I searched and searched but couldn't find anything related to my situation. Is there any kind of way to have my music playing in the background while I'm playing a game, without it stopping everytime I start over?? I don't think I ever listened to muisc the past while gaming; if I did, I don't remember. When I'm playing BUBBLE SHOOTER, NOT BrickBreaker (sorry errbdoy, I put dwn the wrong name), the music plays until I hit the 'Start New Game' button. It just pauses. I've tried putting my phone on Vibrate and even Silent, but it still cuts off. My music will play while I'm actually playing the game, but once I lose and hit the button to play the game again, it stops, and I have to go back to Now Playing and resume
Even on 100% volume is kind of low....it is comparable to my N86 on 60-70%. Is there a way to increase the volume?(I use the same in ear headphones on both phones)
I've been having issues with my bb, while bbming and listening to music via the media player, minutes and even sometimes seconds after putting a song on my BB freezes up and reboots itself. I searched the forums for the exact same issue and didn't come across a thread. If anyone has any ideas or possibly a link to the solution feel free to toss err in.
if there's a way to keep the music player going in the background while I'm playing a game. I use Google'a music app, was kind of disappointed with the stock music player. Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing, either in Google music, on the phone, or in the game?
My iPhone 4S sometimes stops playing music by itself while I am playing music. This occurs while my phone is on standby/locked mode; that is I am not using any apps.
My 9780 has twice now over the last couple of days starting playing files from my music library. They tracks are muted and will actually play simultaneously under other tracks. They don't show as playing, and the only way to stop it is to pull the battery.
After playing music from my Blackberry Bold 9780's internal speakers, ALL sounds that come from my Blackberry become distorted. I do a battery pull and it all returns to normal. After playing music again from the internal speakers, the sounds once again become distorted.
Got my phone connected to my car through blue tooth. Phone seems to work fine, but music skips when trying to play media files via blue tooth. Running software version 7.1 Bundle 457?
does anyone have a problem with lowering the volume when playing media player ?? because sometimes when i did lower the volume it's like i did track down.i had this before and after the upgrade, i'm using .442 now
When I go to the music player and select a song to play, I get a message that tells me to plug in my headphones. The issue is that my headphones are plugged in. I didn't have this issue a week ago. I was listening to my music just fine. I have rebooted the device several times already. The weird thing is that I can hear the boot up sounds through my headphones, as well as notifications. I just can't play music. I have the same issue with the FM radio.
I'm trying to get music onto my bb bold 9700 and each time I try, it tells me that I need to switch my mass storage mode on. I've checked in Options / Memory and it is already switched on, so I don't know what the problem is.Can anyone suggest what else the problem could be to prevent me from downloading music if the settings are already ok?
I had CWM a couple of years ago but now suddenly Nokia Music says that this computer is not the registered one. It worked couple of days ago and is still the same one. I had to reinstall Win7 a month ago and had to register it as 'new' one but after that it worked flawless.
So those 90 days between changing of computer has not passed yet.
Well for some reason everytime i receive i text message from a friend or some random person, my music stops. As far as I know, on other blackberry device that i had in the past, the storm, tour, curve, the music would keep on going and I would be happy with it. Now since it stops every time, i have to go back to the music player and play it again.
I can not import pictures and music from my laptop to my phone. Not with datacable, not even with bluetooth. Bluetooth gives a message on my laptop that the remote device does not support....I am not sure what it was again.I would like to oninstall my google talk. When I installed my desktop manager my ping contacts and even my blackberry messenger dissapeared, I had to add everybody from my list again.
Hey, i recently got a new laptop and paired my bold 9700 to it. I'm sending it back and getting a replacement for it, so i haven't uploaded my itunes yet, but i was playing the music over bluetooth from my phone. I get this little popup control menu (See Image), but it doesn't actually allow me to control the music. Is there any fix for this, am i doing something wrong? If Necessary, i've got a bold 9700 (fromt AT&T) running OS 5.0.0.602, and my laptop is an alienware m17x r1, with win 7 home premium.
so here's the scenerio, in a public place (school, anywhere, with people), you have your headphone on while listening to music on your bold 9700's music player (loudly, may i add).Receives a phone call, (your phone now has the screen with incoming call showing, you can either answer, or ignore). Obviously not much option here you answer the call, unplugs the headphone, the music player goes on pause(or you can unplug first, the music pause first, then answer), after the conversation, before you have time to plug your headphone back, your music unpauses itself and is playing LOUDLY through the phone speakers, which is kind of embarassing, even for couple seconds.I tested a couple times by calling myself, and i find no options to get around this.anyone else got this prob? does anyone know how to get around this? should I buy a new media player app?
