BB Bold :: One Email Account Has Stopped Working On 9650

I have tried deleting it and re-adding it (several times). Had the Sprint store try different options including a reeboot in their system. Had GoDaddy check their system. Pulled the battery while phone was on, and off. Nothing is working! It is the account I receive time sensitive work on. It is a Bold 9650 and all my other email accounts (even from Go Daddy) are working fine.

BB Bold :: All Audio Functions Stopped Working On 9650

All audio on my Bold 9650 has suddenly stopped functioning - no ring tones, alerts, speakerphone, music or voice recordings can be heard. The phone is not muted and the volume is turned up. Hard reset and soft reset have not fixed it. Software was upgraded to 5.0.0.1006 after problem started and did not resolve it. Device self test performed and verified that no audio functions were working. Also, there's an icon that I don't remember seeing before showing below my EDGE indicator. It is a white circle with a cross through it, like the sight symbol when you are focusing a gun or camera. I can't find the icon on any icon list to indicate what it means.

My wife asked me for a Blackberry to access her work email. She works for the local school system and drives between different schools several times a day to treat disabled children. Parents sometimes email her to tell her that their kid is not going to be at a specific school at a a certain time and she ends up driving to a specific place for nothing because she couldn't access her messages. So I bought her a Bold last week tro help her with this problem.At a regular computer, she first has to log to the school's system website, then click on their link to gmail, enter an user name and finally a password. The website appear tiny on the screen and it's really slow to load. And there are some obscure security warnings in there IT people on the school system are clueless to help her.

I switched from my Nextel 8350i to the new Bold 9650 on Sprint. So they had to switch networks for me. I already had a sprint.blackberry.net email established over at Nextel - but when
I go online at the sprint.blackberry.com site to add my emails - it won't let me add this one - if I put in the info as an established email - it asks me for the server name. I talked to tech support a good 40 minutes with no help what so ever! I even looked into it like they may have canceled my email - but when I enter it as a new one it says it's taken. So anyone know how I can add my existing blackberry email account to this new phone/network?

If anyone has any words of wisdom. I used my desktop manager to switch the devices. I went to my setup wizard and for some reason it will not let me add my user name or password. I tried adding the complete email address and just the user name. No go. It seems that I have had this little problem before I cannot remember how to fix it.

Suddently, BBM and Email stopped working on Wifi. However, internet browsing on Wifi works fine!I tried resstarting it and also removing the battery and placing it again. I've had my Blackberry Bold through T-Mobile for over a year and never had problems with the e-mail service. It is set up with my Yahoo account and I have always been able to send and receive email from my phone just fine. Just in the last 24 hours, though, my service stopped working. I cannot send any emails, it errors with that blasted red X, and I cannot receive any new emails even though my email account in itself works -- I send emails from my work account to my Yahoo account on the computer, and I can see the emails are coming in when I check my email on the computer but nothing is registering on my phone.

I've Googled my way through various troubleshooting tips, I've shut the device off and back on, I've removed the battery and SIM card and put it back again, I've tried to go to Manage Internet Email but it says it cannot connect. I've gone to Blackberry Internet Service on the T-Mobile website and it does not show that I have a e-mail account configured, even though I've been using email on my phone the entire time. I try to set up my email there on the website and it says, lo and behold, that that email is already registered on my device! There is nothing wrong with my network connection on the phone, I have full 3G signal or EDGE signal (depending on what part of the room I'm in here at work). I have not changed any settings on my phone at all and my email just stopped working out of nowhere.

BB Bold 9700 :: Email Account Not Working

just got a new Bold 9700 and is having trouble setting up the email. When we go through the wizard on the device, everything seems ok. The wizard takes the info, and says that a new icon is now on the home screen and email is ready to use. No icon is displayed (it is not hidden, i've checked), and when I attempt to send an email from the Messages application an error message comes up that says, "No message services configured. You will be redirected to the Setup Wizard to set up your email account."

I've also tried (numerous times) sending the service books, updating the host routing table, and doing hard reboots (removing battery). None of those seem to make a difference. If it matters, she is able to send SMS texts, and use BBM without an issue. I've emailed the accounts we have tried setting up (from my laptop) but the emails are not recieved on her device (they are in her inbox - checked on laptop).

My 9650 Bold has stopped recognizing word or name prompts for voice dialing. It still works for phone numbers but not names like "John Smith" or words like "home". BB Bold 9650 :: Using BIS For Same Yahoo Account?

