Mar 16, 2012My restored iPhone didn't get all the apps back even though I manually made a backup in iTunes before restore. Now what?
There's some timelapse apps, for example, that contain a lot of data (several GBs) that I really wouldn't want to lose.

Jun 30, 2014I recently bought an iPhone 5c and i love it. I went to the beach and took a bunch of photos with my friends and the next day i plugged my phone into the computer to sync music. I clicked something that that had to do with backing up or transferring data. My phone shut off and when it turned back on, i had pictures from april that i took on my previous iPhone 4. I thought it would transfer music on to my new phone instead of wiping out my current data. I did not have photo stream turned on, but is there anyway i can get my beach pictures back?

Mar 7, 2011Last time I backed up phone, like an **bleep** I just dragged all the files from the phone to pc, (like you would any hard drive).Because I didn't back up the correct way using the software I don't have a IPD file to restore, but I have everything copied over on to pc, is there a way I can get my contacts back without an IPD by dragging a file back on to the Blackberry or something.

Jul 2, 2012i have a video that i originally took using my iphone but then transfered to my pc. i want to put it back onto my iphone in the photo app (not video app) so i can share it straight from my phone.
since one of the iphone updates enabled the volume button as a camera shutter button and i was shooting the video one handed, i held the camera with the volume buttons on top. unfortunatly, the phone still saves it in such a way that only the iphone and itunes recognize the proper orientation intended and when it's opened with any other device or program, it automatically makes the part of the video that's against the smooth side of the phone always the top side (regardless of if that makes the video sideways or upside down). i was able to get the video back onto my phone as a "video" where it shows up in the video app as a "movie" and there are no options to share via text, email, Internet (which were options when the video was still in the photo app). i need to be able to share the video with family

Apr 22, 2012I recorded videos using my iphone then imported them to iPhoto on my macbook pro. Now I want to sync the same videos back to the factory photo app on my iphone 4s. Ive tried selecting "Include videos" under the photo sync tab. Then I tried syncing it to my iphone as a movie under the movie tab... That worked except it was in my Videos app and not back in the factory photos app where I need it to be!!!how to get Videos back to the Photo app like I can do with the Pictures???

May 22, 2012I upgraded my iPhone to the newest version (5.1.1) I believe. iTunes backed my Phone up and once everything was completed, I restored it but all my stuff got deleted such as Photo's, Apps, Text Messages. Contacts came back after I logged in to my account.

My E72 ocasionally reboots when , after shooting a photo, press the "back" option, to get back from the picture just shooted to the camera.Furthermore, occasionally (but it has happened in a very few occasions) when i enter the camera from home or from the multimedia menu, the screens remains blank , neither image nor frame appear, just the menu bar and the options at the bottom left and right of the screen.I have to exit, then enter again and it finally work.

After the update, all of the previous photo edition options are gone (i.e. HDR, Dramatic, B&W, all of the vintage and frames, etc.) The only options available now are Auto, Light, Color, Pop and Vignette under settings and then when you pick the landscape picture icon, you have things like Mars, Phobos, Saturn, Ariel, Venus and Pluto. They just change the color of the pictures, don't add any effects.

I have a first generation Touch, that has a flat back and it's harder to comfortably hold in my hand compared to the rounded back of my iPhone 3G. I never thought the rounded back would make that much of a difference, but it does. Any thoughts?

Aug 3, 2015Around a week ago I used a friends 'selfie stick'. The same day I was walking around Windsor and noted that the phone had powered down. I tried pressing the power key, but the phone did not turn on. I took the battery out, replaced it and then the phone came back on.
The problem now seems to reoccur when I have put my phone in my back pocket and either walk some distance, or keep it in my back pocket in the car (for some reason).
