My gmails are all automatically deleted at random times throughout the day. This only occurs on the blackberry, not on my computer. Brought device to sprint tech support and they did a hard reset, but problem still occurs.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhenever I try to sync my contacts from my BB to my Mac Book, it always deletes a random number of my contacts and syncs whatever it didn't delete. I have not selected the "Replace all contacts from this BlackBerry device" yet it still deletes my contacts upon every sync! I even removed all my contacts from my Mac and attempted a fresh backup to avoid these random deletions but still the same.

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy emails over 30 days are being deleted automaticallyFor my personal Gmail account on my BB, under Options, Message display and Actions, Days to Keep Messages, it's set to "forever".However my emails are only kept for 30 days, anything older would get deleted. I've tried changing the "forever" option down to 180, and 90 days, restart the phone, and change it back to "forever", however emails over 30 days are still being deleted.Does anyone else have this problem?I have 2 email accounts synced, the gmail one, and another university email (which oddly enough, does not have this issue)Btw I'm on a 9900 in Vodafone UKII was on 7.1.342 and eventually updated to .391 and the issue is still here

The weird is the names of the senders are still on the list but when you open them one by one the messages are gone. The ones automatically deleted are not even old text messages, they are just 4 days old. The names are also in color green. I hate deleting important text messages. Tried backing up my sms and restore them but when backing up, the ones deleted are ofcourse gone, so obviously I cannot restore anything that is gone.

Sometimes I can talk for 5 mins sometimes 3hrs but it will randomly hang up. A phone restart fixed it sometimes I have changed the signal prefrences and no change. I have factory resetted the phone and no change. I am about to do a Software repair with the PC Companion. If this does not work I don't know what to do.
I'm getting a network error network not available message at random times. It could be when I've just restarted the phone, it could be first thing in the morning, it could be when I'm doing something and have had screen on for more than 5 minutes.

Some time ago an daily recurring Outlook calendar entry was deleted, but it still shows on my BB calendar. When I delete this recurring entry from my BB it comes back one day later. I therefore want to reset my calendar, but when I connect via BB Desktop Mgr it does not allow me to delete my calendar entries. I do not know what to do anymore and I find it rather frustrating to delete the entry every day or leave it in my BB calendar.

It always says after that it can't connect and the connections are unavailable.After turning the phone off and then on again, everything is back to normal. I can normally connect to the 3G connection, Wi-Fi and USB.It's pretty annoying as I always have to restart my phone in order to connect via USB or to the Internet when it happens.Edit: I've found in this thread the same issue on Nokia 701 as well, so I guess it's more like a Symbian Belle problem.

I have never used hangouts and it has been disabled since the day I got my phone. I tried clearing the cache and it still happens. I use the stock texting app and have never even looked at hangouts. I tried to diagnose what was causing this, but it happens at random times.

I'm sending messages to friends, getting responses, then boom, the "sending" bounces, but refuses to send the SMS. It then gives me a message saying that it failed, and is retrying. View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought my iPhone 5c in September. Last week my iphone randomly died once i returned inside frim making a call on the phone even though it had well over 30%. I immediatly thought the cold weather got to my phone and caused it to shut down. I wrapped it in a blanket and put it on the charger to warm faster. My phone stayed off for 30 more minutes. Today it shut off once again. But while i was holding my home and lock button the apple logo appeared as normal. But the screen began to glitch and look static like. The screen then went black and didnt turn back on. Once again i held the lock button and home button. My lockscreen appeared. As i slide the screen to unlock my phone the entire screen went blue and shut back off. Â
I didnt drop my phone or get it wet, this just randomly started. I even reset my phone settings as recommended by other which did not work.Â

At random times the screen will start shaking as if it's trying to scroll two directions and it will sometimes randomly click things on the screen. It pulls up Cortana alot and the capacitive buttons will stop responding all together. It only stops when I press the power button to turn off the screen but it just randomly starts later. I've tried a soft reset and that did nothing.

Furthermore, when open any random software i.e games, the volume/sound will be set maximum automatically and can't turn down even pressing the decrease volume button. Even if i set the volume to silent first before run a game, the volume will automatically set to maximum after i run the game. If i want to increase volume i had to increase it at setting menu. This also effect when i want to zoom in to take a pic.
