I have updated my BB 9900 to the new OS 7.1 as per the website to have good features on my blackberry such as WIFI HOTSPOT and FM Radio. But I failed to find any icons in my BB setup and profile or setting. Can any one guide how to do it in step by step manner?

View 1 Replies View RelatedOn my 9700 i can open the browser, and type in links or whatever i want into it, however once the new site shows up, it will no longer let me do anything. If i go to google i can type in what i want to search but then when i hit enter it doesnt respond, same as if i try to click on the search icon it doesnt do anything. If once on any page i can move the arrow around just unable to click or do anything else and if i need to reinstall browser please let me know what my options are.

On my set up folder, I only have three icons; setup wizard, set up wi-fi and set up bluetooth. Email set up application is lost. And when I go to Setup wizard - Email setup, the only option its giving me is to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server.I was able to use it before to set up my yahoo email account. But when I deleted my yahoo email address, the set up was lost too.

I tried setting it up on a friend's blackberry and it worked just fine. resolve the problem because its my primary email address and i need to be alerted as soon as my emails come in.

I went into settings and none of my fingerprints show up and when I touch any of the three "USE TOUCH ID FOR:" items (which currently are turned off (no green in the toggle) to try and turn it on for that service it goes to the Touch ID setup screen, but IMMEDIATELY goes to a second screen that says "Failed. Unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again."Â

So I deleted the account and restarted the process using BB Email setup wizard. Now I keep getting "update failed" and doesn't go far...tried it several times.

The arrow head is just a vertical and horizontal line that looks like an "L" if you removed the arrow tail.I don't see an app that starts with an "L" in my list.
