BB Curve :: Java 102 Error And Unable To Reload The Latest Version
Jan 9, 2012
I am trying to sort out my Blackberry curve which is showing the error message Java 102 reset. I have tried to follow the instructions in KB11320 & KB10068 but the phone has the most up-to-date version of the software on it and the 'view other versions' option is not available.
Every time when I switch on my phone it gives me an error report saying. "Java script error" would like to know is there something wrong with my settings ? I used to be able to download songs to my phone now half way through the download it fails or do you peheps know any wepsite were I can download songs for free.
I tried to install Ovi maps 3.03 but during the installation, it says there's not enough memory and it asks me to delete something from the C:. But I didn't really put much in C: and I don't know what I can delete without affecting the system. So, when I open "Maps" now, the old version still pops out (it says 3.01 when I click into "About"),but apparently the installer in the PC suite thinks I have 3.03 already. What should I do?
I'm unable to upgrade to the latest version of Quickoffice. I've tried both options offered in the application - download and e-mail, but neither work. When I try to download, the application stops responding and when I use the e-mail option, the application reports that the process was successfully completed, but I don't receive an e-mail. My phone can access Internet normally.
I am installing cell tracker software to my phone and was instructed to transfer 5 .jar and .tar type files to my phone after transferring the files and installing the app it does not run and I get error screen "Uncaught Exception: Java.Lang.NoclassDeffound Error" when I try to run the app. I have been told that there has been some error in transferring the files correctly to my cell phone from my PC.
I keep getting an error message that says "uncaught error: java.lang.null.pointerexception." I wiped out my handheld, but every time it restarts that message comes back up. When I go to my text messages, and I hit the "menu" button, nothing happens it just freezes and doesn't let me scroll up or down until I hit "menu" again.
my wife just set up her email by calling Tmobile 611 she does the 2 minute battery pull and starts back up and now she gets a java error and can not open her internet browser. I am at work and since we only have bb for phones she can not call back 611 to help her with her phone. Anyone have any suggestions?
I have this Error 513 reload software on my phone. don't know what to do. It came when I was trying to connect to my computer desktop, I was asked for my Blackberry password. I tried many times and would not accept it. I think I tried more than ten times. I called the service provider, they saied take out the battery and SIM card, that did not work. How can I clear this message and restore my phone?
I have been using my Blackberry 8900 for more than 18 month and never hadany problem.Today I went to Blackberry apps and downloaded the Blackberry protect software, while the download was going on, the mobile got off automatically and post that neither its getting on nor I am able to connect it to myDesktop manager (latest version 6.02). It shows the error as Reload Software 552.
Just last night I got the white screen with the reload software: 507 error. I was downloading some new apps my phone just crashed, so I tried to reload the software and all that. When at the loader app, the "waiting to initiate device" step, my phone turns on but with the error and the loader doesn't recognize my phone and asks me if I want to retry or cancel everything. I have tried a bunch of methods out there on the other forums, but they didn't work.
My nephew is visiting me for the summer and he has a Blackberry 8530. Tonight the screen went white and there is an error message stating: reload software 513. There is also a rectangular symbol with a circle around it and a line through it.I have never had a Blackberry so I am at a loss. I was surfing around and I have found conflicting information. I am going to download the Blackberry desktop software onto my computer and my instinct is telling me to download software V.5.0.0.459 (his sister has this on her Blackberry). Additionally, they neglected to bring a data cord for their phones, however the one I have for my Palm Pre seems to fit - do you think it'll work or should I buy a new one?
I accidentally dropped my Blackberry Curve 8520 on the floor and the battery fell out. Now when it tries to restart it gets about two thirds of the way through and then comes up with the message Reload Software 507. I have tried connecting it to my laptop but that doesn't work.
I have just updated my blackberry phone from the blackberry pearl series to the curve 9330 phone. On the pearl I was able to download the backberry shortcuts for the major league baseball teams that I follow. On the curve that is running the OS 6.0 system when I download the same shortcuts and try to run them I get the java.lang error for anything dealing with baseball. My carrier is verizon. If I type the name of the team in the browser in the long form e.g. raysbaseball.com I have no problem going to the team home page. I just get the error when I try to use the shortcut. Could someone tell me what to do. I have java script enabled in the browser.
A couple of months ago the What's App application required an update. I updated it and ever since my phone has steadily had more and more issues. First, I kept getting this uncaught error message, shortly thereafter the 2 email accounts (both gmail) that I have linked to the account disappeared. The message icon shows that I have messages, but icons not there (I have tried the show all option). At one point the message icon started exponentially adding the number of messages until it got up to over 86,000. When I reboot the phone it goes back down and then steadily increases again. usually though it's more to 400 - 500 rather then tens of thousands. I have been trying to install updates and do a wipe of the BB so that I can start from scratch, unfortunately the application loader is unable to back up data. The desktop manager is unable to connect to the blackberry and indicates that an upgrade is required. I have tried doing the upgrade both directly from the phone and connected to the desktop manager, but nothing seems to work. If I try to upgrade the software directly from the BB, I get to the start download button and when I click, nothing happens. I have removed all applications except bberry app world and one game that I play, Pixelated Plus. Still nothing.
its been almost a month since i am facing this error. i have tried updating my softwares but it keeps on repeating. and just because of this my bbm is not working.i am really irritated by this. if not can you tell me where to go?
I'm running the newest OS 5.0.0.681, and every time I reboot I get an "uncaught exception java.lang.Error". After I hit "OK" everything seems to run fine, but the error just won't go away. This is the second time it's doing this...the first time it happened I thought a wipe and reinstall would fix it, but it just came back. I don't know what app might be causing this (if it's indeed an app).
The third-party ones I have installed are:
FancyTran Gmail Google Maps Ka-Glom Pandora Poynt UberTwitter WeatherBug
I also have App World, Twitter for BlackBerry, and Facebook installed. I've tweaked dozens of times with Application Permissions but the little error just won't go away!
I am using BB Curve 8520 for past 2 years off lately my phone has started behaving weird
1) When ever I restart the phone give me this error message "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDelFoundError".
2) I went to make a call and the speaker keeps flicking to headset and back, I have never connected a headset so it cannot be the settings issue. I tried the below solution it worked for a day and phone started behaving the same from yesterday...Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
I have a 9300 Curve Blackberry. This morning, when I was gonna check my email and SMS (Text),there were 3 error messages: Uncaught Exception: Java.Lang.NullException & Uncaught Exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(110) is not responding; process terminated, and Uncaught Exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(803) is not responding; process terminated. Up till now, I still can't check both my emails and SMS (Text).
My 8900 has always been a bit temperamental re MMS but this time I think it's dying :-(
All was fine until yesterday afternoon when I took the battery out while it was still switched on to reboot as it was being really slow and it came back up with an error message: uncaughtexception: java.lang.NullPointerException and all my MMS have disappeared! Also when I go to my photos as if I were going to send one as an MMS the option to 'send as MMS' has gone?!
I called T mobile and they made me do something with the host routing table (?) in advanced options which had no effect and then basically said there is nothing they can do (marvellous!) and there are some pics and messages on there that are really important to me that I don't want to lose :-(
I don't have any kind of back up stuff (see? told you I was technical ;-) on my laptop as I don't know what to download or even if it will work?
I've not got any applications or anything on there and I haven't done anything different lately- does anyone have any ideas?
