BB Bold 9650 :: How To Set Up Corporate Email Account?

My wife asked me for a Blackberry to access her work email. She works for the local school system and drives between different schools several times a day to treat disabled children. Parents sometimes email her to tell her that their kid is not going to be at a specific school at a a certain time and she ends up driving to a specific place for nothing because she couldn't access her messages. So I bought her a Bold last week tro help her with this problem.At a regular computer, she first has to log to the school's system website, then click on their link to gmail, enter an user name and finally a password. The website appear tiny on the screen and it's really slow to load. And there are some obscure security warnings in there IT people on the school system are clueless to help her.

BB Bold :: One Email Account Has Stopped Working On 9650

I have tried deleting it and re-adding it (several times). Had the Sprint store try different options including a reeboot in their system. Had GoDaddy check their system. Pulled the battery while phone was on, and off. Nothing is working! It is the account I receive time sensitive work on. It is a Bold 9650 and all my other email accounts (even from Go Daddy) are working fine.

Galaxy S5 :: Corporate Email Account Not Syncing AT ALL

When I add my corporate account to the email app, it accepts my login information as well as the domain and server information. It takes me to the screen with the email options about push notifications and what not. I finish those settings and it takes me to my inbox. But nothing happens. Occasionally if I add it, it will say loading... with the spinning circle, but never loads. I have let it sit for hours, and it never syncs.

Now let me tell you what I have tried:
I have tried on 4G and on wireless
Adding from Accounts in Settings
Adding from the email app
Auto Sync data is on
Restrict Background Data is off

Once or twice it came up with the certificate issue and I noticed that the certificate was connected to a different website.

I have a gmail account, and msn account and a Verizon account. they are all connected and work fine all the time.

If I use an app called Cloud Magic it works, but that doesn't sync my calendar and contacts.

I think that is it. The phone is a Galaxy S5, 16GB / Verizon / Andriod 4.4.4 / Factory, not hacked or changed in anyway.

I switched from my Nextel 8350i to the new Bold 9650 on Sprint. So they had to switch networks for me. I already had a sprint.blackberry.net email established over at Nextel - but when
I go online at the sprint.blackberry.com site to add my emails - it won't let me add this one - if I put in the info as an established email - it asks me for the server name. I talked to tech support a good 40 minutes with no help what so ever! I even looked into it like they may have canceled my email - but when I enter it as a new one it says it's taken. So anyone know how I can add my existing blackberry email account to this new phone/network?

I am a new owner of Photon 4g. I used to have a HTC touch. I am getting "login failed. please try again" message when I try to setup my corporate email.

1> I have tried using both domainusername and just username with no success.

2> Also have tried setting up gmail as corporate account and later changing to the desired account settings as suggested in other forums and it still shows the same error.

I was using the blackberry service for several years with ISP Cormote in Greece and a Bold 9700 device.At some point I decided to switch to another ISP and from the moment I switched to Wind I could setup the gmail/yahoo accounts but not the business account of mine (the one that I used to work with previous ISP for so many years).I was constantly getting the "An error occured during email account validation. Please check your information and try again." error.The ISP spent at least 15 days trying to resolve it, but to no success.At that moment I decided to switch back to the same ISP that I had just a few days before and that used to work without problems.

I have a BB Bold 9000. ATT is my service provide.I successfully set up my gmail account as a separate email account on my BB. I had two email icons on my home page - one for corporate and the other for gmail. The emails were kept separate. After I installed the Gmail Enhanced App, my gmail started to sync into my corporate acct. I uninstalled botgh the enhanced app and the gmail account. When I went to reinstall gmail from the BB device, it resumed syncing into the corporate account.How can I keep these two accts separate?

BB Bold 9650 :: Using BIS For Same Yahoo Account?

Strange situation, i have 2 different blackberry (8310 for work is BES & BIS) and 9650 personal blackberry. i want both to receive my @yahoo.com emails - which they both can thru BIS - HOWEVER, the 8310 all of a sudden is no longer (wirelessly) reconciling the emails - so if i open/delete etc on the 8310 they remain "untouched" on my outlook, webmail, 9650, etc spoke to blackberry support and they said although i can receive on more than one device - only 1 device will handle/deal with the reconciling so my 8310 is full of what appears to be unopened emails.Is this info accurate ?

