IPhone 5c :: How To Retrieve Photos You Didn't Back Up

I recently bought an iPhone 5c and i love it. I went to the beach and took a bunch of photos with my friends and the next day i plugged my phone into the computer to sync music. I clicked something that that had to do with backing up or transferring data. My phone shut off and when it turned back on, i had pictures from april that i took on my previous iPhone 4. I thought it would transfer music on to my new phone instead of wiping out my current data. I did not have photo stream turned on, but is there anyway i can get my beach pictures back?

My restored iPhone didn't get all the apps back even though I manually made a backup in iTunes before restore. Now what?
There's some timelapse apps, for example, that contain a lot of data (several GBs) that I really wouldn't want to lose.

I have just bought a iPhone 5.I done a iCloud back up from my iPhone 4 but the photos and videos didnt load properly.It showed how many photos and videos it had but they were all blank.
The biggest problem is that i erased all the content off my iphone 4 so i dont have the pictures anymore.

i initiated and ios upgrade to 5.1.1 from my phone b/c it said it was already downloaded... after i kicked it off, it says i needed to connect to itunes.. however, it then said i was in restore mode.. after downloading the 800+gb download... it only gave me the option of restoring from an old restore... i thought since it said downloaded, the phone only need to update files and not the entire os. therefore i didnt perform a backup first.

Last time I backed up phone, like an **bleep** I just dragged all the files from the phone to pc, (like you would any hard drive).Because I didn't back up the correct way using the software I don't have a IPD file to restore, but I have everything copied over on to pc, is there a way I can get my contacts back without an IPD by dragging a file back on to the Blackberry or something.

I lost my nexus 5, 15days ago. All photos were saved in google photos. yet my account is not showing any backup of those pictures. All other google apps have successfully retrieved data but google photos has no backup. Is there anyway I can retain those pictures?

I purchased an iPhone 3 and had taken some photos on it.I started having issues within 30 days and could replace it.So I created an iCloud account and saved those photos as a back up on iCloud. I did not restore my new phone from back up because I did not realize I needed to restore and not just activitate it.How can I save the new photos, apps, and other stuff but retrieve the old photos?

I wanted to update my software to the latest version so before i did that i made sure i synced/backed up my phone. Then i restored my phone from back up only to find that my contacts have all dissapeared. Why?

My PC crashed the other day and I lost all of my photos. Luckily there were many backed up onto my iPhone, but when I try to import photos from my new PC, it only finds photos that were taken from my iPhone's camera. had it in my pocket whislt I was walking round, and when I sat down at a restaurant and looked at it, and it was almost like the phone had just died, but the screen didn't light up and the LED didn't flash. I charged it up fully the night before and i know that when the battery is flat it flashes yellow, but it was doing nothing.When I got home i tried charging it, but nothing and then I plugged it into my laptop to try a retrive all of my stuff on there but again nothing!
