Jan 4, 2012My bb 9900 is not opening. this happened when my phone's battery got drained completely and I tried charging it back. Since then it is showing error 102. how to counter the problem. As it is very urgent to keep my phone on. the guidlines to be followed to make by bb work again.

Sep 26, 2012I have a Blackberry Bold 9900. I haven't used it much for about three months and when I tried and turned it on, it shows me the red cross on a battery. Initially I thought the problem lies with the batteries as they hadn't been charged for a few months. I tried different methods to bring it back to life and by luck, I managed to charge the phone and it worked for 2 days.
Then I tried to restart my phone. It had almost full battery then. It turned off and then the red cross on the battery came up again. So I thought it might be a problem with the software so I made the stupidest mistake by connecting it to my computer and trying to repair the software.
Now my Blackberry is not turning on and constantly shows me the red cross. When I do manage to charge it, it gives me error 507. And when i try to connect it to my computer and repair it, the red cross comes up when the desktop software is "waiting for device to initialise". I've had this phone for about 9 months and it worked fine until I neglected it for some months.

Nov 25, 2011I am having with my BlackBerry Bold 9900. The time for incoming SMS messages is constantly saying 03.10am, and when I scroll over the message it always says "received 1 minute ago", regardless of when the message was received. My sent messages seem to be working fine and the time and date have been set correctly. The phone is only a week old and the software is up to date. I have tried removing the battery and rebooting the device but nothing has worked.

Jan 12, 2012i got a new Blackberry Bold 9900 from Wind Mobile. It comes with call displays but whenever someone calls me and I have their number saved into my contact list their name wont show up. So I don't know who is calling me even though I have their number saved into my phone. Sometimes it shows up and sometime it doesn't (same people). I tried adding +1 or removing +1 infront of the number but that does nothing.

Jan 14, 2012The phone got stuck today so i rebooted bys pressing alt+rght shift+del and it rebooted until 3/4 and got stuck so i tried battery pull, it rebooted all the way but did not start correctly and kept on giving uncaught errors. after a while a white screen came up with app error 606.
ive downloaded an official OS update 7.0.0.590 and installed it on my pc. ive tried to upgrade the OS on my phone to fix the poblem, but in the dialog box where it says there are no updates available, there is no link to show view other version to install and am stuck with this error.

Dec 13, 2012my BB Bold 9900 won't turn on. Loads to a white screen saying "AppError 200" i click to reset, then it just loads the same screen again, over and over. I've tried updating the software using the desktop manager but it says i have 0.0mb worth of space on my phone so i can;t update when i know for a fact that there is an absolute ton of space free.