After I've deleted emails from my accounts on the computer, BB still shows all those unread emails. How can I refresh the BB so it matches? I don't want to delete everything twice. My wireless synchronization is definitely on.

Morning cb community...I've got a weird issue going on...not an annoyance or deal breaker just curious. Anyways lately and randomly my phones ringtone for my yahoo email goes off and there isn't an email. It vibrates and the berrybuzz led and color goes off too. The weird thing is is that there isn't even an unread email indicator with the number. The phone just goes off. Its weird. I've done battery pulls and stuff. Any thoughts? It just has me wondering. It doesn't do it for my sprint.blackberry.net email just my yahoo email.

BB :: Bold 9650 Won't Receive Email From One Of My Email

Update last week and then one email address won't work. When I contacted server provider, they gave me server to use, port, etc. but I cannot change those on my Blackberry. (Or can't find out where to do it). When I delete and add the email address, it doesn't give me the option to put in the popmail address, or designate the proper server and port. Tried to do it on the computer but phone won't allow me to do it.

I have activated three email account on my Blackberry 9900 (two outlook accounts and one yahoo account).I have activated one of the Outlook Email account via enterprise activation BES service on my Blackberry 9900.Another Outlook account have been synchronized from my Blackberry desktop manager.Yahoo account is configured with BIS service activation.When I go the Email Account management only the Accounts activated via BES and BIS service from device are visible but not the account synced from desktop.

Is there no easy way to remove a Corporate Sync Account? I am trying to remove the account I set up yesterday but the screen for remove account will not let me enter a username? As such, I don't even see how I can edit this current account from the phone. Is this not possible to do from the phone or do I have to do this from the company's Exchange server?

BB Bold 9650 :: Help With Email Deletion

I know I've had to do this before but for the life of me can't find where to change the settings. I used to have an option to delete e-mail on the handset or both handset and mailbox. Now, for some reason, it only gives me delete as an option. I like being able to delete on BB only for some things and on both for junk. I know it will come to me but you guys are faster.

If anyone has any words of wisdom. I used my desktop manager to switch the devices. I went to my setup wizard and for some reason it will not let me add my user name or password. I tried adding the complete email address and just the user name. No go. It seems that I have had this little problem before I cannot remember how to fix it.

I currently have an HTC Incredible, but thinking about making the switch because the battery and i'm missing the physical QWERTY.I have never had a blackberry before, I was wondering how the e-mail displays? On my HTC it displays just like if I were looking on the web, images and everything...is blackberry the same?Time sensitive because my 30 days is up tomorrow! I would like to return my phone today to just be sure while I wait for the bold.

Ok so really a bit frustrating there REALLY should be an option to turn on and off email accounts. Its kinda ridiculous that you have to go through a bunch of steps and jump through hoops the turn off an email account. Or just delete it. When Im at work I dont need to emails to go to the phone and I just end having to delete a bunch of them. Ok rant off heres my problem. I looked in the BB instruction to stop forwarding message to my phone and it told me how to do it. It says go into messages, then open the menu, go to options, email settings and tell the phone to stop forwarding emails. Problem is I don't have that option. Whats the deal?By the way I tried to get into my BIS account online and it said It wasn't available and I had to access settings on the phones.

BB Bold :: Can't Get My Email To Link Up With 9650

I have been using my device without any problems, but yesterday I received a message saying that an upgrade to my Blackberry software was available. Foolishly, I agreed to it. The upgrade erased all of my settings and wiped out my photos. The upgrade set things so that the device was acting as a brand new device.

After hours of struggle, I was able to reset everything EXCEPT for my link to my earthlink email. When I go into the email setup wizard, I am asked to enter my email password. The email address is already there. When I enter the password, I get the message, "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again."

BB :: Can't Receive Email On Bold 9650

Something has changed and I can no longer receive e-mail on my Blackberry. The e-mail icons still appear on my home screen. When they are selected, either the mail, or the aol.com icon, my texts message history is what appears. It is like there has been a disconnect between the icon and the application.