I have an Mac running the Tiger OSX operating system. Because this is an older OS, the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software will not run on my computer. So far, I refuse to pay $170 to upgrade my computer just to run the Blackberry software. Instead, I manually drag my music files from iTunes onto my phone and then organize them later. My problem is as follows:Only some of the music appears on my phone, while much of it does not. At first, I thought this was a DRM issue with iTunes, but some of my downloaded iTunes music does appear and is playable on my BlackBerry.Regardless of how little music appears in my phone's media folder, my BlackBerry memory reflects that I uploaded the FULL amount of my music! Now, the latest problem. When I connect my phone to my Mac and try to delete all the files, they completely disappear from the phone and I still have a massive amount of occupied memory!Failed resolution attempts include: Restarting BlackBerry, battery pull, searching all over my phone's folders via my Mac looking for lost files (none found).
I myself have Slacker Radio its pretty good I don't use it often anymore since I just added my music from my windows media player.....I was wondering besides slacker what other radio broadcast for the bold? And do they have sports? Espn? And if so which one's are free?
When i login in to either Slacker or XM radio streams using my wi/fi connection it only works for about 20 -30 minutes. Then it stops playing and i have to do a battery pull. to get it to start again. Is there a setting that limits the amount of data that can be streamed using wifi? It is really annoying, considering how long a reboot takes.
I have been using zillatube to convert videos to ringtones. The problem is this: how do I do I transfer mp3 files to my BB? I notice that all songs are gleaned from the Windows media player on my computer-so I tried to add them to a playlist but with no success. I transferred the files directly to my phone and they end up in files, I am then unable to select them as a ringtone.I don't know how to use the BB desktop to transfer them-it seems to only sync with the playlists of the cds I have ripped.
Are you able to listen to music while instant messaging or BBMing? It seems that when I'm listening to music and I'm on BBM and someone sends me a message, it stops my music and I hear the cricket sound but then my music doesn't resume after that. It's bugging me a little because then that means I can't have my music playing and getting SMS/MMS/IM notifications because it'll continue cutting the music off. It sounds like there was an issue when I did a switch device through DM. Anyone care to shed some light if you guys have the same issue?
I saw the post on this, and similar problems, NO SOUND, anything that comes from the speakerphone is not working ie) calls on speakerphone, music, videos, alerts.. anything!
The handset sounds all work perfectly fine. I checked all settings, all profiles EVERYTHING!
I used to have a Bold 9700. When I listened to music with headphones, incoming message alerts would sound over the music through the headphones. With the 9650, the song pauses, and then the message alert sound comes out of the speaker instead of the headphones, then the music resumes. Is there a setting I am missing here?
How do u change the text regular ringtone on my 9700 bb I don't know how to do it I look every were in my phone an can I use a music ringtone instead of the regular tone
So I finally got my blackberry 9700 and I am in LOVE with it! I bought a 16GB memory card for it, insertet it and transfered a bunch of music. (it took hours).None of the music was transferred to my phone. Then I found out that my sd card wasn't formatted or something, and my phone won't read it. when I try to format it it fails..
I am usng a BlackberryBold 9700, (AT&T).I imported all the contacts from my previous backup.I copied an mp3 file from my PC to the device memory. Set this mp3 file as the ring tone to all the profiles. I did not set any custom ringtone to any individual contact. But when i recieve a call, both my custom ring tone and the 'Ringer_ClassicPhone' are playing together. Also, a file 'Ringer_ClassicPhone.mp3' is being created automatically a'/Device memory/home/user/ringtones/Ringer_ClassicPhone.mp3'Everytime I recieve a call... i get two hear two sounds... it very annoying...
I'm having a problem with my HTC One only playing music out of one headphone, there is music coming out of the other headphone however it is very quiet. I have tried cleaning the connections and I've tried different headphone. I have checked this on a Bluetooth speaker as well and I have the same problem with that. I have checked settings and there is nothing in there is fix the issue (or I have missed it).
