BB Bold :: "BBM & App World" Applications Are Hanging?

I have upgraded my BB Bold 9900 to the lateset version yesterday. and after the update process, two applications has stopped working "BBM & App World". When I hover on them and then click them the phone doesn't open them and stays on the home screen. but when I go and see the background application list, it shows them on. I have tried to wipe the phone and hard reset it but nothing came up.
I am in HK using the 3 network. I can do everything but seems that I can't not download the BB Apps World from the site. I am using V5.0.0.351 and its that it is not supported. The site says that it only requires a V4.7 or higher but I don't seems to be able to download it.
I am so new to blackberry device, and had a problem on saving downloaded applications from Application World to Memory Card coz it will automatically save to Phone Memory.
The Video Pro app (not the regular video editor) on my Nokia 808 FP2 always hangs when I try to choos a video. I attached a screenshot of what is happening. I waited almost an hour just to see if it finally works but nothing.. just stays at this screen loading.
My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
i turned on my BB yesterday and for some reason it will not let me access my email. I click on it and it does not respond. i have taken the battery out and left it out over night and it still does not work. the phone and IM part works just not the email icons.
I am using OS 6 on my Curve 9300... I have deleted few applications which I don't need from BB. They are featuring still in MyWorld as Uninstalled but I want to completely delete them and don't want to see them in MyWorld.
My recently-purchased bb bold 9790 keeps stalling, even during charging! I have to reset the system whenever this happens (and the battery cover's really hard to remove), and it's really frustrating because I cannot text nor call etc.
I had bought the phone from amazon and they told me to contact the manufacturer for help before they do any refunds/exchanges
I had the same system hanging problem with my previous bb curve as well, though I am sure I've been treating my phones well so it's definitely not due to abusive use.
I know this is a real stupid question, but on this phone I am always dialing wrong numbers, and have problems ending calls.If I browse the phone list from the left phone button when it auto launches a number if I hit a number by accident.I do not want to auto dial anything.Also when I hit the right phone button the bold says continue call. It does not disconnect me. How to I quit a call period.I am always leaving someone connected because I did not hang up, disconnect the phone call.
I've tried some apps and don't like them so removed them yet they are forever on my uninstall list.I've no intention of ever reinstalling them again so want them gone from my list - it's stupid that when they're uninstalled that they're not gone automatically and logging into Blackberry World shows them there again.I imagine it's a 'feature' from Blackberry so this post is probably going to get a 'it's not possible' response in which case Blackberry pull your finger out.
My phone keeps hanging up on the loading page when I turn it on. It reaches at 3/4 the line and then stops there. I have tried taking out the battery and restarting it but it does not work. I even tried to connect it to my computer but it does not read the device.
I bought a Bold 9700 in Aug 2010, it has been working fine until 3 weeks back. It hangs / freezes unexpectedly, and although the 3G reception shows that it is full bar, I can't make/receive mobile calls and SMSes. Hence, when someone tries to call me, they can't get through and they can't SMS me to tell me they can't get through to me becos the SMS is not coming through as well!On top of this, I won't know that my phone is hanging until I try to make a call out and discover that my attempt has failed.So basically, I find myself making calls to my wife every hour just to see if my phone is in 'hang' mode And if the call attempt fails, then I'll know to reboot it. However, sometimes it takes a number of reboots (both hard and soft) before it's back up and working. This is a daily occurence happening 2-3 times a day.
*** Strange thing is that during 'hang' mode, although I can't make/receive mobile calls and SMSes, I can still send/receive Emails, BB Messenger and WhatsApp.Now I went to the Blackberry Service Centre and they gave me a one-to-one exchange But the next day after I brought my 'new' Blackberry home.. it hung again!!At this point, I thought that maybe it could be the SIM card causing the problem, so I went to my carrier and got a new SIM card.. just a few hours after... IT HUNG AGAIN! am now holding a 'new' Blackberry Bold 9700 and a new SM card but the same problem persists.

I first went to 'Options' and did security wipe after backing it up. the same issue persist. I did this again for like four times but still the same thing. Then I proceeded and used BBSAK to do a complete device wipe and the problem persists. Usually the phone behaves well after the OS is installed but shortly after then, the same problem surfaces again even before connecting my BIS data.The OS installed on it is 6.0 Bundle 3084 (v6.0.0.719, Platform 4.4.0.560)
I have recently purchased the Bold 9790 (3months ago). Since new-I have been experiencing the problem where the phone hangs and a small clock appears in the center of the screen. While this clock is there, nothing can be done on the phone-it normally lasts for around a minute or two. Once it disappears, the phone again operates as normal, however the clock appears again and I am back at the problem.
I have a new Blackberry Curve (8330) due to a warranty issue. I changed my device PIN via Blacberry BIS - Verizon, and all my email accounts function fine. However, I had a few applications on BB App World that do not show up in "my account" in BB App World. Is there something else I need to do to get these apps showing on my device.
I just got Bold 9790, and it works great aside from two things. Firstly, it won't allow me to enter App World. The error message reads: Your system administrator is preventing you from using BlackBerry App World. Contact your system administrator for details, Also, it won't allow me to update the OS from 6.0 to 7.1.
I can't log on App World. It says"Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account"I switched to the BB9900 from the BB9780:
When first turned on the BB9900 I could log on the App World, but email set up would not work from device. So I set up BB9900 from the web setup page, which worked fine. However, since the set up I cannot log into App World, only from a PC and the web.I just downloaded the latest App World 3.0I have the BB Bundle 7.0 1465,My provider is Sunrise in Switzerland
i get up today an go on my phone to find my bb app world has gone and so has my bbm. I have tried downloading it all again but nothing is working, it is driving me mad i just want my bbm back. I have rebooted my phone 12 times iv tried so many things im now just thinking on getting rid of the phone if i cant get it back.
I am using a new Bold 9700 with 5.0 software. Everytime I try to load the BlackBerry App world, it says I have an unsupported phone. any one know why ? and how I can add Appworld to my 9700 ?
My app world told me an upgrade was available (3.1.0.58) for my bold 9780. I am using software 6.0.0.294. Once I installed app world upgrade and bbm upgrade the icons disappeared. I've tried reinstalling them, battery pull, all the usual tricks.
I have just tried to use my app world and its not responding. I have used it in thye past.I click the icon and nothing happens?I have tried to turn the phone off, nothing happens I have taken battery out and re start it still nothing,I have stopped short of throwing it at the cat.
I have had my BB Bold 9780 for 2 months, my app world logged in fine on the first day then I tried a week or so later to download some app's and it wouldnt let me log in! It will say Authenticating for a few seconds then the message An error has occurred. Pleas try again later. I have since tried basically every day with the same message appearing. I even made a new BB ID thinking it was just mine not working but have just had the same problem! Have deleted and re installed the app world and also done a software update on the full phone but still getting nowhere!
When i connect my bb to wifi network and use the browser it works perfectly but when i use apps such as app world,facebook app,wats up,twitter,google talk,msn messenger.etc won't work but when i restart my mob the apps also works fine till i take the mob far away for any wifi and connect it again and get same problem.
I realized that I was missing Blackberry App World, so I deleted it and restarted my phone. I re-installed and it still doesn't show up. It's in the application folder and I tried pulling the battery. I even tried wiping out all applications.
I have been searching the net for a fix for the annoyance of not being able to access the blackberry app world on the blackberry 9900. I can log in fine, as soon as i pick an app to download i accept the terms and conditions it says please wait....and then it goes back to the screen where i clicked download and i have no new apps.
