i try to download the new software my comp is telling me that i cant trust the site i'm trying to downloading from?? and i tried to plug my phn into my laptop and that wont even do anything either, its stuck on the white screen with that little msg saying Error 507..
Please any help right now would be fantastic. So initially I had the JVM error 102 which I cleared by using JL_comand and wiping the hand held which has now left me with the 507 error.
I have desktop manager and I just downloaded the newest operating software from the carrier I am using (However the phone is unlocked) . I did delete the vendor file from the application folder like it says to do on most posts...
My issue is right here.. after plugging in the device (which is not recognized) ...I proceed to the application loader. It tells me that "No software is available for your device" I am currently using desktop manager v5.0.1.
Don't know what happened but my internet and BBM stopped working so I decided to do a soft reset (alt+Rshift+del). Upon loading, I get JVM Error 102, and will no longer boot into the OS. From reading some stuff here, it seems I now have to do a complete wipe to restore the BB.My questions is this, I haven't added any new software in a long time, why would this error just pop up out of no where? Should I get a replacement phone from T-Mobile or just try to reload the OS again?
I am holding a blackeberry bold 9000 phone.The phone got an issue when my nephew played with it and currently it is showing the error as RELOAD SOFTWARE 513.I tried to find a solution and the reinstalling softwares should resolve the issue.My concern now is that I have got plenty of data ,notes,contacts on the phone memory which I do not want to lose.Is there a way to resolve the issue as my work is hampering because the phone has got stuck this moment.
I just got myself a bold 9780. But now after restarting it for the first time, it shows a white screen with "App Error 603" and "Reset" on it. I alreadey tried the suggestions at the Torch board. My desktop manager (6.0) can't connect with my device and I can't force it with application uploader (whatever that may be).
I have a BB Bold 9780 with an older version of software on it (cannot confirm as device is white screened with error messages on it).The device was showing Error 561, so I attempted a software update to fix fault.The device has completed the install but cannot connect to the device to reboot - have retried 3 times and waited the half an hour each time only to get an error message on PC.More than one PC tried, still showing fault.Error 507 on the support pages suggests the device does not have OS on it, is there anyway to reload this without Desktop Manager?
How to fix this error - BB bold 9780? Just listening to uploaded music, battery got drained, and when is starting, i cannot proceed to my home page. it keeps on saying Error App 204 - RESET.
For the past 2 days my phone has been sporadically freezing or shutting down. It would reboot itself and continue working but I noticed the battery was draining very quickly. Now the device has constant white screen & 507 error message underneath. I followed the instructions to update the device software on my desktop but my device will not connect to my PC and I now have an error 561 on the screen.
Since the time i have downloaded OS7 desktop software i am unable to sync contacts on pc with phone.Whenever i start desktop BB software (previously it use to automatically start sync) it does not sync and gives error 140.It gives message contact support and send log file.Whom to send this file and from where to get this file.
I tried to configure my email account at my another blackberry, but when I put my user name (CORRECTLY) it claims that it must be at least 4 characters, whereas the one that I put is 20 characters! It works on my blackberry ID so I`m sure I use both correct user name and password.
just bought it 3 months back !yesterday it froze saying app error 602.....i restarted it many time by rmoving battery and checked online here and did the soft reset too !!!! but it will still not work even if the screen does show up it says some java error....etc etc.....can i get some help here ?.....of should i take it to the place wherei bought it from ? is this problem common with these phones... i'm stuck without my blackberry....
Had my bold 9780 a few months now, it came with a storage card 4gb. Up until yesterday I was saving all photos etc to it then today it said I had a message on screen saying "media card has suffered fatal error" I took the card out tried it in my work phone and it worked fine.I tried the card from my work phone in my BB and nothing at all.Cuurently my phone is saying " A media card is not presently inserted in the device" when clearly it is!
