BB Bold :: 9900 Says "Error 102" Reload Software?

On the screen of my blackberry bold 9900 says "Error 102" Reload software, and there's a highlighted "reset" on the screen. I tried to to that, but when it restart, it came back to the same screen again with Error 102.I tried to connect it to the desktop manager, but it says that "blackberry desktop software cannot communicate with the connected device".I also tried to take out the battery, sim card and media card, and back on again, still got the same message on screen "Error 102"Any advice how i can fix this?Before it went of i was deleting a few apps, because my memory was low, and it says that deleting will take action after restarting the bb, i pressed ok, bb was deleting the apps, but the clock icon keep on turning, like it was stuck. It stays like that for hours, so i decided to take out the battery and put it back in again, and that when i start getting this "error 102" message on my screen.
