I have a blackberry bold 9900 and trying to use my home wifi connection. However, when i connect to my home wifi i cannot go to internet,BB app world and emails.
The device request to open data service to navigate on internet. how i do use wifi connection for internet and emails without using my data network.
I just bought my Hazel yesterday night, trying the WiFi n widget (which only appear in some theme and have 5 widgets appear) and found that a lot of the applications are not there, so as advice in written in paper inside the box, I downloaded the update service software into PC and update to my phone this morning and while doing a light browsing, was amaze that I have whole lot of new applications, games and even theme, but at later of the day, I found out that the I cant surf the net through WiFi, I was able to connect to WiFi, but was unable to surf the Internet.

I can connect to my WiFi -- it shows as connected, strong connection etc. But when I try to go to any site on my browser I get "Unable to find the requested server. This is on my home wifi. But my laptop and WiFi are still fine so it's only on my phone. However, I discovered I am able to connect to other wifis - just not the one at home. The problem originated right when I was downloading some software upgrades. I wasn't really paying much attention to what I was doing and I'm not even sure how I got into downloading these upgrades because I'd never done that before. Anyway, one of the downloads seemed to have got stuck mid-way through downloading.

I can connect and can browse internet but after a week can still connect to wifi but the problem is a can't connect to the internet I can't open even google and it says "Browser unable to connect to website". However, my PC and iPad will connect without any issue. I have tried resetting the network, routers, and cable modem. I have also tried resetting the iPhone network settings as indicated in the discussions. I've looked at the airport Utility and and only strange item I notice is that the AirPort Express is broadcasting on the 5GHZ channel, which I understand the iPhones only work at 4GHZ.
