I have this Error 513 reload software on my phone. don't know what to do. It came when I was trying to connect to my computer desktop, I was asked for my Blackberry password. I tried many times and would not accept it. I think I tried more than ten times. I called the service provider, they saied take out the battery and SIM card, that did not work. How can I clear this message and restore my phone?

I was downloading some new apps my phone just crashed, so I tried to reload the software and all that. When at the loader app, the "waiting to initiate device" step, my phone turns on but with the error and the loader doesn't recognize my phone and asks me if I want to retry or cancel everything. I have tried a bunch of methods out there on the other forums, but they didn't work.

Its not coming on apart from that message. I have tried taking out and putting back both the battery and sim card, nothing is working.

I am going to download the Blackberry desktop software onto my computer and my instinct is telling me to download software V.5.0.0.459 (his sister has this on her Blackberry). Additionally, they neglected to bring a data cord for their phones, however the one I have for my Palm Pre seems to fit - do you think it'll work or should I buy a new one?

I have desktop manager and I just downloaded the newest operating software from the carrier I am using (However the phone is unlocked) . I did delete the vendor file from the application folder like it says to do on most posts...
My issue is right here.. after plugging in the device (which is not recognized) ...I proceed to the application loader. It tells me that "No software is available for your device" I am currently using desktop manager v5.0.1.

I removed the AP News program and on the next reboot, it comes up with the error screen that says Reload Software 552. I didn't back up anything because I didn't even foresee this coming. I'm reading that I have to completely reinstall the OS again, and I've also read that I can go into my Blackberry on my computer and remove the newly installed(and in this case, uninstalled) application. I'm not currently home so I can't try this but I'm wondering if anyone has other solutions. This is super weird because I had a dream I jumped into a pool with my phone last night and it broke.

Upon loading, I get JVM Error 102, and will no longer boot into the OS. From reading some stuff here, it seems I now have to do a complete wipe to restore the BB.My questions is this, I haven't added any new software in a long time, why would this error just pop up out of no where? Should I get a replacement phone from T-Mobile or just try to reload the OS again?

When the app loader goes to " load jvm and system sofware" the phone goes from white 507 screen to black my computer makes the disconnect sound and then it always sits and the app loader just does its process and then everytime it says device communication error A:0x0000000F > then the phone boots back up and says the same 507 messege.? Its like the usb is turning it off right when the app loader tries the download sequence. it does the same thing at the same time no matter what> i have tried wiping with bbsak and reloading but same thing happens ? I have even went to usb power options and nothing . tried to reinstall usb drivers and tried again > restarted comp nothing> And its not rebooting over and over the app loader actually recognizes the pin everytime i connect it > so its not a problem with seeing the device. View 8 Replies View RelatedI'm following the manual procedure to remove PTT as described in several threads such as "how-uninstall-push-talk-82057" Works great. But the next time I use Desktop Manager to add or remove an application it reloads the whole suite of device software as well. This is a pain because I have to re-register all my apps and do a bunch of other housekeeping but it also brings PTT back.
Any idea what is causing this? I am using DM 5.0.1
Even with desktop software I cannot fix back my curve 8900. Does anyone can give me a drill to try it again?

I reloaded my software. but today, 2 weeks later, I get the same message. I was like: Oh, this, I can fix this. So I tried and tried...Everything worked out really well but rebooting my Blackberry: No. The Desktop Software says the reboot will take only 30 min. My computer has been running all day. Why? My Blackberry goes on, 10 minutes later my Black berry goes off, 10 minutes later my blackberry goes on.

Earlier it was showing a battery sign when I removed the battery and connected my BB to PC but now there is no light or sign in the BB after connecting to PC. Please try the following:
- Disconnect your device and restart your computer.
- Restart the loading process.
How do I get past this and reload the software successfully??? I have desktop manager closed and am loading the correct software.
Recently my BB8350i broke, it just suddenly restarted non-stop, it restarted for about 4 or 5 times then it looked normal, and ever since after that started to reboot itself. I read to reload software using Desktop Manager, but ever since I tried doing it, it gets stuck when it's Loading Module "net_rim_cldc.cod" and right at the middle of this process the phone restarts. I think I did this process for about 50 times already. I tried reloading the software unsuccessfully, phone keeps restarting.
