View 5 Replies View RelatedAfter charging my curve 9300 overnight, I unplugged the charger, and the phone did not turn on automatically. I tried turning it on manually with the red pone button, but that did nothing. I too the battery out, and then put it back in to reboot it. The phone still wouldn't turn on and the only sign of life was a long red LED light, before that went off.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI am using BB curve 9300 3G, and OS 6.0. Around 2 months back, I was having issue with my BB so sent it to service center. When it came back, the OS was upgraded to 6.0 from 5.0. All is fine except now the text messages are getting deleted after few days. What remains is the name of the sender in green with no message in it. Even in settings, I have kept "forever" in the tab "Days to keep messages".

View 9 Replies View RelatedTesting the new BB 9300 I placed my sim card into the phone. To my surprise my call history appeared on my new phone...to my even bigger surprise when I got home it connected to my home WIFI automatically even though it is Password protected. How this sort of information is getting transferred, I don't think it is my sim and I am slightly concerned it is getting stored on the BES server.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy E71 started giving me a new problem since the last few days:Firstly, I was not able to charge the battery. I succeeded after fiddling with the charging point, there were flashes on the screen, but it resumed charging.I was not able to start up the phone - pressing the power button didn't seem to work. Even taking the battery out and re-trying was like a trial and error method. It works, but I have to try more than once. The phone switches off automatically. If there is movement, e.g. walking with the phone in my pocket, it is definitely going to be switched off.If the phone lies unused for a relatively long period of time, e.g. 30 min, the power saver screen hangs up and I have resort to taking the battery out and follow the entire process. This seems to have started all of a sudden without any prior warning. I shall be grateful to anyone who can help me address this problem.

I have purchased a E6-00 about 4 months back. This phone has a tendency of automatically shutting down. It often shuts down when I am using it. It always shuts down when I keep it idle for a while.I have visited Nokia care twice, once they restore the factory settings. The problem persistedNext time around they upgrade the software to Bell OS. The problem still persists.Their technicians have absolutely no idea about what the problem is and I am stuck up with a defective but expensive handset.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Blackberry Curve 9300 shuts down around 40% without any notification. I've replaced the battery and that didn't solve the issue, I've wiped & did a restore & that still didn't resolve the issue. So I replaced the phone and that didn't even resolve my issue. I also deleted every 3rd party app but that didn't seem to be the problem. So I contacted T-Mobile and they told me it's probably the software. I tried reloading the software yesterday with the application loader then restoring everything after but it still shut down. Am I supposed to delete some vendor file or something? Or should I just downgrade back to OS 5? Am I doing something wrong when i reload the software?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI lost my charger but I found another charger that fits which belongs to my headset. When I tried to charge with that charger the charging light on the side comes on. After a while the white screen with the nokia sign appears for few seconds and then shuts off automatically and the charging light comes off. When i tried to use the power button it doesn't turn on. Also one time it turned on with the white screen with the nokia sign and the battery logo was displayed. The battery was empty. Do you think its the charger fault or something happen to the phone.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my nokia 5530 for over 5 and half months but then recently yesterday in the morning when i woke up my phone was ringing so when i answered it just switched off itself. It wasn't even getting switched on. So i charged it and after 1 minute it did switch on so i thought it was a battery problem but when i tried to call it switched off again. Now tomorrow I will go to Nokia Care but the problem is that my father had got the phone for me from Spain in September the time when it wasn't even launched here. So do guys think will they repair it for free or will i get charged for it?please reply.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm having problem with my Samsung Galaxy S II (GT- I9100). The increase volume button is not working properly. Furthermore, when open any random software i.e games, the volume/sound will be set maximum automatically and can't turn down even pressing the decrease volume button. Even if i set the volume to silent first before run a game, the volume will automatically set to maximum after i run the game. If i want to increase volume i had to increase it at setting menu. This also effect when i want to zoom in to take a pic.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo yeah, my wives 8310 battery reports between 50-100% charge, and if she is in a call, bam it shuts off, and will only turn back on, on charger. I would think it was battery BUT; this happened every day while in California, we went to South Carolina for the holidays (whole month of december), and it happened only once.OS is up to date, I upgraded to latest to make sure that wasn't the issue, happened following day (in Cali)and battery is 2 y/o. Anyone ever hear of this anomaly?
