Well i finally got a new 9650 bold backed up data from my old curve then restored on my new then saw an update and decided to do that as well..After that the software is great but then i txt prople and it keep freezing sayingUncaught Exception:Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (285) Is not responding: Process Terminatedand i keep having to turn it on and off?
View 1 RepliesWhen I click on email, i get the message on the subject line:Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (101) is not responding; process terminated.so I can't open my email. I went to emails setup and re-entered my pw and it connected to the server and after a few minutes, it showed me the above message.With the power on, i have taken the battery out for a minute or two and reintalled it and it did not solve the problem.It has retried connecting to the server with the same results.

At the same time there is a symbol in the upper right hand corner of the display indicating that data is being transferred. I can not use the Bold while that is occuring. Before the update I was having trouble with my Trackpad, so I deleted the social feeds and blackberry messenger as an attempt to improve the battery, the battery did improve and so did the problem with the trackpad. But when I did updated my phone software blackberry messenger had come back and I was unable to delete it and then the trouble with the Trackpad started again. If that is the trouble how can I delete it so I can use the trackpad again?
View 1 Replies View Relatedmy trackpad on my bold 9900 is not responding to swipes at all, i have adjusted the sensitivity, tried many battery pulls, tried wiping it with paper (suggested by someone on Internet) but nothing is happening, i would say that it is a hardware issue as nothing has been changed in relation to the software and the touch screen is still responding fine.
i can press the pad down and it works, but not to any swipes
I am getting no response from my Blackberry. It froze up on me and I tried to reboot it...(remove the battery and put it back and since I am getting no response).
If I connect the USB to the computer nothing happens (Its not reading on the desktop manager, its not appearing as a a new device added on my PC) ....If I connect the charger nothing happens (no lights)...If I take out the battery and replace it nothing happens...Whats wrong, how can I correct this?
My pad will not function. It keeps selecting without my option to select restricting me from doing anything. Device stuck at network connections. Phone keeps turning on/off for mobile connection. I have to do a physical battery pull and then it starts working again. Bolt works for me but browser does not. I can't even change my default browser to browser anymore or even change it to bolt. It just gives me option of hotspot and web2go. How do I fix this problem? Going to HRT and registering still will not give me my browser back or the option to pick it as default browser like I previously had.
View 12 Replies View RelatedMy Blackberry randomly stops responding on different applications, and then i have to hold the menu button and switch to a different application, and i won't be able to use the un-responsive application until the blackberry is given a hard reset. Also during this time, my BBM will mess up, It won't show me peoples display pictures, it will show that their there when im in a conversation or over their name, but as soon as i go onto their profile or enlarge their image it will freeze, it will not let me send or recieve BBM messages during this 'phase' either, I've tried reloading the OS but that won't work either for some reason.

1. Cold Reboot (Pull battery when device is on)
2. Simple Reboot (Pull battery when device is OFF)
3. Remove battery then, SIM & SD Card, plug in battery then pull it again & put everything back in
None of these worked, my OS version is v7.0.0.261 Bundle 1346 Platform 5.0.0.464 Should I update my phone software? Each time I try to check for an upgrade it says you have the latest one.
I had an Blackberry Bold 9900. Now that phone's stolen and I used my old Blackberry Bold as temporary replacement. I restored an old-backup and everything worked fine. After a week or so I got the following error:
"Uncaught Exception: Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(395) is not responding; process terminated"
And every time I want to add a contact or change an existing contact it doesn't work. The blackberry doesn't do a thing. Sometimes I get the error again. Sometimes nothing. I already did a battery pull and I already wiped everything of the blackberry (also the 3rd party app's) and did a restore + update from application loader to the latest OS for the BB 9000.
The Email and Text message icons on my Bold are unresponsive when I press either the keypad to access or use the touch screen. All the other icons are fine.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a new BB Bold 9780 purchased a month back. I have BIS unlimited plan and should be able to setup 10 email accounts I believe.
The problem I have is with the 'Internet Mail Account' option within the Email Accounts in setup. When I click this option, nothing happens. The option doesn't respond to my click.
I know that I have workaround to setup email account through some links in internet and I have already setup my gmail account through the link. However, I would like to have the facility to add a new account through my mobile itself.
I suspect that the problem is due to an incorrect / failed update of 'Email Setup Application'. The version I have is 6.10.0804.1543
Is there any way to get this program updated ? or to get the 'Internet Mail Account' option working in my BB ? I am unable to delete the program through Application Management as the option of Delete is not present.
I get this message on my Bold 9700 together with other messages like:
- Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_browser_daemon (98) is not responding process terminated
- Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (70) is not responding process terminated
- Uncaught exception: Index 60 >= 60
I can't do back-ups anymore and trasfer the datas on a new phone, e-mail aren't working anymre as well as the camera and Bluetooth.

Since large update last week the option icon has disappeared from the desktop screen.When I try to access options via the bb menu it does not respond and takes me back to the home screen.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy N85. 2 weeks back, it got stuck and after switch off and switch on, it's not responding as soon as press keypad. atleast taking 1-2 mins and some time doesn't accept anything. after 2-3 restarts, it was ok. but from 3 days onwards, it's complytly addicted to this behaviour. once if it switch on, it's working fine. but once it get stcuk again or switched off, it's same old thing. i removed memory card, flashed freshly with new firmware and several hard/soft formats. nothing is preventing this behaviour.

I solve the problem only when I remove the battery. It has happened several times during last month. This week I have taken It to GSM service and they have put a new software , but that doesn't change anything. Do you have any idea if it has any hardware problem?

As I write this I have just held down the power button, it vibrated and is now working.
I swapped out two LGV10's because of touchscreen issues before finding out that FB Messenger was the cause of malfunction.It would work ok for awhile after restarting the phone and then stop responding in the upper part of my screen again.Uninstalled the app.