On the screen of my blackberry bold 9900 says "Error 102" Reload software, and there's a highlighted "reset" on the screen. I tried to to that, but when it restart, it came back to the same screen again with Error 102.I tried to connect it to the desktop manager, but it says that "blackberry desktop software cannot communicate with the connected device".I also tried to take out the battery, sim card and media card, and back on again, still got the same message on screen "Error 102"Any advice how i can fix this?Before it went of i was deleting a few apps, because my memory was low, and it says that deleting will take action after restarting the bb, i pressed ok, bb was deleting the apps, but the clock icon keep on turning, like it was stuck. It stays like that for hours, so i decided to take out the battery and put it back in again, and that when i start getting this "error 102" message on my screen.
I wonder if someone can help me, i have been getting this error message for the past month or so via my phone when trying to login/download apps via the app world. I have no problem siging in via computer or other blackberrys, just my own. I have no problems connecting to the internet on my blackberry, just with the app world?
I have a blackberry bold 9780 Carrier vodafone and I have a v 6.0.0.546 OS but whenever I try to download an app from my blackberry app world I get a pop up that says "An error has occurred. Please try again later". Basically I can't download apps and I don't know why?
I have a bold 3 (9780), while browsing the internet my phone froze for a bit. I than managed to switch on and off. When it restarted I couldn't access applications on the menu. I than switched off again, when I restarted, the screen background appeared white, with a message saying app error 606 and with a small reset link below. I have clicked the reset many times but to no use. I even took out the battery a few times, but nothing has worked.
My blackberry bold 9780 now has an error message on a white screen stating App Error 603: Reset. I have connected it to update and though it then turned on error messages then kept popping up whenever I attempted to open an application.
My app world on the 9780 has not been working. First it would ask me to login after which it would just show me my details and not download. After downloading the application again it just tells me, "An error has occurred. Please try again later. This has been going on for four days now.

Now is permanent.Still is under 1 year manufacturer warranty. How can I get RIM to provide support under warranty. Who should I contact or call.?
I have this Error 513 reload software on my phone. don't know what to do. It came when I was trying to connect to my computer desktop, I was asked for my Blackberry password. I tried many times and would not accept it. I think I tried more than ten times. I called the service provider, they saied take out the battery and SIM card, that did not work. I have been using my Blackberry 8900 for more than 18 month and never hadany problem.Today I went to Blackberry apps and downloaded the Blackberry protect software, while the download was going on, the mobile got off automatically and post that neither its getting on nor I am able to connect it to myDesktop manager (latest version 6.02). It shows the error as Reload Software 552.
Just last night I got the white screen with the reload software: 507 error. I was downloading some new apps my phone just crashed, so I tried to reload the software and all that. When at the loader app, the "waiting to initiate device" step, my phone turns on but with the error and the loader doesn't recognize my phone and asks me if I want to retry or cancel everything. I have tried a bunch of methods out there on the other forums, but they didn't work.
I have a MacBook and I haven't really done anything that could cause this problem. I removed the AP News program and on the next reboot, it comes up with the error screen that says Reload Software 552. I didn't back up anything because I didn't even foresee this coming. I'm reading that I have to completely reinstall the OS again, and I've also read that I can go into my Blackberry on my computer and remove the newly installed(and in this case, uninstalled) application. I'm not currently home so I can't try this but I'm wondering if anyone has other solutions. This is super weird because I had a dream I jumped into a pool with my phone last night and it broke.
My nephew is visiting me for the summer and he has a Blackberry 8530. Tonight the screen went white and there is an error message stating: reload software 513. I am going to download the Blackberry desktop software onto my computer and my instinct is telling me to download software V.5.0.0.459 (his sister has this on her Blackberry). Additionally, they neglected to bring a data cord for their phones, however the one I have for my Palm Pre seems to fit - do you think it'll work or should I buy a new one?
I accidentally dropped my Blackberry Curve 8520 on the floor and the battery fell out. Now when it tries to restart it gets about two thirds of the way through and then comes up with the message Reload Software 507. I have tried connecting it to my laptop but that doesn't work.