Motorola Droid X :: Corporate Sync Account No Longer Listed

Following the upgrade from 2.2.1 to 2.3.3 (Droid X), I can still send and receive e-mail using my corporate sync account, but my corporate sync account is no longer listed under "My Accounts". Consequently, I can't edit it, change the password, or even delete it. Any suggestions on how to get the corporate sync account back on the account list?

My corporate account (Exchange/Activesync server) hasn't synced since the update was installed Saturday, June 30th. It was syncing fine pre-ICS, however, post-ICS nothing. The screenshot reflects the message I receive when attempting to set up the account on the phone.

In troubleshooting, I have tried removing the account (only initially following the upgrade, account will not complete set up since) and adding it again.

Also, all other email accounts (gmail, earthlink, hotmail, yahoo) are connecting fine, only having problems with the Corporate account. Additionally, I need this to work more for the calendar sync than the email, especially since I separate my work/personal calendars via this account, Google, and personal version of Outlook.

I have a Motorola Atrix 2 and initially set up a Corporate Sync account several months ago. I had no issues with this account until last week, when my Exchange server migrated.I tried adding the new server name, but that did not fix the problem. I was advised by my company (Microsoft) tech support to delete the Corporate Sync account and then re-create it.I proceeded to create the Corporate Sync account via Setting > Accounts > Add Account > Corporate Sync, but when I keyed in my information (Email address, Password, Domain, and Username) and clicked Next, I received this error:Sorry! I have my work e-mail set up on my corporate sync account. Currently under E-mail settings, E-mail delivery, & folder sync, I would like my sent items to sync in the background as my inbox does. Every time I change it to automatically sync in the background, it reverts back to manual as soon as I leave my e-mail. Is there anyway to force this to sync in the background? Will this be corrected in the upcoming update?

Can't disable this for email, just sms, etc.how it's annoying is when i try to abbreviate something like "MN" for Minnesota; i'll type MN and it'll change it to MINUTE. quite annoying. i know i can hit del after and it'll get rid of it, but it's not as smooth as it sounds, and seems to keep a space after, or input a period, or something unnatural.it seems to me the only way to disable this is to physically delete the entry in the autotext entries, but that is rather permanent, Why they don't make a disable autotext option for email but for everything else is beyond me.any suggestions for me?

I just got a new bold and I haven't had any problems except for I get a ton of emails from a server saying it is connecting to my device. it look like this.. network@etp1109.etp.na.blackberry.net

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
How do I get this to stop? It is so annoying and happens like 50 times a day.

BB Bold 9650 :: Email Error - Personal URL

I have my own URL which has mail boxes associated with it which my family and I use for our personal email. The URL/Mailboxes are hosted by GoDaddy. Beginning overnight night before last I stopped receiving email from my personal/primary email account on my BB, email is still downloading to Outlook on my PC. I have two other email accounts that I receive emails on setup on my BB, I tested both and they are both working. I have tried a number of things to no avail. They include:Battery Pull Send test email Check BIS site to see if email address needed re-validation. NOT! Resend Service Books Send test email Re-register on network via Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table <It was suggested that I would find a "Blackberry Key" in the Host Routing Table but didn't find it. I pressed the BB key and selected "Register Now". I got a message that my device had been registered on the network. Resend Servcie Books Send test email That was last night. This morning I had received one email overnight, interestingly it was the same email I recieved the night before. (It is a morning devotional the I get daily. Maybe someone is trying to tell me something?) I tried another test email, no go.

I then logged into BIS again, I re-entered my password for my account, then in looking at the "Advanced Options" I noticed again that the mail server is a RIM server. I tried to change it to my mail server, the one I use in Outlook, which is a POP3 protocol server. It would not take. I tried to change the server from IMAP to POP3, thinking that the reason for non acceptance was a difference in protocols, but could find no way to do that.The server reset back to the RIM server, and I saved with the re-entered password. I then resent the Service Books again and then sent a test email which again didn't work.I would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have, the end of the rope is in sight.Sorry for such a long email, didn't know how else to give enough info to show what had been done.

BB Bold 9650 :: Email Branded Icons

Won't bore you with all the details, but I am now on my second Bold in four days, and the email icons for the accounts I have set up are not populating. I'm referring to the branded icons, not the generic BB envelope/globe icons. I've sent service books and done battery pulls. Has anyone else ever had this problem upon initial set up? I have now experienced the same issue with two different devices.
