under the home menu - media, there use to be several icons such as podcasts, pictures and videos under that tap. However, when i restart my blackberry, the icons under the media tap are gone and can only be found when i click on the media icon under all. is there any way which i can fix this?

I appear to have deleted/lost my Media Icon... I used it a few times OK and then after connecting to my PC (may be a coincidence) I cannot locate it and have to look at my music and picture files through the Files Icon. The memory card is located OK and I have my music and pictures on it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an iPhone 5c which is updated to IOS 7.1.1. I regularly use FaceTime and never had a problem. Today I restarted my iPhone as FaceTime Audio call was not connecting, as I normally do in such issue. When the iPhone got restarted the FaceTime App on my iPhone disappeared. I tried searching from the Spotlight it does not show. Even tried to go to Contact to connect call from there but I do not have option to make FaceTime call in contacts as well.
View 14 Replies View RelatedWhenever I power off or restart my HTC One M9 on Lollipop 5.0.2 the screen icons reset to an earlier state. It's almost like something has stored the phone state and is restoring that state every time the phone is started or restarted.
It also changes in the icon groups on the apps screen. For example I have 4 BBC apps and I place them all in a group called "BBC". On restart the 4 BBC apps are no longer in a group and the group doesn't exist.
My Icon suddenly powered off and restarted several times since latest update. My wife's Icon has done it once as well. Seem to happen when on web pages.

Anyway, I have a 2gb card installed but under the settings and memory section it says no card found. is there a way of getting it to reconise the card as my phone says its only got 90MB of internal memorey left which wont do me as I use it as a mp3 player as well.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI have had my Bold 9000 for about two months. I bought it unlocked and have been using it with T-mobile. When I first got it, i upgraded it to the latest leaked os 5.0. The thing is, I had problems with it. First it would just randomly crash and restart and crash and restart, continuously tell it just drained the battery out. Sometimes, on restarts, the standard Blackberry ringtones would not work, and sometimes they would. Sometimes when it would restart after crashing it would say, "net_app_something_ (52) isnt working and was canceled". I assumed it was a bad leak and tried several different version. (and this same occurred with each OS. I would install it on my pc, on my buddy's who has an unlocked Bold 9000 on t-mobile just like me. In the end I gave up and went back to 4.6. Yesterday i tried the new, official OS 5.0.It worked at first, but then when I install the newest BBM, it started crashing again, until the battery was gone. So now I have reinstalled it, kept the standard BBM that comes with the OS. and also deleted Quickpull. thinking it might have to do with it as well. On a last weird note. It seems only to crash in the evening. In the morning it is perfectly fine, however once it passes 4pm , the crashing beings, non if this occurs with 4.6.
Any ideas? My friend and I are both lost. Sorry for the wordy post, but it is really difficult to describe the retardedness of this situation.
After a software check using the update service, i restarted the device and the settings icon ( to access all device configuration , wireless settings etc..) was missing. Any known solution to restore it without a full reinstall ? I am on android 2.1.

Trying to make the Jump to Windows 10. Installed Windows insider and started install.
All seemed ok phone was about 50% charge then went to spinning gear screen left phone on charger and let it do its magic over night.
Woke up this morning now phone is constantly showing spinning Gears then restarting and going back to spinning gears over and over.
Tried Lumia Recovery tool and no luck Also tried cooling phone while on charger . No luck......
I have almost 1300 pictures, etc that I want to delete off of my card. Is there a way to do this in one swoop and not one by one?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently installed OS 5.0.0.442 which was posted on the very first thread of the forum. I haven't had any issues with it until recently.
When I try a soft reset, I get the red indicator light as usual, but instead of resetting, I get a message on my screen that says something along the lines of "Media card installed. All media will be copied onto the device." After this dialog box goes away, the device does NOT reset. Any ideas on why the soft reset no longer works?
Is there a way to change the icon (application) in the menu under media key? Irritates me that I can change this setting. Media key is perfectly usable key.

I don't know how, and more importantly, I have no idea how to move it back. The simple menu item of "move" doesn't allow you to move an icon from pane to pane, and the "move to folder" is no help.
