But when i used the 2 headset L & R default there is sound coming. i check the headset with other balckberry there is no problem. do you think it OS problem my OS cannot update to 7.1 BB9900 7.0 Bundle 2395 (v7.0.0.579) Platform 5.0.0.735) is there any problem with this OS?
View 1 Replies View Relatedthis just happened yesterday. i left my bb 9900 for a couple days without using it and yesterday i noticed that battery is running out, so i plugged into usb power and left it there for charging. the next thing i saw is slowing flashing red LED. first thing came to my mind was that device did not get charged. so I plugged into a pc and then my pc keeps showing device connected but not recognized (at this state, the LED on BB is showing red), after a few seconds, my pc shows device disconnected ( LED shows off at this state). after another few second (about 20 seconds) , red LED again and my pc showing deviced connected again. And yes I have latest blackberry manager installed.
this simply keeps on and off. it seems device trying to power off but cant and then reboot.i tried pulling battery off, no use. in fact, this even happens when it's on battery. it's weird, it was working fine before i left it on table for charging.
My Bold 9900 refuses to boot up. I get a series of four flashing red lights, one slow then three fast.The screen froze for 3 minutes. I tried turning it off. No good. I removed the battery and now it won't start up.I have tried connecting to desktop. No good.I have tried booting up without the battery. No good.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI left my phone charging last night, and when I woke up I just saw the red LED blinking, but it doesn't turn on. THE DISPLAY DOESN'T TURN ON EITHER, so it's not the problem in which the phone reboots over and over. The LED just blinks and then a long blink and then a pause. My computer won't recognize my cellphone. I tried batter pull but it didn't work.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI use my 9900 for listening to music whilst running, yesterday it rained and although it was in my pocket there was a lot of moisture on the phone (yes my fault I know) anyway phone was working OK then it went off so I took the back off made sure the battery area was dry and it started up OK. I though all was well till I plugged it in to the mains charger when it switched off and now won't start. Also after around 20 seconds there is a battery icon with a red cross come up over it ?I have taken it apart and it all appeared dry but it refuses to start, I have tried plugging it in to PC with USB and mails lead and neither make a difference. As usual the last back up was a couple of weeks ago with all latest appointments

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe phone got stuck today so i rebooted bys pressing alt+rght shift+del and it rebooted until 3/4 and got stuck so i tried battery pull, it rebooted all the way but did not start correctly and kept on giving uncaught errors. after a while a white screen came up with app error 606.
ive downloaded an official OS update 7.0.0.590 and installed it on my pc. ive tried to upgrade the OS on my phone to fix the poblem, but in the dialog box where it says there are no updates available, there is no link to show view other version to install and am stuck with this error.
i got a problem, my blackberry 9930 show me white screen and error 102, cause a few days ago, i uninstall a application, and after ask me reboot, starts showing the problem, i try to starts safe mode, i just press escape key when goes out the red led, and just starts normally and allways shows Error 102.
