May 10, 2011not sure if there is a way of 'cleaning' the key pad on my 9900??When texting it is increasingly becoming a pain, especially the c and b buttons...they just don't seem to work everytime?

Oct 28, 2012I've had my bold for just over 4 months now and in the last few days my menu key and track key aren't working properly. When I press the menu key it brings up my switch app window (I'm literally just pressing it, not holding it down for a few secs) and will do this 4 or 5 times before it brings up the options. Now my track key is going. I press it and it'll bring my options up. I can do this 3 or 4 times before it'll actually go into the icon or link that I'm wanting . I've tried the whole reboot with the phone on and it does nothing.
My last bold I had 19 months and did not once have a problem with it (other than the deep scratch I put in the screen!), 4 months with this and I can't even use the basic and most important keys on the bloody phone!

Jan 4, 2012I am on my 3rd Blackberry, currently on the new Bold 9900. It developed this camera fault that seems to be an issue throughout the Blackberry series. Yep the "camera not working because there are to many apps running" problem......except there are no apps running, this is clearly a hardware issue.

Jun 21, 2014My iphone camera stared acting wonky a few weeks back, as in lower resolution and faint lines showing up with an occasional half screen glitch (I'll attach a picture I took of one of these) but it would go away after I focused. Yesterday it stopped working completely though. I open the camera an its just black (no shutter). Front camera still works. On apps like snapchat it opens directly to the front camera and doesn't even give me the option to switch to the rear camera. I've tried everything, I opened the back and the lens isn't cracked from what I could see with a flashlight, it's not dirty, I've turned it on and off several times and force quit the camera app but nothing seems to work! I dot have a warranty and I still have 10 months to go with this phone

Other than macro mode I can see only red rectangular box (indicating improper focus?) and the photo seems to be blurred. Macro mode photos seems to be good. Even if I put camera settings to 'Auto' I am getting red rectangular box most of the times instead of green. Software or hardware fault?

Jun 16, 2010After being upgraded to .732 for a while, I have come in to my first problem. My Bluetooth is not working properly. When I receive a call or go to make a call it won't let me, it just picks up and hangs right up. I have never had a problem with Bluetooth before. Does anyone else have this issue from Sprint .699 upgrading to .732? I don't know if I should wipe and reinstall or just go back to .699, which I didn't have any problem with anyway? Thoughts?

May 3, 2011After updating to OS6, the backlight keep going off after a few seconds even i set it to timeout at less than 25%. Another problem is when i use it for gps navigation, i type a new addresss i need to gets to and i display it on map, when i drive, the spot showing me is moving, however the map is not moving along with it, after a while it just goes out of the map. Dec 12, 2011I got my new Bold 9900 about two weeks ago. I noticed today that there is thin black line that across my camera screen. This line is near the bottom of the camera screen and is in photos I take. This line will move downwards as I zoom in and disappears if I zoom in enough (and won't be in the pictures taken when zoomed in enough).
This line doesn't appear when I change to video camera. BTW my conveneice key which currently on the default option (camera) is EXTREMELY hard to activitate...I need to press REALLY hard!