Strange situation, i have 2 different blackberry (8310 for work is BES & BIS) and 9650 personal blackberry. i want both to receive my @yahoo.com emails - which they both can thru BIS - HOWEVER, the 8310 all of a sudden is no longer (wirelessly) reconciling the emails - so if i open/delete etc on the 8310 they remain "untouched" on my outlook, webmail, 9650, etc spoke to blackberry support and they said although i can receive on more than one device - only 1 device will handle/deal with the reconciling so my 8310 is full of what appears to be unopened emails.Is this info accurate ?

BB Pearl 8100 :: Stopped Receiving Email From Existing Account

A year and a half ago when I got my BB Pearl from my employer I set it up to also receive email from my existing personal Comcast account. Just before Christmas, my BB suddenly stopped receiving any emails from that account. I have rebooted the BB multiple times since then, including removing and replacing the battery. That didn't help. Today I finally decided to just delete the Comcast account info from the BB and start over on adding it as an existing account. However when I get to the account password field, the normal keyboard function that swaps letters isn't working, so I can't enter my correct password. For example suppose my password is "spry". What I get is "aoet"--the keyboard won't switch in the alternate letter if I delete and re-type, as it does for every other piece of text I've ever entered on the BB.

Morning cb community...I've got a weird issue going on...not an annoyance or deal breaker just curious. Anyways lately and randomly my phones ringtone for my yahoo email goes off and there isn't an email. It vibrates and the berrybuzz led and color goes off too. The weird thing is is that there isn't even an unread email indicator with the number. The phone just goes off. Its weird. I've done battery pulls and stuff. Any thoughts? It just has me wondering. It doesn't do it for my sprint.blackberry.net email just my yahoo email.

BB :: Bold 9650 Won't Receive Email From One Of My Email

Update last week and then one email address won't work. When I contacted server provider, they gave me server to use, port, etc. but I cannot change those on my Blackberry. (Or can't find out where to do it). When I delete and add the email address, it doesn't give me the option to put in the popmail address, or designate the proper server and port. Tried to do it on the computer but phone won't allow me to do it.

I have activated three email account on my Blackberry 9900 (two outlook accounts and one yahoo account).I have activated one of the Outlook Email account via enterprise activation BES service on my Blackberry 9900.Another Outlook account have been synchronized from my Blackberry desktop manager.Yahoo account is configured with BIS service activation.When I go the Email Account management only the Accounts activated via BES and BIS service from device are visible but not the account synced from desktop.

I know I've had to do this before but for the life of me can't find where to change the settings. I used to have an option to delete e-mail on the handset or both handset and mailbox. Now, for some reason, it only gives me delete as an option. I like being able to delete on BB only for some things and on both for junk. I know it will come to me but you guys are faster.

On my HTC it displays just like if I were looking on the web, images and everything...is blackberry the same?Time sensitive because my 30 days is up tomorrow! Ok so really a bit frustrating there REALLY should be an option to turn on and off email accounts. Its kinda ridiculous that you have to go through a bunch of steps and jump through hoops the turn off an email account. Or just delete it. When Im at work I dont need to emails to go to the phone and I just end having to delete a bunch of them. Ok rant off heres my problem. I looked in the BB instruction to stop forwarding message to my phone and it told me how to do it. It says go into messages, then open the menu, go to options, email settings and tell the phone to stop forwarding emails. Problem is I don't have that option. Whats the deal?By the way I tried to get into my BIS account online and it said It wasn't available and I had to access settings on the phones.

I have been using my device without any problems, but yesterday I received a message saying that an upgrade to my Blackberry software was available. Foolishly, I agreed to it. The upgrade erased all of my settings and wiped out my photos. The upgrade set things so that the device was acting as a brand new device.

After hours of struggle, I was able to reset everything EXCEPT for my link to my earthlink email. When I go into the email setup wizard, I am asked to enter my email password. The email address is already there. When I enter the password, I get the message, "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again."

Something has changed and I can no longer receive e-mail on my Blackberry. The e-mail icons still appear on my home screen. When they are selected, either the mail, or the aol.com icon, my texts message history is what appears. It is like there has been a disconnect between the icon and the application.

BB Bold 9650 :: Right Key For Applications Not Working!?

Just got a new 9650. Noticed that the right button to get to an application was not working. Sometimes worked but 90% of the time nothing.Spoke to provider and they sent another brand new phone. Same story. I did try other application associated with button still no responses.Really do not use that button a lot.Any one else having this problem? Any solutions? Not sure it worth the aggravation of return.
