I currently have purchased a hard case for the phone itself (seidio innocase) as well as a screen protector.Now the next thing that I am looking for is a good Vertical case/pouch.The thing is that it must be vertical and it must be open at the top (I don't want a cover at all.I want to be able to slide the phone in and out easily). I also must have a belt clip on it.I have found a few online, but for what reviews that I have read stated that they are hard to get the phone in and out of when the phone is naked (no case on it). Since I am planning to have the phone in a hard case at all times that particular case will not work for me.
I have seen the pDair case and it looks good, but $28 USD plus shipping (to Canada) I want to make sure that the phone (in a hard case) will fit in it. I havn’t found any reviews on it as of yet either.I know that the iphone & Nexus One are about the same size as the Milestone and wonder if anyone has tried any of those cases with success? As I am sure (especially for the iphone) that there is a wider selection of cases available.
Is there a way to set my BB 9000 to delete the original text on emails automatically? It's really a hassle to go through the menu to delete the original text every single time...

Is it possible to stilll recieve the emails but that all attachments are filtered and excluded from the pushed email into my BB? If I want to see the attachments I will goto a proper PC to see it by logging in that way. I want the BB to just let me know an email was sent, and what text/word content is in it, if any. I dont want to recieve the attachments to my blackberry.
Also, does the emails with attachments sent to blackberrys use the data, or are they not downloaded until you explicitly click to open attachments>
I have just purchased a new flip case for my blackberry bold 9780, the case fits perfectly and provides fantastic protection but I have noticed that when I am typing and use keys on the left hand side of the keyboard it causes a ripple effect on the screen. Will this cause long term problems if I continue to use it or will it be safe to use? I really like the case but would rather not cause damage to the screen.

If I'm on my PC and I compose a message to the same email address I'm writing from, which is connected with my BIS, the email doesn't appear on my BB ever.In Gmail, I have forwarding disabled but POP enabled.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded to Blackberry Torch and at first everything was fine with my emails, but I recently upgraded also my version of AOL, and not sure if it's connected, but now all my emails come though with text missing, it's really random, usually a few words from each paragraph, sometimes whole paragraphs, I go to SEE IN PLAIN TEXT and sometimes this reveals some more, often most of what is missing, but then missing what's in HTML, I've tried clearing the check box for allowing HTML emails, and it makes no difference one way or the other.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm guessing this is just a difference of network compared to Verizon....but then I had Verizon, I could get text messages from email addresses. For example, I had signed up for a service from Mosio that sends me my "daily fortune' every morning at 6am when I would wake up. On Verizon, the "From" would be an email address, so I would just add that in my contacts and when the message would come up it would read the name I entered under my contacts.
With AT&T, when an email is sent to my phone as a text message, I get this funny phone number that changes every time (meaning I can't add it to my contacts)Is there anyway to fix this, or is it a network problem?

I receive all of my emails (from various accounts), however in some messages - portions of text are missing. It's rather strange to receive an email and have one line missing (just a blank space instead of text), and then the next email is perfectly fine.
I have a question about my Blackberry Curve 9360.When I check my phone and I have at least one of both an email and a text message, the icons will appear in my top little bar, and of course the message icon and text icon will identify that there is a new text in the icon row below. However, if I go into my inbox before my texts, the new text icon up top will disappear (or go from 2 to 1 new if there are 2, etc), and the notification on my text icon on the bottom will disappear.

My emails are being deleted after they are 7 days old and then when I scroll thru my emails it goes to weird dates with only 1 email there. Also, my texts are being deleted after only a few days...so frustrating!!! I have to be able to go back thru my emails. I went and looked at my memory thinking I was out of memory, but I have 3.0 gb of memory avaliable.

My company has several E72 Nokias & NONE can view emails due to a html bug in the Nokia E72.If I can change my emails to be viewed in html that might be better. I also get a sync error after emails have downloaded & all i can see if the subject of the email. All other phones on our network that are not Nokia have no problems viewing emails.

Whereas in the past (like even early this afternoon) I would be able to see emails or texts - or if no email or texts it would say 'No messages' - I cannot open either emails or text and therefore cannot create, read, or anything else. The scroll button is inop after clicking on email or text and I must it the exit button to regain control of the scroll button.

On my Photon Email client with Live/Hotmail, if I receive an e-mail someone has sent me in text format (instead of HTML), the message body arrives as an attachment, which I have to then open with a different application. In his iPhone Settings, under Accessibility, my boss has his Large Text set at 32pt font. However, about half of his work emails come through in the large font, and half do not (they come through in 5pt font, it's really small). The email is an Microsoft Exchange email, and I've had my fair share of problems working on an iPhone with an Exchange account, but this seems odd as there doesn't seem to be a reason why some emails come through in 32pt font, and other's don't. I don't know if it has anything to do with the length of the chain of the email, like 40 email responses come through small whereas an email chain of 5 responses comes through in 32pt. AppleCare had no idea, and did some troubleshooting (e.g. rebooting and try to reset all preferences) which didn't work.

I failed to find a way to send a plain text email from Xoom Gmail app. Does any know if it is possible at all? Some mainling lists are not accepting HTML emails and it is very inconvenient.
