I've just got a iphone 5c and it was working while setting up apple id etc but once that was finished and i got to using the actual phone it comes up with squares on what i press and i have to press it twice to access the buttons,it wont scroll either ...

My blackberry scroller wont click or scroll! I have phoned blackberry and they want to restart it so I wanna see if there is anything I can to fix it to prevent them doing that!
I tried taking out the battery and clicking five times, it works but it broke again then that didnt work again! I also tried putting a piece of tissue between the sim card and the battery and it work but again when is stoped it wouldn't work again!
I have taken to battery in and out soooooo many times and I left the battery and the sim card out for the whole night and part of the day!
I got a text message on my blackberry 8520 and I entered the password as usual and the trackpad would not move, I couldn't scroll but I could click but not scroll.
View 9 Replies View RelatedOK I have checked other threads and havent found a solution...it could be that there isn't one but somehow I am optimistic. Saturday night my phone worked fine. I go to bed wake up and my scroll ball wont click. It scrolls fine but does not select when pressed. I took it to Verizon, they claim water damage. I haven't dropped it in water or anything like that so I am not sure how that's possible. They replaced my trackball and it still doesn't work. Any additional ideas? I can go the Asurion and replace it but don't really want to do that for something as minute as this.
View 5 Replies View RelatedThe trackpad on my curve 9300 keeps breaking. I cannot click or scroll at all. Normally, it's not too bad with a few attempts of taking the battery out then putting it back in, but last night, the screen went white - again - so I took the battery out and it said I had no battery though I had at least 40% on there. When I put the battery back in, and the phone began loading, the menu thing came up. I tried to click, 'unlock' and nothing happened. Seconds later, the screen went black as if the phone doesn't recognize my trackpad anymore. I am sick and tired of having a phone that doesn't work! I wouldn't be as mad if it was the first time, but the thing is, it's happened before and every time I go to the phone shop, they say 'oh, it's not our fault, we'll send it off for repair' and when I eventually get it back (2 weeks later) it works for 4 weeks, and I send it off again. I have sent the [hone of 4 times for 'repair' and each time, it takes 2 weeks; that's 8 weeks, or 2 months that I still have to pay 25 pounds in my contract for a phone that doesn't even work. That's 50 pounds wasted on the worst phone available. I got my current phone back in September (after fighting with my phone provider) and it broke in February.

To answer a text message at this point (after there is a message notification), I have to scroll to message Icon, click with ball, hit menu key, scroll down to "view folder", and then scroll to "SMS Inbox". Surely there is a simpler way to this?
I've also read about combining SMS and MMS messages into a single message type-is this possible? Can I at least combine the inbox/outboxes?
My Storm 1 keeps selecting applications when I try to scroll down my application icons without the screen clicking in. Also when I try to type it selects the letters or numbers when i highlight them without the screen clicking. Everytime i touch the screen it selects what i touch without me pushing in on the screen.

Second problem: I can't scroll down the notification bar in portrait mode,it works in landscape mode.this was the first which had araised in my phone and later the home screen buttons.

So i eventually got frustrated enough to make a post on here. What it will do is almost a few times per day it will freeze up the trackpad, making it entirely useless. It wont click, it wont scroll, it wont do ANYTHING. ill do multiple battery pulls and resets and STILL NOTHING. Ive waited 3 hours this time,constantly pulling the battery out, and nothing changes. Ive cleaned the screen and everything too. Is there any other way to fix this

I have deleted it from the applications list and do not see it in the modules list but the icon still shows.I also have icons that have the "Hide" checked but are not really hidden. My screen shakes when i scroll up and down, in any app, You won't notice it at first, but when i stare at my screen for a long time, you'd notice it there. I tried the same on my iphone 5 and mini, but the screen works just fine when I scroll about.
At first i thought it was an iOS8 bug and that it would go away after an update or so. But the problem persisted even after updating to iOS8.1.1.

Well it finally hit me at the worst time - I had to go to the genius bar for a repair and they did the 4.0 upgrade. I have blobs stored on saurik's server for everything through 3.1.3.
I tried a few things to downgrade to stock 3.1.3 and was finally able to do so after failure with recboot.
So now I have stock 3.1.3 and I have my custom 3.1.3 firmware made.
Going into DFU or recovery yields error 1604 - on two machines, one running iTunes 9.1 and one running 9.2. Tried with the hosts file redirecting to Saurik's server on 9.2 and to apple's server on 9.1 (haven't tried redirecting on the machine with 9.1 but I guess I'll try that next)
I am assuming the issue is the bootloader being updated - is that correct?
Is it possible to get back to jb 3.1.3 so I can roll up to 4 with pwnage 4.0 then unlock (not necessary since I am an ATT customer, but preferred)?
