Aug 19, 2010I had to restore my IP4 last night and last some nes roms,so im trying to get them back.Well I used pkg backup and got most back but now that I have safari downloader it keeps putting the unzipped roms in the wrong folder.Should I uninstall safari downloader to back the self installer in ines put the roms in the right place. or is safari downloader not the problem.

May 24, 2012I recently took my iphone 4s to the apple store as it was having battery problems. They replaced the the phone with a refurb and the whole process was quick and painless. A few days in, I noticed a dead or stuck pixel. I went back and had my iphone replaced again. 2 days later, same thing, different spot. Another dead or stuck pixel. This time, I decided to call applecare as I can't keep running to the apple store that is nowhere close to me. They sent me another replacement phone. Surprise surprise, yet another dead or stuck pixel. How is this even possible? 3 replacement iphone models in a row with a dead or stuck pixel. Is this a problem with the iphone 4s in general? Can I not get a phone without dead pixels?

It works perfect. When i go to do the same settings on my iPhone, for some reason it won't connect. It does ask me for a domain which the imac did not but I leave it blank.

Jan 19, 2010I am going to change from the Storm 2 to the Tour. The Tour 2 sounds nice but I really don't care for the trackpad after using it on the 9700. When you drive a lot the trackpad leans to more mistakes in navigation to me. Wifi is also something I never use. The Storm 2 is a great device but again it is hard for me to use while driving (one hand navigation). Once the 5.0 update is released I believe it will be near perfect for my uses.

- unable to access Skype and FB through H3G; when I click on FB icon, it gets into loop and the only way out is to switch off the Vivaz; tried all sorts of setting, also through SE support
- switch language only after reboot
- Vivaz gets hot after few minutes of simple conversation
- How does it manage groups in phonebook? should be possible to mark contacts as belonging to group and then be able to send msg to "groups";
- Even with flat rate mobile internet by H3G (Italy) I get charged extra, no idea why (for sure provider dependent), how to leave only certain sites accessible? Is it possible they charge me when I use it over my WiFi connection?
- Would love to unbrand Vivaz but afraid SE warranty wouldn't cover.
Can you help with perfect setting?

Aug 22, 2010I've just re-installed the firmware on my E71 having completed a full backup via PC Suite before doing so. The re-installation went OK & I've restored the backed-up stuff but most of the icons from the apps located on my memory card are now missing from the Installations folder on the phone so I cannot now access any of them. Many of the apps were paid for so I don't want to have to re-install them by downloading them again from Ovi.
Is there any way I can get the application icons back in the Installations folder? They were there when I did the backup & have always come back when I have done similar re-installations in the past. The apps are on the card & App Manager tells me they are all 'installed' but won't allow me to access them.

Jan 14, 2010When i connect my 5630 XPress music phone via PC Suite, a ballon connfirms that Nokia 5630 connected. But whenever i try to install application or do any other work via PC suite, it gives an error saying that connection to the phone lost.
Moreover, when i plug usb to ma computer and to my phone, computer finds a hardware named " MTP", computer tries to install it but gives an error saying that a problem occured during hardware installation and it might not work properly

Mar 14, 2012I updated the firmware of my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5.1 yesterday. After the update, I noticed that I have lost all of my contacts on the phone, so I plugged it back in to the computer and went with "Restore from backup", which was dated just a few hours prior to updating the firmware.
After it finished restoring, my contacts were all back but half of my apps are missing. I tried redownloading from the App Store as well as syncing from the computer, but the data (game saves, etc) are still missing. How do I get them back?
