blackberry browser is not working, so aslo is my bb app world. my bb messenger is working and my emails are dropping but i can not access the internet directly from my phone?
View 3 RepliesMy BB was hang for a day last week so, I returned to the shop for service and 3 days later they msn me and told me that I will have a new phone for replacement. I thought all the problem I had before should be resolved but it didnt!!
1) I had problem with browser before and this "new phone" have the same problem!! (I dont think they replace a new phone for me - i think they only replace the casing )Error message: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request - the server could not understand the page request, or was unable to process it for some reason . Try to log in a different page"
2) BB Apps world - it was working before I sent the devise to the shop for service but now this "new phoen" wont work and error message on display : You must upgrade this version of BB App World to contiune - then I click "download" after 30 seconds then I received the same error message HTTP Error 400 : .....
I recently purchased the pink blackberry curve 8520 . Im able to connect to the my wifi but when i go to the browser to search it tells me that it is unable to find the requested server. I also have no blackberry App World and I tried downloading it from the computer but it would not transfer to the phone even though the usb was plugged in?

I have no connection on blackberry app World or any of the blackberry apps or my e-mail, I can use MEdia net browser to connect to the internet it works fine, I can us Wi-Fi and everything work fine. Myspace or Facebook or any apps don't work unless i use my home Wi-Fi. I talk to AT&T and they said my internet was working fine.
I upgraded my App World on my BB Bold 9700 and my phone now displays and error message and I can't open the application.

Since then App World application is not working nor is the Email Settings working. Even though on giving my passwords to Vodafone all mails are now working but not the settings if I have to edit them.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I sign in blackberry app world or when I go to options, device and then bb id it doesn't even sign in there, before 2 weeks I was able to sign in, but now it says Unable to log in to your BlackBerry ID account. du is my carrier and previously I owned a blackberry 9700 and I transferred my data into my bb 9900 but at that time I was able to sign in into my account but now I cant. I cannot download any app I have to download it by a computer and that takes a lot of time. What Should I do?

One of the phones is working fine.The other phone is not connecting to the 3G network. It is not even showing the 3G network when I manually search networks. I want it to connect to the 3G network because WIND only uses 3G.Both are running the same( latest )OS version. I have switched sim cards(to no avail) and I have tried to restore it to factory settings using the wipe feature in the security settings(nothing)
Both phones are next to each other. One is showing 3G the other is showing 2G (same carrier).what gives??

View 2 Replies View Relatedmy blackberry has worked fine in the couple of months i have had it, however a few weeks ago the browser and bbm completely stopped working. i took the battery and sim out and then when i put them back in it worked fine again.a few days ago the same thing happened, i tried taking the sim out again and it didnt work, have done it a few times. i rang o2 and they suggested putting it on to manual network and try connecting again, have also done this a few times and it still hasnt worked. i have the right plan and pay to get unlimited browsing, it usually is fine but stopped working randomly.

If the problem persists please contact your administrator'I've gone into a Bell store and after taking the battery out and back in(which I told him I'd already tried to no avail), he suggested its because my system is on v.5 and that I should go home plug it in and update it. Went home, plugged it in and 'no updates available'.Have now resorted to support forum solutions as its a business phone and can't let it get sent away even though I pay extra every month for the service plan. View 4 Replies View Relatedi just switched from using android for 2 years and i'm ready to throw this thing in the effing trash after a day...when i first open a browser, the links work fine..maybe the first link or so...then they just stop working...when i click on a link it does nothing..i have to hold it until the menu pops up that says "open link" to get it to open...i googled this and lots of other people reported this problem and the only solutions seem to be remove the battery or reset device.

Tried trouble shooting the camera and was able to get it to work momentarily by putting my finger in front of the flash but that only allowed me to take black photos so i think the lense is shot. Bolt works for me but browser does not. I can't even change my default browser to browser anymore or even change it to bolt. It just gives me option of hotspot and web2go. How do I fix this problem? When I touch the icon to connect I get error message "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to BB App W server. Verify your network connection and try again."
1) the new work connection is working fine.
2) I have downloaded the B App W app twice so far still introduces. Any ideas that can help me?
I have a BB8830 World Edition which was working perfectly before but just lost radio connections. It now displays SOS at the network notification area and would never connect to any GSM Network Carrier. I've swapped Sims, used the JL_Cmder to wipe and also restored back to factory setting but problem persisted.

View 2 Replies View RelatedOn my 9700 i can open the browser, and type in links or whatever i want into it, however once the new site shows up, it will no longer let me do anything. If i go to google i can type in what i want to search but then when i hit enter it doesnt respond, same as if i try to click on the search icon it doesnt do anything. If once on any page i can move the arrow around just unable to click or do anything else and if i need to reinstall browser please let me know what my options are.

Verify your internet connection and try again (error30637). I am able to get to Google through the internet browser, so I don't understand why I can't get into AppWorld. I have called my provider (Cricket) to make sure I have a plan that includes the Blackberry Browser and have been told yes.
