackberry curve, (beyond repair I will need a new phone) the rest of the phone works. I know how to get to my messages with the short cut, but how do I scroll through each one, and when I am in a message is is possible to scroll while in a message? I have two picture mails that need to be viewed and sent to my e-mail. FYI- when I enter the messages using the short-cut "M" it puts me on the date so I cannot move, hitting the enter key defaults me to send an e-mail!!!
